Charlie Campbell's 2017 NFL Mock Re-Draft: Round Five

Last update: Saturday, April 29, 2017.

This is a 2017 NFL Mock Re-Draft of Rounds 4 and 5 for Friday evening's NFL Draft coverage. With all of the trades that will go down, I don't expect to get many of these right, but it's still fun to speculate where the top prospects will go on Day 3 of the 2017 NFL Draft.

NFL Draft Recent Links:

  1. Cleveland Browns: Malachi Dupre, WR, LSU
The Browns could use some competition at wide receiver, and this could be a nice value pick.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Nico Siragusa, G, San Diego State
The 49ers grab another offensive lineman.

  3. Chicago Bears: Ezra Robinson, CB, Tennessee State
The Bears could use a cornerback upgrade, and they have shown interest in Robinson.

  4. Jacksonville Jaguars: Avery Gennesy, G, Texas A&M
Tom Coughlin wants the Jaguars to get tougher. Here's a blocker to help their competition up front, and they've shown some interest in Gennesy.

  5. Atlanta Falcons: Dorian Johnson, G, Pittsburgh
The Falcons grab a guard competitor.

  6. New York Jets: Josh Carraway, DE/3-4OLB/OLB, TCU
The Jets grab some edge-rushing talent.

  8. Carolina Panthers: Antony Auclair, TE, Canada
The Panthers grab some tight end depth to go behind Greg Olsen.

  9. Cincinnati Bengals: Ben Gedeon, ILB, Michigan
The Bengals could use some linebacker depth.

  10. Washington Redskins: Corey Clement, RB, Wisconsin
The Redskins grab some running back depth.

  11. Philadelphia Eagles: Travin Dural, WR, LSU
The Eagles grab some receiver depth.

  12. Atlanta Falcons: Tanzel Smart, DT, Tulane
The Falcons grab an interior defensive line disruptor.

  13. Arizona Cardinals: Dwayne Thomas, CB, LSU
The Cardinals grab a corner to compete.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: De'Veon Smith, RB, Michigan
The Colts could use multiple running back upgrades. Smith is a good fit and will help protect Andrew Luck.

  15. Baltimore Ravens: K.D. Cannon, WR, Baylor
The Ravens could use a couple of receivers after losing Steve Smith to retirement.

  16. New York Jets: Cole Hikutini, TE, Louisville
The Jets could consider adding more tight end depth.

  17. San Francisco 49ers: Donnel Pumphrey, RB, San Diego State
The 49ers grab a running back to back up Carlos Hyde.

  18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Adam Bisnowaty, OT, Pittsburgh
The Bucs could use more offensive line depth and competition.

  19. Buffalo Bills: Tedric Thompson, SS, Colorado
The Bills grab a safety competitor.

  20. Tennessee Titans: Corn Elder, CB, Miami
The Titans grab more cornerback competition and have shown interest in Elder.

  21. Detroit Lions: Nate Gerry, S, Nebraska
The Lions could use some more safety depth as both of their starters will be free agents after the 2018 season.

  22. Miami Dolphins: Deatrich Wise Jr., DE/3-4OLB, Arkansas
The Dolphins grab more defensive end depth and competition.

  23. New York Giants: Jeremy McNichols, RB, Boise State
The Giants grab a linebacker to compete.

  24. Oakland Raiders: Ryan Glasgow, DT, Michigan
The Raiders could use more run-stuffing talent at nose tackle.

  25. Houston Texans: William Holden, OT, Vanderbilt
The Texans badly need offensive tackle talent and could use multiple offensive line additions.

  26. Kansas City Chiefs: Elijah Qualls, DT/NT, Washington
The Chiefs let Dontari Poe leave and could consider adding some nose tackle talent.

  27. Buffalo Bills: Nate Hairston, CB, Temple
The Bills could target a couple of corners given the strength at the position.

  28. Green Bay Packers: Tyrone Swoopes, TE, Texas
The Packers added a tight end weapon in Martellus Bennett, but they could consider a developmental backup.

  29. Pittsburgh Steelers: Nate Peterman, QB, Pittsburgh
The Steelers grab a developmental backup quarterback.

  30. Atlanta Falcons: Robert Davis, WR, Georgia State
The Falcons go with the best player available and add some wide receiver competition.

  31. Cleveland Browns: Jordan Sterns, S, Oklahoma State
The Browns could use some safety competition.

  32. Cincinnati Bengals: Deangelo Yancey, WR, Purdue
The Bengals could target multiple receivers in the 2017 NFL Draft and have shown interest in Yancey.

  33. Denver Broncos: Devonte Fields, OLB/DE/3-4OLB, Louisville
The Broncos grab some more pass-rushing depth.

  34. Miami Dolphins: Isaac Asiata, G/C, Utah
The Dolphins could use more offensive line competition.

  35. Arizona Cardinals: Josh Malone, WR, Tennessee
The Cardinals add more wide receiver depth.

  36. Kansas City Chiefs: Jermaine Eluemunor, G/OT, Texas A&M
The Chiefs get some guard competition and depth.

  37. Cleveland Browns: Matt Dayes, RB, N.C. State
The Browns haven't taken running back depth yet, and it would make sense to grab a tailback on Day 3.

  38. Green Bay Packers: Ejuan Price, LB, Pittsburgh
The Packers take a situational edge rusher.

  39. New England Patriots: Brad Seaton, OT, Villanova
The Patriots grab some tackle depth and have shown interest in Seaton.

  40. Miami Dolphins: Travis Rudolph, WR, Florida State
The Dolphins grab some wide receiver depth. Jarvis Landry is in the final year of his contract.
