Syracuse at Florida State. Line: Florida State by 20.5. Saturday, 12:00 p.m.
As a disclaimer, don't go nuts with my college football picks. I'm much better at picking NFL games (at least I used to be). Follow @walterfootball for updates.
Florida State definitely hasn't met expectations this season, as they've covered just three of seven games. They're coming off a loss, so they could be flat against a Syracuse squad that isn't that bad. The Orange lost to LSU by just 10 points, so I think they can keep this close.
College Football Pick: Syracuse +20.5 (1 Unit) -- Incorrect; -$110
Georgia vs. Florida. Line: Florida by 3. Saturday, 3:30 p.m.
Georgia once had a promising season, but it has struggled of late. However, I think the Bulldogs can rebound here in a rivalry in which the underdog tends to dominate. The Gators are coming off their first loss, so this seems like it could be a flat spot for them.

College Football Pick: Georgia +3 (1 Unit) -- Incorrect; -$110
Tulane at Memphis. Line: Memphis by 31.5. Saturday, 7:00 p.m.
Tulane has gotten blown out frequently this season, and this could be another instance. Memphis is infinitely superior and is capable of posting 60 points with one of the top quarterbacks in the country, so I think the Tigers could easily win this by five or more touchdowns.
College Football Pick: Memphis -31.5 (3 Units) -- Incorrect; -$330
Oregon State at Utah. Line: Utah by 24. Saturday, 7:00 p.m.
Utah is another first-loss team I'm fading, as the Utes could be flat knowing that their championship dreams are over. Oregon State may seem like a dubious pick at first, but consider that they lost to Stanford by "just" 18 points. Stanford is probably better than Utah, so the Beavers could stay within this number.
College Football Pick: Oregon State +24 (1 Unit) -- Correct; +$100
Notre Dame at Temple. Line: Notre Dame by 10.5. Saturday, 8:00 p.m.
My mind was blown when I learned that Temple is ranked. Why? The Owls have beaten crappy teams all year; their signature victory is against Penn State, which isn't that good. They also struggled to get by Central Florida, arguably the worst team in 1-A football. Notre Dame should be favored by way more than 10.5 points in this matchup.
