As a disclaimer, don't go nuts with my college football picks. I'm much better at picking NFL games (at least I used to be); I'm just doing these upon request. Follow @walterfootball for updates.

Why is this game starting so early? Doesn't the NCAA know that college kids can't get up early after drinking all night? Well, whatever. I like Temple to cover as a home dog after showing signs of life last week against Army. Syracuse is in a weird situation in that it's favored following consecutive victories as an underdog.

Connecticut at Louisville
Line: Louisville by 11.5.
Saturday, 12:00 p.m.

Louisville had been playing close games all year. The team was bound to lose, and it finally went down. I don't think the Cardinals will be completely focused for this game, knowing (or at least believing) that they'd be in the driver's seat to battle Notre Dame in the national championship had they just won their previous game.

Oregon at Oregon State
Line: Oregon by 9.5.
Saturday, 3:00 p.m.

Oregon will be just as flat as Oregon State. This game is pretty much irrelevant for the Ducks. The Beavers, meanwhile, would love to knock off their arch rival.

Line: Utah State by 38.

Idaho is not a competitive football team. I can't see it staying close to the Aggies, who have been destroying almost everyone this year. Utah State should have this number covered by the beginning of the third quarter.

Texas A&M has blown out bad teams this year. Missouri is a bad team. The Aggies shouldn't have any issues winning by at least four touchdowns.
