Oklahoma State is my biggest play of the week. The Cowboys are on fire, and I don't think Kansas State can keep up with them in a shootout - especially considering the fact that the Wildcats will be flat off their first loss.

One of the two picks I got right last week was Houston over Rice. I'm laying the points again; the Cougars are just going to rip through their conference games and get screwed by the BCS.

Boise State at UNLV
Line: Boise State by 41.

Everyone wants to root for this Boise State team, and to be honest, if I voted for the college polls, I'd have the Broncos No. 1 just to spite the system. But this Boise State squad has struggled to beat both Tulsa and Air Force. It can't stop the run at all, which lets opposing teams hang around. Forty-one is a ton of points.
