The Ravens overrated? Never underestimate the predictability of a steeler fan... Ravens cannot be overrated since they're not picked by virtually anyone to reach the SB despite, for example, beating PIT twice. On the other hand, Steelers are the most overrated team in AFC as they are pegged to play in the SB by many analysts despite some miserable perfomances lately (3 pts against SF, 13 and 14 pts against KC and CLE despite mutiple turnovers). My opinion is that neither BAL or PIT are playing the best football of the season and I see NE being a clear favourite in AFC.

The Ravens are perhaps the most overrated team in the NFL. Absent Ray Rice, they're an 8-8 team. Flacco continues to regress; the D-fence continues to get old; and the team looks like the Rams when on the road.

If somehow the Ravens win this game, they'd better enjoy the run. In 2012, they're no better than the third best team in the AFC North . . . and Flacco may soon be the worst QB in the division.

I totally agree with John L. The Bengals actually played to win this season. Even if they don't go to the playoffs, I don't feel the total disappointment I usually feel at the end of the season. I would still love to see them beat the Ravens Sunday.

Ravens have lost to some weak sisters on the road but have beaten every good team they've faced at home (PIT, JET, TEX, BEN, 49R) or away (PIT). Winning this would also finish a division sweep and clinch a bye vs. becoming a wild card (if PIT beats CLE).

Gotta go Ravens.

I don't know for sure, but is this game really meaningless for the Ravens? Don't they have a 1st round bye on the line? A previous quote was something like "if a team must-win in week 17 they probably aren't that good" - I think if the Ravens need to win to clinch a bye, then I'm thinking the Ravens keep winning the big games ( see Steelers, etc this year ), despite their poor play at other points in the season. If the game doesn't matter, I like Cinci..

Game of the week. Bengals have to have it and Ravens want it. Don,t know yet about a side, but I like the UNDER with a ten point teaser a lot!!! For now, I'll say Ravens 21 Cincy 18. This could change for me later through the week.

I love the schedule this year as there are so many games that mean so much to those still in the hunt.
Me, being a Bengals fan feel as though Cincinnati have already won this year as they have far and away exceeded my expectations by winning 9 games, (possibly 10).
I thought last week that if they could beat the Cardinals, they would win again against the Ravens. Yes, they did shock everyone by nearly blowing a massive lead, but just remember how good Arizona have looked the past few weeks and also, they were playing for their playoff lives.
This will be a close game and without knocking the Ravens, they can afford to lose this one and will still be in the playoffs. But, they want their first round bye and a shot at number 1 seed, so they have a lot to fight for.
I see this as an AFC North slug fest and the men in the trenches will determine the first 55 minutes of the game and the last 5 minutes will come down to Flacco and Dalton.
For me, I would rather have Andy Dalton and A J Green, but of course I'm going to say that.
The Bengals win and go to the playoffs. To top it all off, they did it without Carson or Chad.
The future is bright.........
2 units at +2.5. If it goes to +3, 4 units.
