first time up here, not sure if Walter reads this stuff...but if you do go back and switch your pick on this game.

Jets feeding off of positive energy now having played themselves right back into AFC east chase after starting 2-3, now 5-3. Rex will NOT let the Jets play soft tonight.

Jets are up to the task, remember they went into Foxboro and beat Brady in playoffs, the Pats have NOT beaten the Jets at the new stadium and they won't today.

go back change your pick, Jets win this game by a minimum of 9 pts tonight.

@ Scott: Congrats on the 6 team par win! I need something like that to, to get my football season turned around. I'm like 0 for 10 in pars this season, (three team pars.) The F'in unbelievable part of this is, that through all of those par loses, I couldn't even get the first two game spots for wins!! In 20 years of capping NFL football, nothing has approached this DROUGHT for me, this season. Now going with 3 team 10 point teasers, (my favorite plays), until hopefully I can get this ship righted. GLTA.

So what if the Pats lost to the Giants. The Giants just came out harder. The Pats are lazy and thats the truth. The Jets have there ups and downs to. But the Pats will rebound and beat the Jets on the road.

To Chuckster:

I thought the Dolphins pick was actually a good pick. I actually won a 6 team parlay this week, and the Dolphins were one of the 6.

The other 5 games I had were:

Jets +3
49ers -4
Falcons -6.5
Broncos +7
Packers -5.5

I've been losing all year, but that bet, in combination with a straight bet on each team included, put me back up to even on the year.

This Walter pick is almost as crazy as his Dolphins 4 star pick at Kansas City last week....... opps. Walter through the years has done pretty darn good on his play of the month predictions. Still, no way in hell would I have the nuts to make this game a big unit selection. Hope your right again Walter!!

I think it's crazy to make a game that could easily go either way your pick of the Month. I just wrote an article about why this is a stay away game, but I think the Jets should be favored. Unfortunately, when I initially saw the lines I fell into the same line of thinking that inspired this pick, and now I've got money on a Patriots team I don't like. So, here hoping that you're right about this game.
