SJAX got hurt on the first play, how could the Rams have the Eagles number up to that point? Only one possession took place before that and the Eagels punted. Not so sure your post is credible.

Everyone remembers the Falcons from last year, don't let that cloud your judgment. Atlanta is 0-5 this year, although preseason is a joke the fact still remains this Falcons team has not won a game yet.

In a dome so powerful of energy and noise, with a team with very high expectations and tremendous talent, why would the Falcons be underdogs? I think the writing is the line, Eagles win 34-21.

Falcons win in a very close one assuming their running game gets started. It'll be a good game though.

And the Rams had the Eagles number until SJax got hurt, and then, you know,everyone else got hurt too.

You should never take his advice with a game involving the eagle. He just hates vick to much to be fair. Fact is I hate vick to, but he is a good player, and the eagles will light up the falcons

This guy's gotta come up with something better than 'qb dog killer'. He's the most exciting player in the NFL and people like Walt thought he'd never get back to this level. Now he's going to hurt his NFL record by emotional picks. Such a shame.

Walter don't you think it's time to drop the QB Dog Killer line. I usually agree with your insights but using that term over and over is a little childish, wouldn't you say? There are posters on ESPN Conversation that are just like you with their abusive comments on Vick. I don't condone what he did but he paid his debt to society and is entitled to a second chance. Man Up and lot past your personal dislike for Michael. Fly Eagles Fly.

Walter.... Why must you hate on Vick so much? Did you lose like 20k to him in a dog fight or something??? Eagles were the easiest pick of week 1. Don't let you personal hate towards Vick affect your picks... Look at yourself and start rolling with the Eagles till Vegas gets the lines right on their games.

The Falcons win this one in a close one but ONLY if the run game steps up. I think they send a big pass rush to confuse Vick and Ryan looks to Gonzalez.

I'm going to be drinking a lot come Sunday night regardless of the result...

Anyway, I'm hoping the Falcons pound the rock early and often this game because Turner should be able to bulldoze over the Eagles crappy rush defense and control the clock like they did last season to keep the Eagles offense on the bench while keeping their defense fresher. They can definitely win this game, they just cannot play sloppy like they did against the Bears and they have to take advantage of the opportunities presented to them (ie. not dropping multiple interceptions).

I am also not looking forward to how the crowd reacts to Vick. There are still too many people around Atlanta that view Vick as the second coming so this game could be humiliating for us just because of them.
