Running the table will ultimately depend on whether or not they will risk injuries having locked up home field at that point in the season. I don't think it'll happen, even as a Packers fan.

They don't have a serious threat on their schedule. Who knows if the Lions are for real. I wouldn't bank on it. I seriously think they can run the table with that pathetic schedule.

Patriot123, 14 games are locked in for a team every year just based on the rotation of interdivisional and interconference play. The other 2 games are based on where you finished in the division the previous year. This year the packers have their 6 division games, 4 against the AFC west (the order was set for which divisons you play from 2002 when the texans were added as the 32nd team)and 4 against the NFC south. The other two games will be against other teams who finished 2nd in their divisions last year which for the packers puts the rams and the giants on the schedule. So the super bowl winner is not meant to have an especially difficult schedule except for two games against probable division winners or playoff teams from the year before.

What is up with the strength of scheduling? I thought the Superbowl winner was supposed to have a difficult schedule? They already played Carolina that finished dead last and now the Rams? Am i the only one that sees something wrong with this? It's like the NFL want Packers to skate right into the post season. Must be good for post season ratings.

Normally would be a sleep through game for Packers, however with the Lions right there with them for the division, I see the Pack with game on faces. Pack by 14 to 28 points.
