You can check out my MFL10 Primer to see what I’m getting into here, but suffice it to say, you want to pick the players who will score as many fantasy points in 2016 as possible and you don’t have to worry about winning an arbitrary matchup each week.

After the 2016 NFL Draft Mr. John Paulsen of 4for4.com asked me to join in an MFL10 to celebrate the rookies finding homes. He had a host of top fantasy analysts join up, so below you can get a pretty good look at what some of the top fantasy footballers are thinking about the draft fallout.

Round 13:
Jared Cook in Green Bay was one of the few landing spots that could give him an inkling of life in fantasy pundits eyes, and amazingly, that’s where he went. His physical attributes are off the charts, and there’s a chance he ups his game knowing he’ll get good targets from an actual quarterback. Anything can happen… I probably should have grabbed my No. 2 tight end a little earlier, but I didn’t, so I took Charles Clay. I really like Clay, but he can’t seem to stay healthy. His knees may just be too far-gone at this point, but if he can put together a healthy season I think he could bring value at this spot.

Round 14:
I had my beady eyes all beaded up for Tony Romo, but Dave Richard was just slightly beadier than me. That forced my hand to grab a second quarterback. My go-to second signal-callers are usually Philip Rivers, Tyrod Taylor or Romo, so I needed to scramble a bit and hit Matt Stafford in the flat. His second half last season was his best stretch of football ever, and it came under a new offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter. Stafford did lose Calvin Johnson, but I'm high on Marvin Jones and think the Lions will need to throw the ball quite a bit this year.

15.12180Pat Fitzmaurice -- SI.comMatthews, Rishard TEN WR

Round 15:
We're now into the defenses! Wooo! In MFL10s, the stats show that choosing three defenses is the best way to manipulate the best-ball format to your advantage, so you'll see pretty much all of the defenses taken... I used this round on Stevan Ridley, who I've always liked as a runner, but his injury kept him out of all last season. He now moves to Detroit, which could use a between-the-tackles runner. If he has regained his old form, he could be a decent source for touchdowns this year.

Round 16:
This round is almost too boring to write about. I took the Panthers' defense, snooze... Chris Johnson is the backup to David Johnson... . Pierre Garcon has showed us some signs of decline and now has Josh Doctson to deal with... Victor Cruz will need to stay healthy and beat out Sterling Shepard... Jeff Janis could beat out Davante Adams for the No. 3 receiver position in Green Bay, but it's going to be a competition.

Round 17:
I'm a Jamison Crowder fan and think he continues to stay on the field in Washington as the slot man... I've waffled on Stevie Johnson after Travis Benjamin was acquired, but I still like him and think he will see plenty of work underneath, especially if Antonio Gates has any health issues in this, his 29th year in the league.

18.11215Fantasy Douche - RotoVizEllington, Andre ARI RB
18.12216Mike Clay - ESPNColts, Indianapolis IND Def

Round 18:
Andre Ellington has done hit the skids. Last season, he was a top pick, and this year, he's going in the 18th round. His true value is as an ancillary piece, and he could pay big dividends for the Cardinals lining up wide and working on some third downs, so it will be interesting to see how he does this year. . . The best pick in this round goes to Dave Richard, who grabbed DeAndre Washington. Washington has holes in his game as a blocker and his vision isn't always great, but he has the skills of a three-down back and Latavius Murray just isn't getting it done. If we don't see marked improvement from Murray, there's a good chance Washington can carve a big role out for himself.

19.12228Pat Fitzmaurice -- SI.comCowboys, Dallas DAL Def

Round 19:
Another nice running back flier is Wendell Smallwood, who Mike Clay grabbed in the 19th round. Ryan Mathews is his own biggest impediment to playing time and we know of his soft tissue weaknesses... Austin Hooper is another rookie who has a decent path to playing time. Of course, tight ends hardly ever do much as rookies, but the Falcons need pass-catchers and Hooper is a nice all-around player, who should be able to pick up nuances quickly.

Round 20:
Players were taken. Liam Neeson was unavailable for rescue and recovery.

In the end, I like the players I chose, but I don't like the makeup of my team. In future MFL10s, I will force myself to grab wide receivers earlier, as they are the safer pick, even if I like the upside of a running back more.

You can check out each individual team here and let me know in the comments who you think finished with the best.
