JUNE 16
Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons 
Some publications are already fawning over Devonta Freeman, but the rookie may not have a big impact in 2014 if he doesn’t improve his pass protection. Head coach Mike Smith actually criticized that part of his game a couple of days ago. The Falcons simply may not trust Freeman enough to play him much during this upcoming season.
JUNE 15
BenJarvus Green-Ellis, RB, Bengals It’s being speculated that BenJarvus Green-Ellis could be released before the season. The new offensive coaching staff has no allegiance to the Law Firm, and rookie Jeremy Hill is already running with the twos.
Jeremy Hill, RB, Bengals 
Jeremy Hill has been running with the second team, and now it’s being speculated that BenJarvus Green-Ellis will be released at some point this summer. Hill will have RB2 potential if Giovani Bernard gets hurt.
Doug Martin, RB, Buccaneers Both Lovie Smith and offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford have stated repeatedly that they don’t want to count on one running back making it through the season. Doug Martin will still be the featured back in Tampa, but he won’t be a workhorse. He’ll share some of his touches with his teammates.
JUNE 14
Andre Johnson, WR, Texans Andre Johnson is another veteran who plans on missing mandatory practices. Johnson will turn 33 in July, so this is the last thing he needs, especially with a new system that he has to learn. It’s fair to expect a decline from Houston’s long-time wideout this season.
Alfred Morris, RB, Redskins Alfred Morris was perfect in Mike Shanahan’s zone-blocking scheme, so you have to wonder how he’ll adapt to a new system. New head coach Jay Gruden has already mentioned that he wants to use running backs who can catch, so that’s not good news for Morris because that’s a weak part of his game.
JUNE 12
Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seahawks Marshawn Lynch plans to skip mandatory minicamps next week because he’s dissatisfied with his contract. Lynch led the NFL in carries last year, and has shouldered a great workload over the past few seasons. Add this latest bit of news in, and he’s bound to have a huge decline. Avoid drafting him this summer.
Knowshon Moreno, RB, Dolphins A couple of days after being called “out of shape” by the coaching staff, Knowshon Moreno has now been relegated to third-team duties. I loved Moreno last year, but it’s now time to sell high. Moreno may ultimately claim the starting job because of his ability on third down, but it’s not looking good for him right now.
JUNE 11
Danny Amendola, WR, Patriots Danny Amendola has reportedly thrived at OTAs. This is a nice opportunity to buy low for Amendola, but just keep in mind that he looked good last summer as well. His 2013 season was derailed by a Week 1 injury, and Amendola is constantly hurt.
Lance Dunbar, RB, Cowboys The Cowboys are “creating stuff” for backup running back Lance Dunbar at OTAs, according to Bryan Broaddus. DeMarco Murray is extremely injury-prone, so Dunbar is shaping up to be a nice, late-round selection.
Lamar Miller, RB, Dolphins Lamar Miller has enjoyed a great camp. He has been running with the first-team offense for three weeks in a row. Everyone believes Knowshon Moreno will be the starter, but Miller is making a case to eat into the workload.
Knowshon Moreno, RB, Dolphins Knowshon Moreno has been playing behind Lamar Miller in OTAs. Moreno is still the favorite to emerge as the starter, but he’s not a slam-dunk RB2 as many have speculated.
Terrance West, RB, Browns With Ben Tate limited with injuries, Terrance West has been getting most of the first-team reps. The expectation is that he’ll have a major role in the offense.
