This page lists all the 2026 NFL Signings for the Arizona Cardinals. I’ve listed all of the NFL Free Agent Signing Grades here, which included the Signings. Because I’ve begun posting polls for the Signings, I thought it would make sense to list just the NFL Signings here, so archiving the voting would be easier.

- Average Grade: B (86.5)
March 2026 – Signings
Cardinals sign WR/KR Devin Duvernay (1 year, $2.5 million): B Grade
signed on 3/15/2026
Devin Duvernay is primarily a return specialist and an occasional deep threat on offense. He’ll help the Cardinals in the former regard, so this signing makes sense. Duvernay made the Pro Bowl for his return ability, so this seems like a quality cheap signing.

Cardinals sign S Andrew Wingard (1 year, $4 million): B Grade
signed on 3/11/2026
Andrew Wingard was undrafted in 2019, but did well to make the best of his career. He can be a liability in coverage, but he’s stout in run support. Considering how much the other three teams in the NFC West love to run the ball, Wingard will have a role in Arizona. He’s a solid addition at this cheap price.

Cardinals sign G/OT Matt Pryor (1 year): B+ Grade
signed on 3/10/2026
The Cardinals barely have a functional offensive line just based on who happens to be on their roster right now. They’ll obviously continue to add pieces in free agency and then the draft, but they have just two tackles with any sort of experience prior to this acquisition. Matt Pryor changes that, as he has experience at both tackle and guard. He can be a valuable swing tackle and also provide some guard depth, but Arizona still needs a new right tackle.

Cardinals sign WR Kendrick Bourne (2 years, $10 million): B+ Grade
signed on 3/9/2026
This is a surprising signing, only because I figured Kendrick Bourne would wait for Mac Jones to be traded somewhere, and then follow him there. I don’t think there’s been a more consistent quarterback-receiver combination in NFL history than Mac Jones to Kendrick Bourne, after all.
Bourne will provide quality depth for the Cardinals, who will need it if they end up trading Marvin Harrison Jr. It’s been rumored that Harrison is on the trade block, so Bourne will be a key contributor if Harrison is dealt. Bourne had some nice moments for the 49ers last year, so that should continue in Arizona.

Cardinals sign G Isaac Seumalo (3 years, $31.5 million): A- Grade
signed on 3/9/2026
Arizona’s offensive line is a disaster, so it’s nice to see the team making at least one move to strengthen the area. Outside of Paris Johnson, the Cardinals needed help everywhere, but now one of the guard spots is a strength.
Isaac Seumalo is a terrific blocker. He’s been awesome for the Eagles and Steelers, and will likely continue to be for Arizona. He’s 33, but interior linemen tend to play well into their mid-30s.

Cardinals sign DT Roy Lopez (2 years, $11.5 million): B Grade
signed on 3/9/2026
Roy Lopez played for the Cardinals in 2023 and 2024, but then went to Detrout last year. Lopez is now returning to Arizona, so don’t tell him that you can never go home.
This is a fine signing. Lopez isn’t a very good player, but he’s a mediocre rotational defensive tackle who is coming off his best year. The Cardinals had no depth last year, so Lopez will help in that area.

Cardinals sign QB Gardner Minshew (1 year, $8.25 million): B Grade
signed on 3/9/2026
As I wrote below when I graded the Marcus Mariota re-signing, average backup quarterbacks tend to go for $5 million per season. Gardner Minshew is as mediocre as it gets for a No. 2 quarterback, but he has tons of experience, so that has to be part of the equation. It was also important for Arizona to sign a smart quarterback (42 Wonderlic) to help tutor Ty Simpson, so Minshew will serve as a pseudo coach of sorts.

Cardinals sign RB Tyler Allgeier (2 years, $12 million): A Grade
signed on 3/9/2026
Pour one out for any Trey Benson truthers. The Cardinals had no running game last year in the wake of the injuries to Benson and James Conner, so they had to find a new running back, even after retaining Conner earlier this offseason.
Tyler Allgeier is a great bargain. He should have earned more than $6 million, yet the Cardinals were able to get a very cheap option to be their new primary back.
