33. NFL Team Logo for Jets New York Jets: Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

The Jets grab a receiver to pair with Garrett Wilson.

With teammates like Marvin Harrison Jr., Emeka Egbuka, and Jeremiah Smith, Tate has gone under the radar, but he is a talented receiver in his own right. The 6-foot-3, 195-pounder has good size, runs well enough, and has flashed big-play ability while never being the No. 1 featured receiver. Thus far in 2025, Tate has 34 receptions for 587 yards with six touchdowns. In 2024, Tate had 50 receptions for 698 yards and four touchdowns. Tate flashed as a freshman in 2023, catching 18 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown. Tate has athletic upside and untapped potential.

34. NFL Team Logo for Titans Tennessee Titans: Gabe Jacas, DE, Illinois

The Titans take some edge rush youth.

To open 2025, Jacas has 4.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, one pass batted, and 27 tackles. Jacas (6-3, 275) played well for the Fighting Illini in 2024, providing an impact at the point of attack. In the ground game, Jacas has functional strength to hold his ground and get in on runs outside of his gap. Jacas is strong and quick in the pass rush, showing the ability to get after the quarterback as a versatile rusher. He had eight sacks, 74 tackles, and three forced fumbles in 2024.

35. NFL Team Logo for Saints New Orleans Saints: Germie Bernard, WR, Alabama

The Saints add a receiver for their young quarterback.

Bernard has played well in 2025, coming up with some clutch plays for Alabama. He has 38 catches for 526 yards and six touchdowns. Bernard played well in 2024, with 50 catches for 794 yards and two touchdowns. Bernard has the upside to produce more in 2025. The 6-foot-1, 190-pounder has solid size, speed, and athleticism. While Bernard might not become a true No. 1, he could be a solid No. 2 and capable NFL starter.

36. NFL Team Logo for Dolphins Miami Dolphins: D.J. McKinney, CB, Colorado

The Dolphins could use more talent at cornerback.

In 2025, McKinney has 33 tackles with an interception and five passes defended. In 2024, McKinney played really well for the Buffs while being targeted a lot as some teams tried to avoid Travis Hunter. McKinney totaled 61 tackles with three interceptions and eight passes broken up. McKinney (6-2, 190) is big and has quality ball skills.

37. NFL Team Logo for Giants New York Giants: Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

The Giants could use a young right tackle.

The 6-foot-6, 310-pound Miller has been a starting tackle for Clemson. He is a good athlete with quickness and agility on the edge. Miller could stand to get stronger and play with more physicality.

38. NFL Team Logo for Browns Cleveland Browns: Fernando Carmona, OT, Arkansas

Cleveland could use more talent for their offensive line.

Carmona (6-5, 322) played well for Arkansas in 2024 showing ability as a run blocker and pass protector at left tackle. He is a solid player that looks like a safe pick to be a solid and tough NFL starter. Carmona played left tackle at San Jose State in 2023 and 2022.

39. NFL Team Logo for Raiders Las Vegas Raiders: Caleb Banks, DT, Florida

Christian Wilkins didn’t pan out for the Raiders. Here’s a tackle to help the middle of their defensive line.

Banks has been injured in 2025. In his second season with the Gators, Banks (6-6, 325) is a large interior defender who flashed some pass-rush ability in 2024. He recorded 4.5 sacks with 21 tackles, one forced fumble, and one pass defended. He had 19 tackles with a sack in 2023. Prior to that, Banks had two tackles with a sack while playing at Louisville. Banks has a good skill set with upside.

40. NFL Team Logo for Cardinals Arizona Cardinals: Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU

Arizona grabs a potential starter to replace Kyler Murray.

Nussmeier has completed 66 percent of his passes for 1,806 yards with 12 touchdowns and five interceptions. He did a good job of leading his team from a halftime deficit to a tough road win at Clemson.

Nussmeier (6-2, 200) spent a few seasons as the backup to Jayden Daniels, but now he has taken advantage of the opportunity to start and has turned himself into a legit prospect for the NFL. Nussmeier completed 64 percent of his passes for 4,403 yards with 29 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. There is no doubt that Nussmeier has the arm talent to be a pro starter, as he has a powerful arm that has no issue going vertically downfield. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Nussmeier is getting good pro preparation from Brian Kelly, and Nussmeier looks like an early-round prospect for the 2025 or 2026 NFL Draft.

41. NFL Team Logo for Ravens Baltimore Ravens: R. Mason Thomas, DE/OLB, Oklahoma

The Ravens could use more linebacker and edge rush youth to go with Mike Green.

Thomas is a fast edge rusher with serious speed off the edge. He shows some variety in moves and some functional strength to fight off blocks. In 2025, Thomas has 22 tackles with 5.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and a pass batted. In 2024, he totaled nine sacks with one forced fumble, one pass batted, and 23 tackles. The 6-foot-2, 249-pounder is undersized to be a defensive end in the NFL, so we will have to be an outside linebacker that moves to rush off the edge in the sub package.

42. NFL Team Logo for Texans Houston Texans: Damon Wilson II, DE, Missouri

Houston could use some young talent at linebacker.

In 2025, Wilson has 13 tackles, six sacks, and one interception thus far. Wilson was a rotational backup at Georgia in 2024, totaling 22 tackles with three sacks and two forced fumbles. He transferred to Missouri after the season, and Wilson has been impressive with the Tigers. The 6-foot-4, 250-pound Wilson has quality size with speed off the edge.

43. NFL Team Logo for Bengals Cincinnati Bengals: Jaishawn Barham, LB, Michigan

The Bengals grab an edge rusher to pair with Shemar Stewart.

Barham has 25 tackles, three sacks, and one pass batted. In 2024, Barham (6-3, 248) had 66 tackles with one sack and two passes defended. In 2023, he had 37 tackles with three sacks, an interception, and one pass batted. Thus far, his best season was his freshman campaign, when he had 59 tackles with four sacks, one forced fumble, and one pass broken up.

44. NFL Team Logo for Vikings Minnesota Vikings: Kamari Ramsey, S, USC

The Vikings take a replacement for Harrison Smith.

In 2025, Ramsey has 16 tackles and a pass defended. Ramsey played well for the Trojans in 2024, totaling 60 tackles with an interception, five passes defended, and two forced fumbles. With his speed and athleticism, Ramsey could fit as a free safety prospect for the NFL. Some team contacts are very high on Ramsey and his coverage skills.

Rd: 1 Pk: 13

45. NFL Team Logo for Texans Houston Texans: Tony Rojas, LB, Penn State

Houston could use some inside linebacker youth as well.

In 2025, Rojas has 25 tackles and two sacks. Rojas (6-1, 230) was a good contributor to the Nittany Lions’ defense in 2024 and really excelled in pass coverage. He had tremendous ball production with three interceptions and four passes broken up. He totaled 58 tackles and six tackles for a loss in 16 starts. Rojas has a good skill set with the upside to be even better in 2025.

46. NFL Team Logo for Cowboys Dallas Cowboys: Matayo Uiagalelei, DE, Oregon

The Cowboys could use multiple young edge rushers.

To open 2025, Uiagalelei has 14 tackles, four sacks, and two passes defended. He has looked good on some plays, but has been inconsistent. Uiagalelei flashed big-time ability for the Ducks in 2024, recording 10.5 sacks with two forced fumbles, one interception, one pass batted, and 38 tackles. The 6-foot-5, 270-pounder has good size, strength, and athleticism. Team sources feel that Uiagalelei looks awesome in flashes but lacks consistency in 2024.

47. NFL Team Logo for Falcons Atlanta Falcons: Connor Lew, C, Auburn

The Falcons could use an upgrade at center.

Lew (6-3, 300) broke into the starting lineup during his freshman season and was an impressive blocker for the Tigers. In 2024, Lew was even better and is a well-balanced blocker. He is strong and agile as a run blocker while being very reliable in pass protection. Some sources have said Lew is similar to Creed Humphrey. Lew looks like a potential long-term starter at center or guard in the NFL.

48. NFL Team Logo for Panthers Carolina Panthers: Harold Perkins, OLB, LSU

Carolina could use more linebacker youth.

In 2025, Perkins has 33 tackles, two passes batted, and three sacks. In 2024, Perkins had 16 tackles before suffering a season-ending injury early in the year. Perkins was a beast and was all over the field for LSU as a freshman in 2022, totaling 72 tackles, 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, one interception, and four passes batted. In 2023, Perkins recorded 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, 74 tackles, and four passes batted. The 6-foot-1, 220-pounder possesses a unique body type and is undersized as an edge defender, but there is no doubt about his explosive speed and tremendous instincts.

Rd: 1 Pk: 16

49. NFL Team Logo for Jaguars Jacksonville Jaguars: Darrell Jackson Jr., DT, Florida State

The Jaguars could use more interior defensive line youth.

Thus far in 2025, Jackson has 22 tackles with one sack. In 2024, Jackson had a quality season for the Seminoles as one of the replacements for Braden Fiske. Jackson totaled 31 tackles with 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble. His 2023 season was lost to NCAA transfer rules after Jackson left the Miami Hurricanes for the Seminoles. He had 27 tackles and three sacks in 2022. The 6-foot-5, 330-pound Jackson is a large nose tackle who is tough against the run and shows an ability to push the pocket as a pass rusher.

50. NFL Team Logo for Bears Chicago Bears: T.J. Parker, DE, Clemson

Chicago could use an edge rusher to pair with Montez Sweat.

In 2025, Parker had 24 tackles with two sacks and a pass broken up. Parker has had a breakout sophomore season for the Tigers, recording 57 tackles, 11 sacks, and six forced fumbles in 2024. The 6-foot-3, 265-pound Parker has solid size and quality instincts. In his freshman season, Parker posted 5.5 sacks and 33 tackles.

51. NFL Team Logo for Steelers Pittsburgh Steelers: Domani Jackson, CB, Alabama

Pittsburgh could use more cornerback youth.

Jackson has 19 tackles thus far. In 2024, Jackson had 51 tackles with seven passes defended and two interceptions. Jackson (6-1, 190) has some talent, but he has not been impressive in coverage in 2025. Jackson did not become the star he was expected to be at USC, but he could blossom at Alabama. He had 32 tackles with three passes defended in 2023.

Rd: 1 Pk: 19

52. NFL Team Logo for Chargers Los Angeles Chargers: Akheem Mesidor, DE, Miami

The Chargers could use more young talent on the defensive line. Joey Bosa was let go, and Khalil Mack is aging.

In 2025, Mesidor has 28 tackles with 3.5 sacks. He has been a physical edge setter who has shown the ability to fight off blocks and get after the quarterback. Mesidor had 32 tackles and 5.5 sacks. He had a good game against Florida and was active behind the line of scrimmage. He was also active against Florida State and Louisville. Mesidor (6-2, 281) was a consistent pass rusher for the Hurricanes in 2020-2022. In 2022, he had 38 tackles with seven sacks, one forced fumble, and four passes defended. The previous season, he had 4.5 sacks after totaling five sacks in 2020. In 2023, Mesidor only played two games before going out for the season with an injury.

53. NFL Team Logo for Chiefs Kansas City Chiefs: Cashius Howell, DE, Texas A&M

The Chiefs could use talent up front on defense.

This season, Howell has 10 sacks and 16 tackles with three passes batted. The 6-foot-2, 248-pound Howell is fast off the edge with a repertoire of pass-rushing moves. Howell’s size might make him an odd fit as a linebacker/defensive end, but his production of getting after the quarterback is going to make him an early-round pick next April.

54. NFL Team Logo for 49ers San Francisco 49ers: Antonio Williams, WR, Clemson

Deebo Samuel is gone, and San Francisco has a hard time keeping receivers healthy. The 49ers could use more young wide receiver talent for Brock Purdy.

Williams has 23 receptions for 225 yards in five games played. Williams flashed playmaking ability for the Tigers in 2024 with 75 catches for 904 yards and 11 touchdowns. Williams (5-11, 190) has enough size and some natural talent as a route-runner.

55. NFL Team Logo for Lions Detroit Lions: Jaylon Guilbeau, CB, Texas

Ennis Rakestraw has been unable to stay healthy, Terrion Arnold has had some struggles avoiding injury as well, and Amik Robertson is a free agent. Here is more cornerback depth and competition.

In 2025, Guilbeau has 29 tackles, one interception, and three passes broken up. Gulbeau demonstrated impressive coverage skills in 2024, consistently blanketing receivers to prevent them from getting open. In 2024, he had 58 tackles with three passes broken up. The 6-foot, 190-pounder has good size and upside to be better in 2025.

56. NFL Team Logo for Rams Los Angeles Rams: Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas

The Rams could use some linebacker youth.

Hill has 50 tackles with two forced fumbles, an interception, and a pass defended. Hill (6-3, 235) was impressive as a true freshman in 2023, and it looked like he was scratching the surface of his ability. He totaled 67 tackles with five sacks, one forced fumble, and two passes defended. In 2024, Hill had 113 tackles with eight sacks, one pass broken up, and an interception.

57. NFL Team Logo for Seahawks Seattle Seahawks: Ola Ioane, G, Penn State

The Seahawks grab more guard talent. That would allow them to move Grey Zabel inside to center.

The 6-foot-4, 334-pound Ioane is a strong blocker at the point of attack with the ability to generate movement in the ground game. He is also a reliable pass protector. Ioane is explosive, can mirror speed rushers, and plays with physicality with a nasty streak. Ioane looks like a guard for the NFL and probably does not have the length to kick outside to tackle.

Rd: 1 Pk: 26

58. NFL Team Logo for Bills Buffalo Bills: Kenyatta Jackson, DE, Ohio State

Joey Bosa is aging and has issues staying healthy. The Bills could use more youth at edge rusher.

Jackson was playing well before an injury knocked him out of the opener against Texas. He has nine tackles and 2.5 sacks thus far. Jackson (6-6, 258) was a solid defender for the Buckeyes in 2024, rotating behind Jack Sawyer and J.T. Tuimoloau. In 2024, Jackson totaled 16 tackles with 1.5 sacks and a pass batted. He could produce more as a starter in 2025 with the potential to rise. Sources say that Jackson has a good skill set and could be a high riser.

Click links to see the Bills' picks across all rounds:
Rd: 1 Pk: 25

59. NFL Team Logo for Broncos Denver Broncos: Kyle Louis, OLB, Pittsburgh

Denver adds some young linebacker talent.

In 2025, Louis has 41 tackles with two sacks, a pass defended, a forced fumble, and an interception. In 2024, Louis was a breakout star and one of the best linebackers in the nation as a sophomore. Louis was all over the field for the Panthers and made some clutch plays for his team. Louis was tremendous with 97 tackles, 15 tackles for a loss, seven sacks, one forced fumble, four interceptions, and seven passes broken up. In pass coverage, Louis really stands out as a future contributor for the NFL. He is very smooth dropping in coverage and covers a lot of ground in zone. For the NFL, Louis (6-0, 225) is undersized, so he will need to work on taking on blocks, stacking, shedding, and getting on tackles. Given his size, that could be a persistent issue for him.

Rd: 1 Pk: 28

60. NFL Team Logo for Buccaneers Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Will Heldt, DE, Clemson

Tampa Bay could use some young edge rush talent.

Thus far in 2025, Heldt has 25 tackles with four sacks and has played well for Clemson. Heldt played well for Purdue in 2024, recording 56 tackles with five sacks. He has good size and upside to be a potential riser.

61. NFL Team Logo for Eagles Philadelphia Eagles: Drew Shelton, OT/G, Penn State

Philadelphia grabs an understudy for Lane Johnson.

Shelton saw some action as a freshman, filling in for injured left tackle Olu Fashanu, and then was a rotational contributor who also logged time at guard and center. After Fashanu moved on to the NFL, Shelton took over at left tackle for the Nittany Lions in 2024. The 6-foot-5, 308-pounder had a strong close to the 2024 season and put together some impressive tapes to end the season. Shelton has athletic ability and is technically sound with patience. There could be some debate about whether he should be a guard or tackle in the NFL, depending on how he measures leading up to the draft.

62. NFL Team Logo for Patriots New England Patriots: Keon Sabb, S, Alabama

The Patriots grab some young safety talent.

In 2025, Sabb has 24 tackles with an interception and a pass batted. Sabb has been a tough defender for Alabama in 2024. He had 39 tackles with two interceptions and four passes broken up. As a Michigan Wolverine in 2023, Sabb had 28 tackles, two interceptions, and four passes broken up.

Click links to see the Patriots' picks across all rounds:
Rd: 1 Pk: 29

63. NFL Team Logo for Packers Green Bay Packers: Amare Ferrell, CB, Indiana

Green Bay moved on from Jaire Alexander and could use more young talent at corner.

Ferrell has 27 tackles with three interceptions and five passes defended thus far in 2025. In 2024, Ferrell was a tough defender for the Hoosiers. He had 49 tackles with four interceptions and one pass batted. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder has good size to go along with ball skills.

64. NFL Team Logo for Colts Indianapolis Colts: Aaron Anderson, WR, LSU

The Colts add a weapon for Daniel Jones.

In 2025, Anderson has 29 receptions for 382 yards. In the opener against Clemson, Anderson caught six passes for 99 yards. He has explosive speed, but is very undersized. Anderson (5-8, 187) is an extremely fast receiver who is a threat to score anytime he touches the ball. In 2024, Anderson had 61 receptions for 875 yards and five touchdowns. Anderson has a lot of upside to develop.
