33. NFL Team Logo for Raiders Las Vegas Raiders: Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona

Unless Thayer Munford or Delmar Glaze plays well this season, the Raiders will need a new right tackle.

Savaiinaea broke into the starting lineup at right tackle in 2022 and immediately was a solid contributor for the Wildcats. As a sophomore in 2023, Savaiinaea was even better teaming with Jordan Morgan to give Arizona an effective tackle tandem. Savaiinaea is a quick blocker with athleticism and agility on the edge. However, Savaiinaea needs to get stronger for the NFL and improve his punch at the point of attack. If he can’t add more functional power, Savaiinaea might end up fitting best in a zone-blocking system.

34. NFL Team Logo for Titans Tennessee Titans: Rod Moore, S, Michigan

The Titans add some youth at safety.

During Moore’s freshman season, he started four games while contributing on special teams. Since then, Moore has locked down a starting safety position starting as a sophomore in 2022 and has been a reliable defender for the Wolverines. In 2022 he had 71 tackles with four interceptions and seven passes broken up. In 2023, Moore had 38 tackles with two interceptions and five passes broken up. Moore (6-0, 198) has quality ball skills and is a versatile safety on the back end.

35. NFL Team Logo for Patriots New England Patriots: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Patriots grab more receiving weapons for Drake Maye.

In 2023, Egbuka had 41 catches for 515 yards and four touchdowns. The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder turned in 74 receptions for 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2022. He emerged as a potential No. 1 receiver or really good No. 2 wideout. At other schools, Egbuka would have had an even bigger year, but he was the No. 2 receiver for Ohio State across from Marvin Harrison Jr. While injuries were definitely a factor in 2023, Egbuka needs a bounce-back season in 2024 as he looked much faster in 2022 compared to his 2023 performance.

36. NFL Team Logo for Panthers Carolina Panthers: Kaden Prather, WR, Maryland

Even if Xavier Legette pans out, Carolina could use a replacement for Adam Thielen.

During the 2023 season, some team sources said Prather (6-4, 212) was similar to Adonai Mitchell, but that Prather is a little faster and stronger. In 2023, Prather caught 41 passes for 609 yards and five touchdowns. He played at West Virginia previously, catching 52 balls for 501 yards and three scores in 2022. Prather has a good skill set and upside.

37. NFL Team Logo for Bills Buffalo Bills: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

The Bills could use a back to pair with James Cook.

At Ole Miss, Judkins was a tough runner who has been productive the past two seasons. In 2023 he averaged 4.3 yards per carry for 1,158 yards with 16 touchdowns. The previous season he averaged 5.7 yards per carry for 1,567 yards with 16 touchdowns. The 6-foot, 220-pounder transferred to Ohio State for the 2024 season.

38. NFL Team Logo for Cardinals Arizona Cardinals: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

The Cardinals could consider adding a young talent to backup or replace Kyler Murray.

Ward (6-2, 223) was a point machine over the past three seasons at Washington State, generating a prolific number of touchdowns. He broke out in 2021, completing 65 percent of his passes for 4,638 yards, 47 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. In 2022, Ward completed 64 percent of his passes for 3,231 yards with 23 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Ward then completed 67 percent of his passes in 2023 for 3,735 yards, 25 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. He also notched eight rushing touchdowns during 2023, which matched the total of his ground scores from the previous three seasons. Ward flirted with transferring to Miami or Florida State before deciding to enter the 2024 NFL Draft, and then backing out and completing the transfer to the Hurricanes.

39. NFL Team Logo for Bears Chicago Bears: Deion Burks, WR, Oklahoma

Keenan Allen is a free agent after this season, and the Bears could target a long-term speedy slot receiver.

Burks (5-9 190) has playmaking ability and could explode with the Sooners in 2024. In 2023, Burks caught 47 passes for 629 yards and seven touchdowns with Purdue. Burks is a fast and dynamic receiver.

40. NFL Team Logo for Broncos Denver Broncos: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

Even if Javonte Williams plays well in 2024, the Broncos could add running back talent, as Sean Payton likes to utilize a dual-back offense.

The big back Hampton ran well for North Carolina in 2023, averaging 5.9 yards per carry for 1,504 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also caught 29 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown. The 6-foot, 220-pound Hampton is built well for the NFL.

41. NFL Team Logo for Giants New York Giants: Ollie Gordon II, RB, Oklahoma State

The Giants take a true replacement for Saquon Barkley.

The 6-foot-1, 211-pound Gordon was one of the most effective running backs in college football in 2023, as he ripped off 1,732 yards with 21 touchdowns while averaging 6.1 yards per carry. He also showed functional receiving ability for a big back, with 39 catches for 330 yards and a touchdown. As a runner, Gordon has impressive vision and contact balance and can pick up yards after contact. He has quality speed for a big back with a straight-line burst to outrun some defenders on long runs. Gordon has soft hands and is natural catching the ball. He could stand to improve his knee bend to run more behind his pads as he is prone to running upright. He also requires some steps to hit top speed, so improving his burst would be helpful for the NFL.

42. NFL Team Logo for Saints New Orleans Saints: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

Ryan Ramczyk could have his career cut short by injury, while Trevor Penning has been a disappointment. The Saints could use a tackle to pair with Taliese Fuaga.

Conerly was an excellent pass protector at left tackle for the Ducks in 2023, allowing only one sack all season. Conerly showed quickness and athleticism on the edge to keep a clean pocket. It was only his first season as a starter, and it will be interesting to see if Conerly gets stronger and more forceful as a run blocker. Conerly has upside and could get stronger as he matures while gaining more experience.

43. NFL Team Logo for Commanders Washington Commanders: Danny Stutsman, LB, Oklahoma

The Commanders grab an understudy for Bobby Wagner.

Stutsman (6-4, 241) is a tough linebacker for the Sooners, making a lot of tackles and some splash plays for his defense. In 2023, he totaled 104 tackles, three sacks, an interception, two forced fumbles, and three passes defended. In 2022, he recorded 124 tackles, three sacks, two interceptions, and five passes broken up. Team sources said Stutsman is athletic, fast, and instinctive. They stated they felt he has good size and length but lacks ideal strength and physicality. They called Stutsman a less strong, more finesse version of Pete Werner.

44. NFL Team Logo for Steelers Pittsburgh Steelers: Riley Leonard, QB, Notre Dame

Unless Justin Fields or Russell Wilson play well in 2024, the Steelers need to draft a young starting quarterback.

Leonard (6-4, 212) has good size to him and arm talent. He broke out in 2022, completing 64 percent of his passes for 2,967 yards, 20 touchdowns and six interceptions. In 2023, Leonard completed 58 percent of his passes for 1,102 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. He also had four rushing touchdowns. Leonard missed a game with a leg injury suffered at the end of the loss to Notre Dame. He came back for two more games before exiting the lineup again. Leonard went out for the year in late October. After the season, he announced he was entering the transfer portal and ended with Notre Dame.

Leonard played well at times during 2023, but his performance against Notre Dame illustrated that he needs more development in terms of accuracy while getting rushed and staying poised under pressure. He was wise to transfer to Notre Dame to continue developing before going pro.

45. NFL Team Logo for Jets New York Jets: Lander Barton, LB, Utah

The Jets could consider adding some linebacker talent.

Barton (6-3, 233) was on his way to an impressive 2023 season before a right foot injury ended his season after seven games. In those seven contests, he totaled 34 tackles with two interceptions, one forced fumble, and two passes broken up. In 2022 he had 46 tackles with 4.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one pass broken up. The NFL advance scouts gave Barton a high projection on their preseason watch list.

46. NFL Team Logo for Jaguars Jacksonville Jaguars: Donovan Jackson, G, Ohio State

The Jaguars add more interior offensive line talent

The 6-foot-4, 300-pound Jackson has been a tough blocker for the Buckeyes over the past few seasons. He blasts open holes in the ground game and does a steady job of protecting his quarterback. Jackson could be a safe pick to turn into a solid pro.

47. NFL Team Logo for Chargers Los Angeles Chargers: Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

The Chargers need some more talent on the inside of their defensive line.

Nolen was a highly recruited player who was considered to have star potential. In 2023, he showed why, recording four sacks and 37 tackles while causing a lot of disruption for Texas A&M. The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder has a good skill set with a lot of upside. He entered the transfer portal after the 2023 regular season and landed with Ole Miss.

48. NFL Team Logo for Seahawks Seattle Seahawks: Abdul Carter, OLB, Penn State

Seattle could use some youth at linebacker.

Carter notched 49 tackles, 4.5 sacks, five passes defended, and one interception in 2023. In 2022, he made his presence felt as a freshman with 56 tackles, 6.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and four passes defended. The 6-foot-3, 250-pounder has quickness and upside to develop.

49. NFL Team Logo for Browns Cleveland Browns: Jayden Ott, RB, California

The Browns could add an understudy for Nick Chubb.

Ott ran well for the Golden Bears in 2023, averaging 5.3 yards per carry for 1,305 yards with 12 touchdowns. He also caught 26 passes for 196 yards with two scores. The previous season he had 46 receptions for 321 yards with three scores to go along with 897 yards rushing (5.3 average) and eight scores. Ott (6-0, 210) is put together well and versatile.

50. NFL Team Logo for Cowboys Dallas Cowboys: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

The Cowboys add a long-term running back.

In 2023, Henderson averaged 5.9 yards per carry for 926 yards and 11 touchdowns. He had 19 receptions for 229 yards as well. Henderson put together an impressive freshman year in 2021 and was too talented to keep on the bench behind more experienced upperclassmen. He averaged 6.8 yards per carry that season for 1,248 yards and 15 touchdowns on only 183 carries. Henderson also was an impressive receiving back, snatching 27 passes for 312 yards and four scores. Before getting injured in 2022, he averaged 5.3 yards per carry for 571 yards and six touchdowns. With his impressive skill set, Henderson has upside to explode in 2024.

51. NFL Team Logo for Falcons Atlanta Falcons: Anthony Belton, OT, N.C. State

Atlanta grabs a left tackle to groom.

Belton put together a good 2023 season for the Wolfpack, helping his draft standing with NFL teams thanks to showing next-level ability. Alongside his size, Belton (6-6, 336) has enough quickness and athleticism to remain an edge blocker in the pros. Team sources said they had a third-round grade on Belton for the 2024 NFL Draft if he had decided to enter the draft. They noted that he might start as a backup but could develop into a starter. Belton could rise for the 2025 draft.

52. NFL Team Logo for Panthers Carolina Panthers: Princely Umanmielen, DE, Ole Miss

Jadeveon Clowney was a nice signing, but Carolina could use a long-term end to pair with Derrick Brown.

Umanmielen played well for Florida in 2023, recording seven sacks and 39 tackles. He transferred to Ole Miss after the season. In 2022, he totaled 39 tackles, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. Umanmielen totaled 3.5 sacks over the 2021 and 2020 seasons. The 6-foot-5, 255-pounder has quality size with some speed and athleticism off the edge. He has shown improvement and growth as he has gained experience. Umanmielen still possesses upside to develop, so he could make another jump in 2024.

53. NFL Team Logo for Colts Indianapolis Colts: Jack Velling, TE, Oregon State

The Colts could grab a receiving tight end for Anthony Richardson.

In 2023 Velling was a nice contributor for the Beavers. Velling flashed some receiving ability catching 29 passes for 438 yards with eight touchdowns. Velling (6-4, 241) will need to show that he can pass protect and block the c-gap to rise in 2024.

Rd: 1 Pk: 21

54. NFL Team Logo for Packers Green Bay Packers: Tacario Davis, CB, Arizona

Green Bay could use more cornerback depth.

Davis (6-4, 195) is a tall, long cornerback who flashed ability for Arizona in 2023. He totaled 25 tackles with an interception and 15 passes broken up in a breakout 2023 season. Davis could stand to turn some of those broken-up passes into interceptions in 2024. To address the question with all big cornerbacks, Davis must show that he can run with speed receivers.

Rd: 1 Pk: 22

55. NFL Team Logo for Buccaneers Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

The Bucs could use some youth at linebacker.

Carter recorded 62 tackles, five passes batted, and 3.5 sacks in 2023. He had a strong 2022 season with 73 tackles, 5.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, two interceptions and eight passes broken up. Team sources said Carter (5-11, 233) is fast and athletic but small and can get destroyed in the inside run. He struggles to get off blocks and is a run-chase linebacker. Carter fits as a coverage linebacker in the sub package, but he could have issues holding up in the base set in the NFL.

Rd: 1 Pk: 23

56. NFL Team Logo for Texans Houston Texans: Evan Stewart, WR, Oregon

Stefon Diggs is a free agent after this season, and the Texans could opt to be younger and cheaper across from Nico Collins.

Stewart (6-0, 175) did not have a prolific season in two years with Texas A&M, but he flashed the ability to make plays. In 2023 Stewart caught 38 passes for 514 yards and four touchdowns. After the season, he transferred to Oregon and could explode with the Ducks.

57. NFL Team Logo for Ravens Baltimore Ravens: Moose Muhammed III, WR, Texas A&M

Baltimore could use more young receiving talent for Lamar Jackson.

Muhammad is a gritty receiver who could be a nice value pick in his draft class. In 2023, Muhammad caught 27 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns with the Aggies. The previous season he had 38 receptions for 610 yards and four scores. If Muhammad (6-1, 205) could get some consistent quarterback play, he has the upside to be a riser for the 2024 class.

Rd: 1 Pk: 25

58. NFL Team Logo for 49ers San Francisco 49ers: Justin Walley, CB, Minnesota

The 49ers could use more young talent at cornerback.

Team sources say Walley impressed them during the 2023 season and was a steady defender for Minnesota. In 2023, he had 45 tackles, eight passes broken up, a forced fumble, and an interception. The 5-foot-11, 195-pounder might be a better fit as a slot corner as a pro, but he is a smooth nickel corner who can run the route and prevent separation. Walley could end up being a second-day prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft.

59. NFL Team Logo for Dolphins Miami Dolphins: Tahveon Nicholson, CB, Illinois

The Dolphins take an understudy for Jalen Ramsey.

Nicholson’s style of play is similar to that of former teammate Devon Witherspoon, as Nicholson is tough and gritty. In 2023, the 5-foot-11, 180-pounder recorded 36 tackles, two forced fumbles, and six passes defended. In 2022, Nicholson totaled 19 tackles, an interception, and seven passes defended. After the 2023 season, Nicholson transferred to Louisville.

60. NFL Team Logo for Bills Buffalo Bills: Dorian Strong, CB, Virginia Tech

The Bills could use some young talent at cornerback after cutting Tre White.

Strong played well for the Hokies in 2023, reestablishing their tradition of NFL cornerback talent. He recorded 25 tackles with three interceptions and eight passes broken up. Strong (6-0, 185) has quality size and has the potential to rise.

61. NFL Team Logo for Eagles Philadelphia Eagles: J.T. Tuimoloau, DE, Ohio State

Philadelphia grabs a replacement for Brandon Graham.

Tuimoloau totaled 38 tackles, five sacks, and two passes broken up in 2023. As a redshirt freshman in 2022, Tuimoloau (6-4, 270) turned in a good season for the Buckeyes, producing some big plays. He recorded 28 tackles, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, two interceptions, and two passes broken up on the year.

62. NFL Team Logo for Bengals Cincinnati Bengals: Ty Hamilton, DT, Ohio State

The Bengals add a tackle to pair with Kris Jenkins.

Team sources said they liked how Hamilton played during 2023. On the year, he totaled 38 tackles and two sacks. Hamilton (6-3, 295) was solid in run defense and stout at the point of attack. He possesses sufficient size to hold up in the ground game and flashes some quickness and athleticism on the inside of the line.

63. NFL Team Logo for Chiefs Kansas City Chiefs: Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia

The Chiefs could use more cornerback youth.

Everette has a good skill set and a ton of upside to develop as he gains experience. In 2023, the sophomore corner played well for the Bulldogs, registering 29 tackles and five passes broken up. The 6-foot-1, 190-pounder could take over as Georgia’s No. 1 corner in 2024.

64. NFL Team Logo for Lions Detroit Lions: Jonah Monheim, C/G/OT, USC

Frank Ragnow is aging, expensive, and has dealt with injuries, including a foot injury that will never heal. Detroit could draft an interior lineman who can help them at guard or center and eventually take over for Ragnow.

Monheim started at left tackle for USC in 2023. He was solid but unspectacular for the Trojans. In 2024 Monheim is sliding to center, and that looks like a wise move. Monheim’s body type could fit better in the middle of the line. Over recent years, Monheim has been a versatile blocker for the Trojans, starting at guard and right tackle as well. Gaining some weight and getting stronger would help Monheim in the NFL. At worst, Monheim could be a valuable game-day backup that can help provide depth at multiple spots.
