A good way to determine future fantasy success is looking at which players finished well the preceding season. Below are four charts of the top finishers at each position in 2012. The players listed could have big 2013 campaigns.

Russell Wilson was the top fantasy quarterback down the stretch. There’s a good chance he’ll be a top-five fantasy quarterback this year.
Speaking of rookies, Ryan Tannehill played well during the end of the season. He’s a solid QB2 with plenty of upside.

DeAngelo Williams went nuts down the stretch. Most people aren’t high on the Panther running backs, but he’s someone you can get late who could pay off.
DeMarco Murray is another buy-low candidate. Everyone’s down on him because he’s always banged up. That just means you can get him for good value later in your draft.

There are plenty of receivers worth noting. Michael Crabtree was awesome with Colin Kaepernick. There’s a good chance he’ll be a top-10 fantasy wideout in 2013.
Danario Alexander should have been pursued as a restricted free agent this offseason. If he can stay healthy, he’s a solid WR2 in fantasy.
I like T.Y. Hilton a lot. Donnie Avery is gone, so he’ll be a bigger part of the offense in 2013.

With Heath Miller coming off a serious knee injury, the one player who sticks out is Dennis Pitta. He was a monster down the stretch, so if he keeps that momentum, he could be a solid, low-end TE1.
