  1. Boston Celtics: Shane Larkin, PG, Miami, 5-11, Soph.
Shane Larkin is the younger brother of Barry Larkin, so Boston fans would warmly welcome him to their basketball team.

  2. Atlanta Hawks: Giannas Antetokoumpo, SF, Greece, 6-9, 1994
I’m almost afraid to look at this Giannas Antetokoumpo person’s picture. What if he’s Asian or Native American? I won’t know what to think anymore.

  3. Atlanta Hawks: Shabazz Muhammad, G/F, UCLA, 6-6, Fr.
I’m not going to put much thought into this analysis. If the people in Atlanta don’t care about their basketball team, why should I?

  4. Cleveland Cavaliers: Reggie Bullock, G/F, North Carolina, 6-7, Jr.
It’s a shame the kid with the glasses at the NBA Lottery couldn’t transform this selection into the No. 2 pick. That would almost force Cleveland to pick Victor Oladipo.

  5. Chicago Bulls: Lucas Noguiera, C, Brazil, 7-0, 1992
Lucas Nogueira is from Brazil. His race is irrelevant because he averaged 5.4 points per game last year. How do you average just 5.4 PPG in Brazil? What was Noguiera doing, covering Blanka for 48 minutes?

  6. Utah Jazz: Mason Plumlee, PF, Duke, 7-0, Sr.
Top white player available again. Jazz fans are thrilled.

  7. Brooklyn Nets: Jamaal Franklin, SG, San Diego State, 6-5, Jr.
I don’t like Jay-Z because he takes other people’s music, changes a few words and then makes it his own. Thus, I want the Nets to struggle. I know he no longer owns 0.00001 percent of the team, but I feel like he’d take credit if they did well.

  8. Indiana Pacers: Rudy Gobert, C, France, 7-2, 1992
The Pacers are another team that has to take the top white player available. I’m no longer confident that this Rudy Gobert fellow is white, given the earlier Germany confusion, but maybe Indiana fans will just make assumptions.

  9. New York Knicks: Tony Mitchell, F, North Texas, 6-9, Soph.
Chad Ford said that the Knicks like Tony Mitchell. The general manager even has nude photos of him in his bedroom. That’s what someone told me anyway.

  10. Los Angeles Clippers: Isaiah Canaan, PG, Murray State, 6-0, Sr.
I heard Chris Paul is a free agent or something. Time for deserter-extraordinaire Doc Rivers to draft a point guard.

  11. Minnesota Timberwolves: Tim Hardaway, Jr., SG, Michigan, 6-6, Jr.
What’s with all of these teams having multiple picks? That makes me think that David Kahn got a raw deal. He worked so hard to acquire all of these future assets, but won’t get to use them. It sucks that he’s not around to select two point guards in this draft.

  12. Denver Nuggets: Allen Crabbe, SG, California, 6-6, Jr.
I remember the good ole days when NBA coaches were fired because their teams sucked. Now, NBA coaches are getting axed for winning the most games in franchise history. At this rate, they’ll get their walking papers after winning championships. I can see it now…

General Manager: Coach, we’re going to have to let you go.

Coach: What!? But I just won a championship!

General Manager: Yeah, but you didn’t win by enough points.

  13. San Antonio Spurs: Gorgui Dieng, C, Louisville, 6-11, Jr.
This reminds of the Steelers-Jarvis Jones pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. Gorgui Dieng will be a very good defender at the very worst. He should go in the 10-15 range, but has an extensive injury history. Dumb groupthink will cause him to fall right into San Antonio’s lap.

  14. Oklahoma City Thunder: Ricky Ledo, G/F, Providence, 6-6, Fr.
I thought Ricky Ledo was another foreigner until I saw that he went to school at Providence. Shows how much I know about the 2013 NBA Draft. Like I said, go to David Kay’s for a real 2013 NBA Mock Draft.

  15. Phoenix Suns: Glen Rice, Jr., G/F, NBADL, 6-6
I’m not familiar with this NBADL team because they didn’t make the NCAA Tournament. Oh well.

We’re going to have live 2013 NBA Draft Grades on draft night, so check those out! Also, follow me @walterfootball for updates.
