1. Missouri image Luther Burden III*, WR, Missouri
Height: 5-11. Weight: 208.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

6/10/24: Burden played really well as a sophomore, putting up 86 receptions for 1,212 yards and nine touchdowns in 2023. As a freshman, he flashed with 45 catches for 375 yards and six scores. He also ran the ball somewhat that season, averaging 4.9 yards per carry and scoring two touchdowns. Burden is a gritty and effective receiver with playmaking speed and advance route-running.

2. Arizona image Tetairoa McMillan*, WR, Arizona
Height: 6-5. Weight: 210.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

6/10/24: Arizona had an impressive 2023 season while featuring a dangerous passing attack. Wide receiver Jacob Cowing was a known factor for 2023, but McMillan emerged as a playmaker that season. The sophomore caught 90 passes on the year for 1,402 yards and 10 touchdowns. McMillan notched 39 catches for 702 yards and eight scores as a freshman. The 6-foot-5, 210-pounder McMillan has mismatch size for the NFL.

3. Oklahoma image Nic Anderson*, WR, Oklahoma
Height: 6-4. Weight: 209.
Projected 40 Time: 4.50.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: The 6-foot-4, 209-pound Anderson showed that he was scratching the surface of his potential in 2023. As a redshirt freshman, Anderson caught 38 passes for 798 yards and 10 touchdowns. That made for a superb average of 21 yards per catch. Anderson has mismatch size and upside to be better as he gains experience.

4. Oregon image Evan Stewart*, WR, Oregon
Height: 6-0. Weight: 175.
Projected 40 Time: 4.45.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: Stewart did not have a prolific season in two years with Texas A&M, but he flashed the ability to make plays. In 2023 Stewart caught 38 passes for 514 yards and four touchdowns. After the season, he transferred to Oregon and could explode with the Ducks.

5. Ohio State image Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Height: 6-1. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: At other schools, Egbuka would have had an even bigger year in 2022, but he was the No. 2 receiver across from Marvin Harrison Jr. Egbuka notched 74 receptions for 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2022. He emerged as a potential No. 1 receiver or really good No. 2 wideout, but in 2023, he did not play as well. In Egbuka’s defense, he played injured and was clearly not his normal self. He totaled 41 catches for 515 yards and four touchdowns in 2023. Egbuka was wise to return to Ohio State for the 2024 season.

6. Ole Miss image Antwane Wells Jr., WR, Ole Miss
Height: 6-1. Weight: 200.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: Wells could explode in 2024 in Lane Kiffin’s offense. Wells has a good skill set, but he must stay healthy. While at South Carolina, Wells was injured in the 2023 season opener against North Carolina and only played in two more games before going out for the year. He had three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown in 2023. Wells had a massive 2021 season with 15 touchdowns, 83 receptions and 1,250 yards. His production declined in 2022 to 68 catches for 928 yards and six scores.

7. Maryland image Kaden Prather*, WR, Maryland
Height: 6-4. Weight: 212.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: Some team sources say Prather is similar to Adonai Mitchell from Texas but that Prather is a little faster and plays stronger. In 2023, Prather caught 41 passes for 609 yards and five touchdowns. He played at West Virginia previously, catching 52 balls for 501 yards and three scores in 2022. Prather has a good skill set and upside.

8. Texas image Isaiah Bond*, WR, Texas
Height: 5-11. Weight: 182.
Projected 40 Time: 4.45.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

6/10/24: Bond flashed ability with Alabama in 2023, snatching 48 passes for 668 yards and four touchdowns. Bond has a good skill set with speed and big play ability. As a replacement for the Texas receivers who moved on to the NFL, Bond could be a featured receiver for the Longhorns in 2024.

9. Florida image Elijhah Badger*, WR, Florida
Height: 6-2. Weight: 190.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2025): 2-3.

6/10/24: The Gators filled a void at receiver by getting Ricky Pearsall to transfer into the program, and they followed that trend again by getting Badger to leave Arizona State for Gainesville. In 2023 Badger caught 65 passes for 713 yards and three touchdowns. The previous season he had 70 receptions for 866 yards and seven scores. Badger has a nice skill set, and he could be a riser as the No. 1 receiver for Graham Mertz.

10. Texas A&M image Moose Muhammad III, WR, Texas A&M
Height: 6-1. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2025): 2-3.

6/10/24: Muhammad is a gritty receiver who could be a nice value pick in his draft class. In 2023, Muhammad caught 27 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns with the Aggies. The previous season he had 38 receptions for 610 yards and four scores. If Muhammad could get some consistent quarterback play, he has the upside to be a riser for the 2024 class.

11. Oklahoma image Jayden Gibson*, WR, Oklahoma
Height: 6-5. Weight: 193.
Projected 40 Time: 4.50.
Projected Round (2025): 2-4.

6/10/24: Gibson is a big wide out that flashed some intriguing ability during the 2023 season. He averaged 27 yards per reception. He only caught 14 passes, but turned them into 375 yards and five touchdowns in nine games. Gibson is part of a talented receiving corps and has upside to turn into an interesting prospect.

12. Auburn image KeAndre Lambert-Smith*, WR, Auburn
Height: 6-1. Weight: 188.
Projected 40 Time: 4.51.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

6/10/24: Lambert-Smith flashed some ability with Penn State in 2023, catching 53 passes for 673 yards and four touchdowns. He had modest production in 2022 (24-389-4) and 2021 (34-521-3). Lambert-Smith needs to produce more at Auburn in order to rise.

13. Notre Dame image Beaux Collins*, WR, Notre Dame
Height: 6-3. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

6/10/24: In 2023, Collins caught 38 passes for 510 yards and three touchdowns. He transferred to Notre Dame after the season. Collins flashed ability for the Clemson Tigers during the past couple of years, but inconsistent quarterback play depressed Collins’ production. In 2022, he averaged 17 yards per reception, but only had 22 catches the entire year with 373 yards and five touchdowns. Collins notched 31 catches for 407 yards and three scores in 2021.

14. Nebraska image Jahmal Banks, WR, Nebraska
Height: 6-4. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.48.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

6/10/24: Banks recorded 59 catches for 653 yards and four touchdowns in 2023. After the season, he left Wake Forest and landed with the Cornhuskers. In 2022, Banks totaled 42 catches for 636 yards and nine touchdowns. He flashed impressive ability alongside his mismatch size. Banks has the upside to grow with additional experience.

15. Georgia image Arian Smith, WR, Georgia
Height: 6-0. Weight: 185.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Projected Round (2024): 4-6.

12/30/23: Team sources who saw Smith in practice say he has excellent speed and huge upside. Smith missed time with injuries in 2023, and none of the program’s receivers had big production with how the ball gets spread around. In 2023, Smith had eight receptions for 153 yards and two touchdowns.

16. Oklahoma image Jalil Farooq*, WR, Oklahoma
Height: 6-1. Weight: 204.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

6/10/24: In 2023, Farooq caught 45 passes for 694 yards and two touchdowns. The previous season Farooq had 37 catches for 466 yards and five scores. Farooq has a solid build and the upside to be better in 2024.

17. Alabama image Kobe Prentice*, WR, Alabama
Height: 5-10. Weight: 182.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

6/10/24: In 2023, Prentice produced 314 yards on 18 catches with two touchdowns. After losing some receivers to the NFL and transfer portal, Prentice could be the featured wide out for the Crimson Tide in 2024.

18. Florida image Chimere Dike*, WR, Florida
Height: 6-2. Weight: 190.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

6/10/24: Dike had some modest production with the Badgers, but he has the upside to be better at Florida. Dike will be reunited with former Badgers quarterback Graham Mertz, and that history could help Dike to transition faster to the Gators. Dike’s best season came in 2022 with Mertz in Madison, as Dike caught 47 passes for 689 yards and six touchdowns. Last season in eight games, he had 19 receptions for 328 yards and a touchdown.

19. Georgia image Dominic Lovett, WR, Georgia
Height: 5-10. Weight: 179.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2025): 5-7.

6/10/24: Lovett had 54 catches for 613 yards and four touchdowns in 2023. After a quiet start, Georgia got Lovett more involved and productive later in the season. Lovett had a solid 2022 season for Missouri, recording 56 receptions for 846 yards and three touchdowns. His size limitations could force him to be a slot receiver only in the NFL.

20. Georgia image Dillon Bell*, WR, Georgia
Height: 5-10. Weight: 187.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 5-7.

6/10/24: In 2023, Bell had 29 catches for 355 yards and two touchdowns. With Brock Bowers and Ladd McConkey moving on to the NFL, Bell could get more opportunities to make plays in 2024.

21. Louisville image JaCorey Brooks, WR, Louisville
Height: 6-1. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.45.
Projected Round (2024): 6-FA.

6/10/24: Brooks had three receptions in 2023 for just 30 yards while playing with the Crimson Tide. Alabama head coach Nick Saban said an ongoing shoulder injury was the culprit for the down year. Brooks transferred to Louisville. Brooks was solid in 2022, recording 39 catches for 674 yards and eight touchdowns. In 2021, he notched 15 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns. Brooks has the upside to be more productive at Louisville.

22. Florida State image Malik Benson, WR, Florida State
Height: 6-1. Weight: 195.
Projected 40 Time: 4.50.
Projected Round (2025): 6-FA.

6/10/24: Benson caught 13 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown in 2023 for Alabama. He transferred to Florida State after the season. Benson was a five-star JUCO recruit who landed at Alabama for 2023, and there were high hopes that he could get the Crimson Tide back to having playmaking receivers like Jameson Williams. Benson was unable to get playing time and targets over players like Jermaine Burton and Isaiah Bond.

23. N.C. State image Dacari Collins, WR, N.C. State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 7-FA.

6/10/24: In 2023, Collins brought in 14 catches for 212 yards and two touchdowns. Collins was viewed as a very talented player at Clemson, but he was never able to break through dealing with a crowded depth chart and injuries. After the 2022 season, Collins transferred to N.C. State, and he could be a player who rises if he can stay on the field and show his talent.

24. Nebraska image Isaiah Neyor*, WR, Nebraska
Height: 6-3. Weight: 210.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2024): 7-FA.

12/30/23: While at Texas, Neyor made one catch for 14 yards versus Rice and has not played since the season opener.Neyor played well in 2021 for Wyoming, snatching 44 passes for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns. He missed the 2022 season with an ACL injury after transferring to Texas. After the 2023 season, Neyor transferred to Nebraska.
