Fantasy Football Week 12 Rankings – Running Backs PPR

To differentiate between all the “Start ‘Ems” on my Fantasy Football Start Em, Sit Em page, you can check out the Weekly Fantasy Football Rankings, so you can figure out whom to start between Player X and Player Y.

Below are my fantasy RB rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season.

The rankings are based on a PPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com’s projected stats and standard scoring points.

  1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers (at Packers)- 24 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Christian McCaffrey will get more work this week in an easier matchup.

  2. De'Von Achane, RB, Dolphins (vs. Patriots)- 24 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
De’Von Achane will continue to get lots of targets out of the backfield. He should run all over the Patriots.

  3. Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles (at Rams)- 24 Points
100 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Rams will be a tougher matchup for Saquon Barkley, but Barkley could still break some long runs.

  4. Derrick Henry, RB, Ravens (at Chargers)- 23 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 2 TDs.
This isn’t a great matchup for Derrick Henry, but it’s an easier one than last week.

  5. Kenneth Walker, RB, Seahawks (vs. Cardinals)- 20 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Cardinals were worse against the run earlier in the season, but have improved since.

80 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Dallas is very soft to the run.

  8. Aaron Jones, RB, Vikings (at Bears)- 19 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Bears have a run-funnel defense, so Aaron Jones looks good this week.

  9. Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Lions (at Colts)- 18 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Colts are weak to the run, but Jahmyr Gibbs could be limited on a short week.

  10. Kyren Williams, RB, Rams (vs. Eagles)- 18 Points
80 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Eagles have handled the run well since the bye.

It’s nearly impossible to run on the Lions.

  15. Tony Pollard, RB, Titans (at Texans)- 16 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Tony Pollard will rebound in a much easier matchup.

  16. Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers (vs. 49ers)- 15 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The 49ers are strong against the run.

  17. Bucky Irving, RB, Bucs (at Giants)- 14 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 2 Catches, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
The Giants give up a lot to running backs.

  18. David Montgomery, RB, Lions (at Colts)- 14 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 1 Catch, 10 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
David Montgomery could have a limited workload on a short week.

20 Rushing Yards, 6 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
Rachaad White has been a receptions machine lately.

  23. Najee Harris, RB, Steelers (at Browns)- 12 Points
70 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
The Browns tend to handle the run well unless they’re battling a tight end playing running back.

  24. Rico Dowdle, RB, Cowboys (at Redskins)- 11 Points
60 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
The Redskins have a major run-funnel defense.

  25. D'Andre Swift, RB, Bears (vs. Vikings)- 10 Points
50 Rushing Yards, 3 Catches, 20 Receiving Yards.
There won’t be any running room for D’Andre Swift.

The Chiefs are stellar against the run.
