Other Positions: QB | RB | WR | TE | DraftSharks’ Projections
D’Ernest Johnson has proven that he can produce on a high level when given the chance. He only needs an injury to Travis Etienne to be productive.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 500 rushing yards. 15 catches. 100 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 127.
Ezekiel Elliott looks like he’s running in quicksand at this stage of his career, but he’s still relevant in fantasy because he’s the ultimate touchdown vulture.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 520 rushing yards. 20 catches. 120 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 126.
Deon Jackson is Indianapolis’ receiving back. He’s worth owning in the event that Jonathan Taylor gets hurt.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 510 rushing yards. 38 catches. 260 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 126.
Kendre Miller had lots of pre-draft hype. He could end up being the Saints’ starting running back if Alvin Kamara is suspended.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 440 rushing yards. 32 catches. 250 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 123.
Devon Achane is an electric receiver out of the backfield. The problem is that he’ll be competing for touches with two other backs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 380 rushing yards. 40 catches. 410 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 123.
Jerick McKinnon was a big presence in the red zone in the second half of last year.

Antonio Gibson has lost the early-down work to Brian Robinson. He’ll need an injury to Robinson to be a viable option.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 460 rushing yards. 40 catches. 300 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 120.
Jaylen Warren was used often as a rookie, sometimes over Najee Harris. He’s worth rostering because he produces regardless and has a high ceiling if Harris gets hurt.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 480 rushing yards. 15 catches. 90 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 119.
D’Andre Swift has huge upside when healthy, but he hasn’t been able to stay on the field thus far in his young career. Rashaad Penny ran as the Eagles’ first-string running back to open training camp. There’s still some major concern about Penny’s durability, but this is more of a hit to Swift’s fantasy outlook.

Roschon Johnson showed some great power and tackle-breaking ability on his runs in the preseason opener, as he gained 44 yards on 12 carries. He also caught three passes for two receiving yards. His best play was a 24-yard burst in which he broke five tackles.

Elijah Mitchell should be owned in all formats because he would immediately become a high-end RB2 in the event of a Christian McCaffrey injury.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 350 rushing yards. 10 catches. 60 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 105.

Zonovan Knight could take over in the event of a Breece Hall injury. Given that Hall is coming off a torn ACL, Knight could get some starts.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 200 rushing yards. 40 catches. 300 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 88.

Leonard Fournette lost some of the rushing workload to Rachaad White last year, and he remains unsigned, to no one’s surprise.
