2014 NBA Draft Scouting Report: Jordan Clarkson
Position: Shooting Guard
Size: 6-5, 193
School: Missouri, Junior
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
Summary: After a solid two seasons at Tulsa, Clarkson really hit the national stage in his first year after transferring to Missouri. He has terrific size to be a guard at the NBA level, and his ability to play either the point or the two makes him a very attractive prospect. He has the potential to be a late-lottery pick.
Player Comparison: Rodney Stuckey. Stuckey entered the league as a combo guard, but he has discovered his more natural position is playing more two than one. Like Clarkson, Stuckey is a scorer who his at his best off the bounce and struggles with consistently knocking down three-point shots.
