1. Colorado image Travis Hunter*, WR/CB, Colorado
Height: 6-1. Weight: 185.
Projected 40 Time: 4.45.
Projected Round (2025): Top-16.

3/8/25: In 2024, Hunter had 96 receptions for 1,258 yards with 15 touchdowns receiving and one rushing. He has 35 tackles with four interceptions, 11 passes broken up, and a forced fumble on defense. He could be a starting wide receiver or cornerback in the NFL. Multiple sources think Hunter’s role could be a full-time corner that contributes some as a receiver as well.

6/18/24: Hunter flashed dominant cover ability in 2023 with 31 tackles, three interceptions, and five passes defended before getting injured. As a part-time receiver, Hunter also totaled 16 receptions for 213 yards. At Jackson State in 2022, he recorded 19 tackles, two interceptions, and eight passes broken up. The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder possesses otherworldly athleticism alongside superb instincts and feel.

2. Arizona image Tetairoa McMillan*, WR, Arizona
Height: 6-4. Weight: 219.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 1.

3/8/25: In 2024, McMillan had 84 receptions for 1,319 yards and eight touchdowns. McMillan played well despite Arizona having some struggles on offense and at quarterback. McMillan is a big receiver in the mold of Drake London. Some team sources think McMillan is a more agile and fluid route-runner than London. For the NFL, McMillan could be a big outside receiver who is an asset in the red zone, is a size mismatch, dangerous after the catch, and a potential No. 1 receiver.

6/10/24: Arizona had an impressive 2023 season while featuring a dangerous passing attack. Wide receiver Jacob Cowing was a known factor for 2023, but McMillan emerged as a playmaker that season. The sophomore caught 90 passes on the year for 1,402 yards and 10 touchdowns. McMillan notched 39 catches for 702 yards and eight scores as a freshman. The 6-foot-5, 210-pounder McMillan has mismatch size for the NFL.

3. Missouri image Luther Burden III*, WR, Missouri
Height: 5-11. Weight: 208.
40 Time: 4.41.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

3/8/25: In 2024, Burden had 61 receptions for 676 yards and six touchdowns. Burden was not as dynamic in 2024, but Burden is a sudden receiver, dangerous route-runner, and has strong hands.

6/10/24: Burden played really well as a sophomore, putting up 86 receptions for 1,212 yards and nine touchdowns in 2023. As a freshman, he flashed with 45 catches for 375 yards and six scores. He also ran the ball somewhat that season, averaging 4.9 yards per carry and scoring two touchdowns. Burden is a gritty and effective receiver with playmaking speed and advanced route-running.

4. Ohio State image Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Height: 6-1. Weight: 202.
Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

3/8/25: In 2024, Egbuka had 81 catches for 1,011 yards and 10 touchdowns. He looked more like his old self after being held back by injuries in 2023. Egbuka has good speed and is a dangerous route-runner. He is a safe pick to turn into an NFL starter. Team sources have said they think Egbuka will be a Hines Ward-type receiver as a pro.

6/10/24: At other schools, Egbuka would have had an even bigger year in 2022, but he was the No. 2 receiver across from Marvin Harrison Jr. Egbuka notched 74 receptions for 1,151 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2022. He emerged as a potential No. 1 receiver or really good No. 2 wideout, but in 2023, he did not play as well. In Egbuka’s defense, he played injured and was clearly not his normal self. He totaled 41 catches for 515 yards and four touchdowns in 2023. Egbuka was wise to return to Ohio State for the 2024 season.

5. Texas image Matthew Golden*, WR, Texas
Height: 5-11. Weight: 191.
40 Time: 4.29.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

3/8/25: With Isaiah Bond dealing with an injury, Golden stepped up late in the season to provide some clutch receptions for Texas. Golden showed the speed to get vertical and is a dangerous scoring threat. That was given more evidence with Golden having a super fast 40 time at the combine. In 2024, Golden had 58 catches for 987 yards with nine touchdowns. The 6-foot, 195-pounder has enough size and speed to be a potential dangerous No. 2 or 3 receiver in the NFL.

6. Texas image Isaiah Bond*, WR, Texas
Height: 5-11. Weight: 180.
40 Time: 4.39.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

3/8/25: Bond had 33 receptions for 532 yards and five touchdowns. Team sources think Bond is a late first-round or early second-round talent. He is a fast speed receiver to stretch defenses vertically.

6/10/24: Bond flashed ability with Alabama in 2023, snatching 48 passes for 668 yards and four touchdowns. Bond has a good skill set with speed and big play ability. As a replacement for the Texas receivers who moved on to the NFL, Bond could be a featured receiver for the Longhorns in 2024.

7. Iowa State image Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 215.
40 Time: 4.47.
Projected Round (2024): 2-3.

3/8/25: Higgins is a big receiver who presents a size mismatch for the NFL. He played well in 2024 with 87 receptions for 1,183 yards and nine touchdowns. Higgins’s strong play has earned him an invitation to the Senior Bowl and he had a good week in Mobile. Higgins helped himself with a good 40 time at the Combine. In 2023 (53-983-6) and 2022 (58-757-10) contributed solid production. Higgins is rising with team sources and he could go early in the second round.

8. TCU image Savion Williams, WR, TCU
Height: 6-5. Weight: 225.
40 Time: 4.48.
Projected Round (2025): 2-3.

3/8/25: Williams had 60 receptions for 611 yards and six touchdowns in 2024. He averaged 6.3 yards per carry with 322 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. Williams is a tall receiver who can challenge defenses vertically. He is fast in a straight line with the explosiveness to run away from the defense when he breaks into the open field. With the ball in his hands, Williams is dangerous after the catch to weave through the defense and rip off yards in chunks. With his height and length, Williams is dangerous on fade passes in the red zone and uses his size to box out defenders. Williams is a tough runner who shows a serious burst to hit the hole. He has excellent instincts as a runner and his background as a high school quarterback can be seen with how natural he is as a running back. Williams has impressive cutting ability and agility for a big-bodied runner with excellent vision to find lanes.

“I really like Savion,” texted an AFC director of player personnel. “I think he might be best as a running back with wide receiver flex like Cordarrelle Patterson. He lacks instincts as a receiver. He’s best as a run after the catch guy. At running back, he looks instinctive. Watch how hard he runs, so he either is a Patterson like running back or a Laviska Shenault type WR/RB.”

9. Ole Miss image Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss
Height: 6-2. Weight: 205.
40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2025): 2-4.

3/8/25: Harris has been one of the most productive receivers in the nation in 2024 despite missing some time with an injury. In 2024, he had 60 catches for 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns. Harris is a big wide out that is dangerous on contested catches. Harris had a productive season in 2023 (54-985-8) in his debut with Ole Miss. The previous three seasons Harris played at Louisiana Tech. He averaged 6.3 yards per carry with 322 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.

10. Oregon image Tez Johnson, WR, Oregon
Height: 5-10. Weight: 154.
40 Time: 4.51.
Projected Round (2024): 3-4.

3/8/25: Johnson is an undersized receiver but has shown the ability to produce some big plays over the past three seasons. In 2024, Johnson had 83 catches for 898 yards with 10 touchdowns. The previous season he had 86 catches for 1,182 yards and 10 touchdowns and an average of 15.4 yards per catch in 2022 (56-863-4). Johnson needs to add some strength for the NFL.

11. Miami image Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami
Height: 5-10. Weight: 209.
Projected 40 Time: 4.48.
Projected Round (2025): 3-4.

3/8/25: Restrepo is a shifty slot receiver who produced a lot of clutch plays for the Hurricanes in 2024. He caught 69 passes for 1,127 yards with 11 touchdowns. The previous season he had 85 catches for 1,092 yards with six touchdowns. Restrepo is a dangerous route-runner with quickness. He could be a nice backup and rotational receiver that might develop into a starting slot as a pro.

12. Tennessee image Bru McCoy, WR, Tennessee
Height: 6-2. Weight: 209.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2024): 3-5.

3/8/25: In 2024, McCoy had 39 catches for 472 yards and two touchdowns. He had a solid game to help Tennessee get a win over Alabama. McCoy was behind some more experienced receivers in 2022, but he still managed to flash with 52 receptions for 667 yards and four touchdowns. In 2023, McCoy had 17 catches for 217 yards and a score in only five games played before going down with an ankle injury. McCoy (6-3, 220) is a big receiver with upside.

13. Iowa State image Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State
Height: 5-10. Weight: 194.
Projected 40 Time: 4.40.
Projected Round (2024): 3-4.

3/8/25: Noel has formed a talented receiving tandem with Jayden Higgins in 2024. Noel has 72 catches for 1,077 yards and seven touchdowns. He had solid production in 2023 with 66 catches for 820 yards and seven scores. Noel has third receiver and rotational potential for the NFL.

14. Auburn image KeAndre Lambert-Smith*, WR, Auburn
Height: 6-1. Weight: 190.
40 Time: 4.37.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Lambert-Smith had 50 catches for 981 yards and eight touchdowns. Lambert-Smith has some quickness and route-running. He might become a quality No. 3 receiver in the NFL.

6/10/24: Lambert-Smith flashed some ability with Penn State in 2023, catching 53 passes for 673 yards and four touchdowns. He had modest production in 2022 (24-389-4) and 2021 (34-521-3). Lambert-Smith needs to produce more at Auburn in order to rise.

15. Maryland image Kaden Prather*, WR, Maryland
Height: 6-3. Weight: 204.
40 Time: 4.46.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Prather had 56 receptions for 624 yards and four touchdowns. He has been a solid player for the Terps, but has not been as explosive as he was at times in 2023.

6/10/24: Some team sources say Prather is similar to Adonai Mitchell from Texas but that Prather is a little faster and plays stronger. In 2023, Prather caught 41 passes for 609 yards and five touchdowns. He played at West Virginia previously, catching 52 balls for 501 yards and three scores in 2022. Prather has a good skill set and upside.

16. Virginia Tech image Da’Quan Felton, WR, Virginia Tech
Height: 6-5. Weight: 213.
40 Time: 4.50.
Projected Round (2024): 3-5.

3/8/25: Felton had 32 receptions for 360 yards and two touchdowns thus far in 2024. In 2023, Felton had 38 receptions for 667 yards and eight touchdowns. He showed scoring ability in 2022 (39-573-7) as well.

17. Florida image Elijhah Badger*, WR, Florida
Height: 6-1. Weight: 200.
40 Time: 4.43.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Badger had 39 receptions for 806 yards and four touchdowns. He had a solid season for Florida, showing quality size and quickness.

6/10/24: The Gators filled a void at receiver by getting Ricky Pearsall to transfer into the program, and they followed that trend again by getting Badger to leave Arizona State for Gainesville. In 2023 Badger caught 65 passes for 713 yards and three touchdowns. The previous season he had 70 receptions for 866 yards and seven scores. Badger has a nice skill set, and he could be a riser as the No. 1 receiver for Graham Mertz.

18. Maryland image Tai Felton, WR, Maryland
Height: 6-1. Weight: 183.
40 Time: 4.37.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Felton was a good possessional receiver for the Terps in 2024. He caught 96 passes for 1,124 yards with nine touchdowns. He had respectable production in 2023 (48-723-6). Felton could rise if he runs well in pre-draft workouts. Felton was invited to the Senior Bowl.

19. TCU image Jack Bech, WR, TCU
Height: 6-1. Weight: 214.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Bech had a solid season for the Horned Frogs, hauling 62 passes for 1,034 yards with nine touchdowns. It was a huge jump over his previous seasons. Bech has quality size to him, but will need to run well in the lead-up to the draft. He earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl.

20. Illinois image Pat Bryant, WR, Illinois
Height: 6-2. Weight: 204.
40 Time: 4.61.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: Bryant was a tough receiver for the Illini in 2024, snatching 54 catches for 984 yards and 10 touchdowns. Bryant had modest production in 2023 (43-560-7) and 2022 (34-453-2). Bryant has good size, and it would help him to run well in pre-draft workouts.

21. Washington State image Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State
Height: 5-11. Weight: 190.
40 Time: 4.40.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/8/25: In 2024, Williams was an effective receiver for the Cougars with 70 catches for 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns. He has decent size and could be a solid depth receiver. In 2023, Williams had 61 catches for 842 yards with six touchdowns.

22. Georgia image Arian Smith, WR, Georgia
Height: 6-0. Weight: 179.
40 Time: 4.36.
Projected Round (2024): 4-6.

3/8/25: Smith had 48 catches for 817 yards with four touchdowns. He was under utilitzed at Georgia as the ultra-fast receiver could have had a lot more production in passing offense at another school. Smith has a problem with dropped passes and that really hurt him with team evaluators.

12/30/23: Team sources who saw Smith in practice say he has excellent speed and huge upside. Smith missed time with injuries in 2023, and the program’s receivers had little production with how the ball gets spread around. In 2023, Smith had eight receptions for 153 yards and two touchdowns.

23. Ole Miss image Antwane Wells Jr., WR, Ole Miss
Height: 6-1. Weight: 200.
40 Time: 4.58.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

3/8/25: Wells had 28 catches for 553 yards and six touchdowns.

6/10/24: Wells could explode in 2024 in Lane Kiffin’s offense. Wells has a good skill set, but he must stay healthy. While at South Carolina, Wells was injured in the 2023 season opener against North Carolina and only played in two more games before going out for the year. He had three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown in 2023. Wells had a massive 2021 season with 15 touchdowns, 83 receptions and 1,250 yards. His production declined in 2022 to 68 catches for 928 yards and six scores.

24. Colorado image Jimmy Horn Jr., WR, Colorado
Height: 5-8. Weight: 174.
40 Time: 4.46.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

3/8/25: Horn was a solid slot receiver for the Buffalos last season, hauling in 37 receptions for 441 yards and a touchdown. In 2023, Horn had 58 catches for 567 yards and six scores. Horn is small and is a backup-caliber contributor for the NFL.

25. Notre Dame image Beaux Collins*, WR, Notre Dame
Height: 6-3. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

3/8/25: Collins had 41 catches for 490 yards and three touchdowns. He could have produced more but the Fighting Irish featured a ground-based offense.

6/10/24: In 2023, Collins caught 38 passes for 510 yards and three touchdowns. He transferred to Notre Dame after the season. Collins flashed ability for the Clemson Tigers during the past couple of years, but inconsistent quarterback play depressed Collins’ production. In 2022, he averaged 17 yards per reception, but only had 22 catches the entire year with 373 yards and five touchdowns. Collins notched 31 catches for 407 yards and three scores in 2021.

26. Florida image Chimere Dike, WR, Florida
Height: 6-1. Weight: 196.
40 Time: 4.34.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

3/8/25: Dike has 42 catches for 783 yards and two touchdowns. Dike could compete to be a pro backup. He accepted an invitation to the Senior Bowl and had a decent week. Dike ran faster than expected at the NFL Scouting Combine.

6/10/24: Dike had some modest production with the Badgers, but he has the upside to be better at Florida. Dike will be reunited with former Badgers quarterback Graham Mertz, and that history could help Dike to transition faster to the Gators. Dike’s best season came in 2022 with Mertz in Madison, as Dike caught 47 passes for 689 yards and six touchdowns. Last season in eight games, he had 19 receptions for 328 yards and a touchdown.

27. Utah State image Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State
Height: 6-0. Weight: 205.
40 Time: 4.42.
Projected Round (2024): 4-6.

3/8/25: Royals has played well in 2024 catching 55 passes for 834 yards and six touchdowns. In 2023, he had 71 receptions for 1,080 yards with 15 touchdowns. Royals accepted an invitation to the Senior Bowl.

28. Georgia image Dominic Lovett, WR, Georgia
Height: 5-10. Weight: 185.
40 Time: 4.40.
Projected Round (2025): 5-7.

3/8/25: Lovett had 59 receptions for 607 yards and six touchdowns. He could have produced more at a school that featured a passing attack. Lovett is a gritty receiver and a competitor.

6/10/24: Lovett had 54 catches for 613 yards and four touchdowns in 2023. After a quiet start, Georgia got Lovett more involved and productive later in the season. Lovett had a solid 2022 season for Missouri, recording 56 receptions for 846 yards and three touchdowns. His size limitations could force him to be a slot receiver only in the NFL.

29. Virginia Tech image Jaylin Lane, WR, Virginia Tech
Height: 5-10. Weight: 191.
40 Time: 4.34.
Projected Round (2024): 5-7.

3/8/25: Lane has played well enough during his collegiate career to earn an invitation to the Senior Bowl. In 2024 he has 38 catches for 466 yards with two touchdowns. He contributed in 2023 (41-538-6) and 2022 (69-940-5).

30. Texas A&M image Moose Muhammad III, WR, Texas A&M
Height: 6-1. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.54.
Projected Round (2025): 5-7.

3/8/25: Muhammad had six catches for 55 yards and two touchdowns. He could be a late-round value that ends up working his way onto a roster.

6/10/24: Muhammad is a gritty receiver who could be a nice value pick in his draft class. In 2023, Muhammad caught 27 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns with the Aggies. The previous season he had 38 receptions for 610 yards and four scores. If Muhammad could get some consistent quarterback play, he has the upside to be a riser for the 2024 class.

31. Auburn image Robert Lewis, WR, Auburn
Height: 5-10. Weight: 188.
Projected 40 Time: 4.51.
Projected Round (2025): 6-FA.

3/8/25: Lewis is a late-round sleeper who could be a nice value pick. In 2023, he caught 70 passes for 877 yards and seven touchdowns.

32. Louisville image JaCorey Brooks, WR, Louisville
Height: 6-1. Weight: 184.
Projected 40 Time: 4.45.
Projected Round (2024): 6-FA.

3/8/25: Brooks had 61 receptions for 1,013 yards and nine touchdowns.

6/10/24: Brooks had three receptions in 2023 for just 30 yards while playing with the Crimson Tide. Alabama head coach Nick Saban said an ongoing shoulder injury was the culprit for the down year. Brooks transferred to Louisville. Brooks was solid in 2022, recording 39 catches for 674 yards and eight touchdowns. In 2021, he notched 15 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns. Brooks has the upside to be more productive at Louisville.

33. Nebraska image Isaiah Neyor*, WR, Nebraska

40 Time: 4.40.
Projected Round (2024): 7-FA.

12/30/23: While at Texas, Neyor made one catch for 14 yards versus Rice and has not played since the season opener.Neyor played well in 2021 for Wyoming, snatching 44 passes for 878 yards and 12 touchdowns. He missed the 2022 season with an ACL injury after transferring to Texas. After the 2023 season, Neyor transferred to Nebraska.

34. LSU image Kyren Lacy, WR, LSU
Height: 6-2. Weight: 213.
Projected 40 Time: 4.50.
Projected Round (2025): 7-FA.

3/8/25: Lacy took over as the top receiver for the Tigers and has played well in 2024. Lacy had 58 catches for 866 yards and nine touchdowns. Lacy is put together well and showed big play ability in 2023, averaging 18.6 yards per reception with 558 yards and seven touchdowns on 30 receptions. Lacy started out his college career at Louisiana and played there for two seasons before transferring to LSU. Lacy has to improve his hands as he had a lot of dropped passes. He had an arrest at the end of the season.

35. South Alabama image Jamaal Pritchett, WR, South Alabama
Height: 5-8. Weight: 175.
Projected 40 Time: 4.48.
Projected Round (2025): 7-FA.

3/8/25: Pritchett is an undersized receiver for the NFL, but he is a speedy weapon that could compete as a slot receiver. He had 91 catches for 1,127 yards and nine touchdowns.
