This is the 2026 NFL Combine Stock Report for the quarterbacks. Follow me @walterfootball for updates.

Carson Beck, QB, Miami
Mentally deranged people in the stands booed Carson Beck at every opportunity at the combine, but he fought through the adversity and did well. He didn’t test, but he looked great in the on-field drills.

Taylen Green, QB/WR, Arkansas
Taylen Green set combine quarterback records for the broad jump and vertical. He also ran a 4.36 in the 40. He tested off the charts, but some of his throws were way wide of the mark. Green can at the very least transition to receiver if he can’t emerge as a quarterback in the NFL.

Haynes King, QB, Georgia Tech
Like Taylen Green, Haynes King tested extremely well, but disappointed as a passer. Green ran a 4.46 and was just 0.01 slower in the 10-yard split than Green. King’s passing wasn’t ideal, but perhaps he can become a Taysom Hill-type weapon in the pros.

Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU
Garrett Nussmeier was adversely affected by a lingering abdomen injury during the 2025 season, so he needed a strong combine. Nussmeier didn’t test, but he had a strong throwing session during the on-field drills.

Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama
Like Garrett Nussmeier, Ty Simpson didn’t test at the combine. But also like Nussmeier, Simpson was able to thrive in the on-field drills. Simpson was arguably the best passer throughout Saturday, though it must be noted that Fernando Mendoza didn’t work out at all.
