2026 NFL Combine Stock Report:
DT
This is the 2025 NFL Combine Stock Report for the defensive linemen. Follow me @walterfootball for updates.
Caleb Banks, DT, Florida
Caleb Banks couldn’t participate in the drills because he had an issue with his cleats, but he was able to test extremely well. He ran a 5.04 40 tme with a 1.76 10-yard split, which is incredible, given that he’s 327 pounds. His 35-inch arms are a great bonus as well. No defensive tackle checked in with longer arms.
DeMonte Capehart, DT, Clemson
DeMonte Capehart had one of the most impressive 40 times of any defensive tackle. He wasn’t as fast as Zane Durant and his 4.75, but he’s 23 pounds heavier and ran a 4.85. At 313 pounds, Capehart undoubtedly helped himself with that 40 and his 1.72 10-yard split.
Zane Durant, DT, Penn State
Lil’ Zane Durant was one of the smaller defensive tackles at the 2026 NFL Combine, but his testing numbers were incredible. He ran a 4.75 40 time with a 10-yard split of 1.66. He also had a vertical jump of 9-4 and a broad jump of 33.5.
Gracen Halton, DT, Oklahoma
Gracen Halton displayed some incredible athleticism at the combine. He ran a 4.82 40, finishing third among the layers at his position. He also leapt 36.5 inches in the vertical and 9-6 in the broad jump.
Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech
Lee Hunter was praised for his personality, especially when he gave weird stares and kisses to the camera. If only his testing numbers were just as good. Hunter’s 5.18 40 wasn’t very good, but the worst showings came in the leaps. Hunter looked like he was jumping on the surface of Jupiter, checking in with a vertical of 21.5 inches and a broad jump of 8-4. The former was especially bad, with no other defensive tackle notching a vertical worse than 27.5.
Kaleb Proctor, DT, Southeastern Louisiana
Kaleb Proctor is a bit undersized for an NFL defensive tackle, so he needed a great showing at the combine. Mission accomplished. Proctor had the second-fastest 40 time of any defensive tackle this year, running a 4.79 with a 1.69 10-yard split. He also hit 33 inches in the vertical and 9-5 in the broad jump.
Albert Regis, DT, Texas A&M
Albert Regis tested well at the combine, running a 4.88 with a 1.72 10-yard split. He also logged a 34-inch vertical and a 9-8 broad jump.
