2024 NFL Mock Re-Draft: Round 5

The Broncos lost their starting center in free agency, so they’ll need to find a replacement at some point.

Andrew Raym was a steady blocker for Oklahoma, but needs to get stronger.

This was not done on a whim, but rather out of necessity because of what occurred during the 2023 NFL Draft. Our site crashed during the entire first day of the draft, which was disastrous for our revenue stream because we make more money during the draft than any other time. The site crashed because a line of code conflicted with the old format of the site, so we had to transition to this new look.

The Chargers lost two receivers this offseason, so they should address the position twice.

The Cardinals could stand to draft multiple cornerbacks, given how weak they are in that area.

Jarius Moore is a big cornerback who played very well in his two seasons for Tulane.

The Bills are pretty thin in the interior of the defensive line, so they could stand to add some more talent there.

The Broncos are thin on the defensive line, so they are likely to draft help at some point.

Eric Watts has some pass-rushing ability as a five-technique.

Trevor Keegan was a steady presence in Michigan’s ground game.

The Broncos meet with some running backs ahead of the draft, so perhaps they’ll use a third-day pick on the position.

The Raiders lost Hunter Renfrow, so they’ll have to pick up a new receiver at some point.

Jha’Quan Jackson wasn’t very productive at Tulane. He projects as a slot receiver.

The Bengals want to address cornerback in the 2024 NFL Draft, but haven’t done so yet.

The Saints signed Chase Young, but that was just a 1-year deal.

Gabriel Murphy was very productive at UCLA. Some would say that Laiatu Latu had a hand in that, but Murphy looked great in the East-West Shrine practices.

The Colts lost Shaq Leonard recently, so he’ll need to be replaced.

The Eagles may want to consider adding a right tackle of the future at some point, with Lane Johnson now being 34.

Here’s offensive line help for the Jaguars, who need to make sure Trevor Lawrence is as well protected as possible.

Sean McVay may want to find a quarterback he can groom for the future.

Sam Hartman was a good college quarterback, but has skill limitations.

The Colts could stand to get better on the back end of their defense.

The Browns have to deal with some talented quarterbacks in the AFC, so they need to make sure their secondary is as good as possible.

Here’s more secondary help for the Falcons, who need to deal with Kirk Cousins twice per year.

The Dolphins are another team that is top-heavy at receiver, but rather thin when it comes to depth.

Jacob Cowing is a quick, shifty slot receiver.

Here’s a cornerback for the Chiefs in the wake of the departure of L’Jarius Sneed.

The Bills lost Tyrel Dodson, so they’ll be looking for some linebacker depth.

J.D. Bertrand was a highly productive linebacker for Notre Dame, but will have to begin as a special-teamer.

The Redskins signed Austin Ekeler, but he’s not exactly reliable in terms of age and durability.

Daijun Edwards has speed, vision and plus athleticism.

The Cardinals could use a long-term solution at center.

Charles Turner did a great job of opening up runinng lanes.

The Bills haven’t addressed their offensive line yet, so they can do that with this pick.

The Lions could stand to improve their coverage over the middle of the field.

Sione Vaki was just a middling performer at the Senior Bowl.

The Ravens could add to their pass rush in the middle rounds to help generate pressure on Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow.

The Giants have a very weak secondary that must be addressed at some point.

Chau Smith-Wade displayed great coverage ability, though he could be limited to slot duties in the NFL.

The Jaguars may consider multiple cornerbacks, given the weakness they have at the position.

Khyree Jackson is a big, gritty cornerback.

A second type of cornerback makes sense for the Packers at this stage of the draft.

The Packers lost Darnell Savage, so they’ll have to target a safety at some point.

Malik Mustapha seems like a special-teams player in the pros.

The Saints aren’t very deep on the defensive line, so a mid-round pick could be used on this area.

Marcus Harris was a productive pass rusher for Auburn, but he has some limitations for the NFL.

The Eagles have two studs at receiver, but nothing else beyond them.

Ainias Smith is a quick, shifty route-runner who is dangerous with the ball in his hands.

The Eagles could bolster the defensive line earlier than this with Fletcher Cox gone.

Tyler Davis doesn’t have great upside, but he’s been a disruptive force in the interior of the defensive line.

The 49ers may double up on pass rushers on Day 3 because they didn’t address the position earlier.

Braiden McGregor looks like a backup at the next level.

The Cowboys lost Tyler Biadasz, so they’ll need to find a replacement at some point.

Matt Lee is a quality blocker when it comes to the run and the pass.

Alvin Kamara can’t seem to stay healthy for long stretches, so here’s another running back.

Dylan Laube showed great receiving ability during his time at New Hampshire. He’s put together well as a runner.

Once again, the 49ers have offensive line issues outside of Trent Williams that must be fixed.

Sataoa Laumea projects more to be a guard than a tackle even though he played both at Utah.
