Gavin Bartholomew, TE, Pittsburgh
Not only did Gavin Bartholomew not test very well – he ran a 4.70 at 246 pounds – he also struggled at times in the drills. This was not a good showing for him.

Jalin Conyers, TE, Texas Tech
Jalin Conyers had the same 40 time (4.74) as Gavin Bartholomew, but did so at 260 pounds. He also posted a 10-1 broad jump and a 35.5-inch vertical. Even better, he had the fastest 3-cone time among all tight ends.

Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Bowling Green
Harold Fannin was able to shine everywhere except for his 40 (4.71). He notched 34 inches in the vertical and had the second-fastest time in the 3-cone drill among all tight ends at 6.97.

Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon
Terrance Ferguson posted the best workout numbers at the combine, though it should be noted that he didn’t participate in the 3-cone drill. Otherwise, he was terrific. He ran a 4.63 40 after posting 39 inches in the vertical and 10-2 in the broad jump.

Thomas Fidone, TE, Nebraska
Thomas Fidone was another tight end who was able to thrive in the drills. He also happened to post some impressive numbers, including a 10-6 broad jump, a 35.5-inch vertical, and the third-fastest 3-cone time among tight ends at 7.01 seconds.
