Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State 
Ryan Finley has done a good job of improving his draft stock throughout the pre-draft process. Finley performed very well at the Senior Bowl, then went on to be one of the top throwers at the combine. Finley was excellent in the drills and solidified his status as a second-round pick.
Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State All of the focus was on Dwayne Haskins’ slow 40 time of 5.04. That, however, doesn’t matter because Haskins is not the scrambling quarterback ESPN would lead you to believe he is. What’s important is that Haskins was excellent in the drills. The ball really exploded out of his hand when he released his passes. Haskins was very impressive outside of the 40 and was able to cement his top-10 status.
Daniel Jones, QB, Duke 
Daniel Jones didn’t have a poor combine performance by any means, but he needed a good performance to challenge Dwayne Haskins as the second quarterback taken off the board, and he didn’t get there. In fact, Jones struggled a bit with the deep ball during the drills. Enough teams like Jones for him to probably be a top-20 pick, but he didn’t have a good showing in Indianapolis.
Drew Lock, QB, Missouri Like Daniel Jones, Drew Lock missed out on an opportunity to challenge Dwayne Haskins to be the second quarterback off the board. Lock, also like Jones, was not horrible, but he was inconsistent on his throws during the on-field drills. This mirrored his roller-coaster career at Missouri. Lock should still be a top-10 pick, but he could’ve been much better in Indianapolis.
Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma I never thought that a quarterback measuring in at 5-10 1/8, 207 would be seen as a positive, but times have changed. Kyler Murray was listed at 5-10 at Oklahoma, so I thought there was a legitimate chance he would measure in at something like 5-8 7/8, 195, but his being taller than 5-10 is a big deal. Murray didn’t do anything on Saturday, but his weigh-in was a huge boost to his draft stock. In fact, it sounds like he’ll be the No. 1 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn Jarrett Stidham looked awesome throwing the ball at the combine, so I have to give him a stock-up arrow for his performance in Indianapolis. That said, I can’t say I’m too enthusiastic about it. Anyone who has paid attention to Stidham should’ve expected this. Stidham resembles what a prototypical franchise quarterback should look like, but he crumbles under pressure. Had he seen any sort of pass rush at the combine, he would’ve been far less impressive, relative to the quarterbacks.
