Last Updated: September 3

Other Positions: QB | RB | WR | TE | DraftSharks’ Projections
I was bearish on Kenneth Walker earlier this summer because Seattle lost all three of its interior offensive linemen from a year ago. However, the Seahawks signed Connor Williams, which is a huge deal for Walker because Williams is one of the top run-blocking linemen in the NFL.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 1,180 rushing yards. 31 catches. 250 receiving yards. 10 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 203.
Joe Mixon is coming off a mediocre season by his standards, but he lost a bit of work to Chase Brown toward the end of the year. He’ll have the workload to himself in Houston.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 980 rushing yards. 50 catches. 360 receiving yards. 11 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 200.
James Conner had a strong finish to his 2023 season. He should have a great 2024 with Kyler Murray healthy – for now.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 1,120 rushing yards. 37 catches. 240 receiving yards. 9 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 190.
Devon Achane was one of the most electric running backs in the NFL last year, but he spent lots of time being injured.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 850 rushing yards. 36 catches. 260 receiving yards. 9 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 185.
Aaron Jones was spectacular when he was healthy last year, but that was a rarity. He’ll now be playing in Minnesota, where he’ll have a solid offensive line in front of him.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 980 rushing yards. 57 catches. 380 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 184.
Player performance is often overrated in the preseason, whereas player usage is much more significant. This was prevalent in the Titans’ preseason finale, as Tony Pollard was on the field for every single play during the opening drive. Tyjae Spears entered the field on the second possession, but lost snaps to Pollard on that drive as well. Spears even played a bit with Mason Rudolph. This is huge for Pollard’s fantasy outlook.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 980 rushing yards. 36 catches. 230 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 184.
Rachaad White isn’t the best runner, but he’s an excellent receiver out of the backfield.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 890 rushing yards. 62 catches. 520 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 183.
James Cook became a greater part of the offense when Ken Dorsey was fired. The Bills only added a mid-round pick to their running back stable, so Cook’s outlook seems great.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 960 rushing yards. 62 catches. 540 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 180.
Derrick Henry is now on the Ravens. This would have been better last year, but Baltimore lost three offensive linemen this offseason.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 980 rushing yards. 22 catches. 160 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 172.
Alvin Kamara turns 29 this summer, so he’s getting up there in age. It’s fair to worry about his durability and overall effectiveness, especially in non-PPR leagues.
Projected 2024 Fantasy Stats: 760 rushing yards. 80 catches. 520 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2024 Fantasy Points: 170.
