1. Tennessee Titans:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Titans are comfortable drafting Cam Ward first overall. – Jeremy Fowler, ESPN

This could either be truthful, or it could be a ploy to get the Browns, Giants, or another team to increase their bid for the pick. The only quarterbacks on Tennessee’s roster right now are Will Levis and Brandon Allen.

The Browns’ desperation may have them move up to No. 1. – Zac Jackson, The Athletic

This would require the Titans to not want Cam Ward, who is still a very strong possibility for them.

Cam Ward is still in play for the Titans. – Charles Robinson, Yahoo!

Ward will likely be the quarterback if the Titans don’t land Aaron Rodgers, given that they have no other options.

Most of the league expects the Titans to trade out of the first pick. – Turron Davenport, ESPN

Meanwhile, the Giants seem eager to trade up for Cam Ward. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see this occur as soon as the Titans land a top-end free agent quarterback like Sam Darnold or Aaron Rodgers.

2. Cleveland Browns:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Browns’ desperation may have them move up to No. 1. – Zac Jackson, The Athletic

This would require the Titans to not want Cam Ward, who is still a very strong possibility for them.

It’s a confident sentiment that the Browns will draft a quarterback at No. 2 overall. – Adam Schefter, ESPN

“Logic dictates that,” Schefter said. The Browns may have their choice of the top two quarterbacks unless the Titans take one of them or trade down.

3. New York Giants:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Giants had a presence at every Colorado game this year. – Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network

That would obviously indicate interest in Shedeur Sanders and/or Travis Hunter, but it seems unlikely for a team to send personnel to every game involving a non-quarterback.

The Giants are likely to trade for the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. – Jordan Ranaan, ESPN

Ranaan then said that Cam Ward would be the selection, which confirms what Charlie Campbell reported about the Giants liking Ward more than Shedeur Sanders. The Giants could just tank for Arch Manning, but as the Jets discovered in 2020 when they missed out on Trevor Lawrence, there’s no guarantee this would work.

The Giants and Jets would be most interested in moving up in the 2025 NFL Draft. – Dan Graziano, ESPN

The Giants may have to leap over the Browns to get the quarterback they want. The Jets, meanwhile, need to do a lot of work because the Patriots are unlikely to trade with them.

The Giants prefer Abdul Carter over Travis Hunter. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

It appears as though Carter would be the pick if the draft were today, in the event that the Giants pass on a quarterback. They have a bigger need at cornerback, however.

The Giants have shifted their focus to Aaron Rodgers. – Dianna Marie Russini, The Athletic

With Matthew Stafford going back to the Rams, the Giants are getting desperate. They’d be better off tanking.

The Giants prefer Cam Ward over Shedeur Sanders. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

The Giants are reportedly not smitten with either quarterback, but they like Ward over Sanders because of the greater upside.

The Giants have their sights set on Shedeur Sanders. – Jordan Ranaan, ESPN

New York may have to trade up for Sanders, as other quarterback-needy teams may be interested as well.

4. New England Patriots:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Patriots could address the trenches on Day 2. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

New England is looking at either Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter with the fourth pick, unless both are off the board, and in that case, a likely trade occurs.

The Patriots like the options at No. 4 between Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter, and Will Campbell. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Campbell would be the third option if only one quarterback were to be drafted in the top three.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Jaguars really like Kelvin Banks and have some interest in Will Campbell. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

It remains to be seen what they think of Campbell’s short arms, but it sounds like Banks is in play for Jacksonville at No. 5.

6. Las Vegas Raiders:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Raiders came away impressed with Jalen Milroe and Quinn Ewers at the combine. – Vic Tafur, The Athletic

They must have low standards. These players are candidates for the Raiders’ second-round pick this April.

The Raiders love Ashton Jeanty and Tetairoa McMillan. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Sources tell Campbell that the Raiders view Jeanty as a better version of Josh Jacobs. However, they’re unsure if the new Raiders regime would be willing to draft a running back at No. 6 overall.

Raiders staff want their team to sign Sam Darnold. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Campbell notes that these sources believe that Darnold would be a better option than every quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft.

7. New York Jets:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Jets will look to take a quarterback on Day 2 of the NFL Draft. – Tony Pauline, Sportskeeda

This makes sense, assuming that Shedeur Sanders doesn’t fall to the Jets at No. 7.

The Jets are likely to pair Tyrod Taylor with a second-tier free agent quarterback before using a Day 2 pick on a quarterback. – Connor Hughes, SNY

Hughes notes that trading up in the first round is possible, though that is tricky because the Patriots control the fourth pick and likely wouldn’t trade with the Jets.

8. Carolina Panthers:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

Mykel Williams and Shemar Stewart are in play for the Panthers. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Charlie notes that the Panthers will make it a priority to upgrade their pass rush, as Brian Burns was sorely missed last year.

9. New Orleans Saints:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Saints could take Shedeur Sanders at No. 9. – Zack Rosenblatt, The Athletic

Sanders would have to get by a bunch of teams, but he makes sense for a franchise that desperately needs to start over.

10. Chicago Bears:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

No rumors reported as of yet.

11. San Francisco 49ers:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The 49ers will draft a running back at some point in the 2025 NFL Draft. – Matt Barrows, The Athletic

This is what Kyle Shanahan likes to do, after all. It makes more sense this year, with Jordan Mason and Elijah Mitchell gone, and Christian McCaffrey coming off injury.

12. Dallas Cowboys:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Cowboys have a second-round grade on Demetrius Knight. – Tony Pauline, Sportskeeda

The South Carolina linebacker will be in play for Dallas at No. 44, given the need at the position. The Cowboys met with Knight at the South Carolina pro day.

The Cowboys are showing a lot of interest in Tyreem Powell. – Tony Pauline, Sportskeeda

The Rutgers product could help at linebacker for Dallas. He projects to be a mid-round draft choice.

13. Miami Dolphins:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

No rumors reported as of yet.

14. Indianapolis Colts:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Colts really like Tyler Booker. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

The Alabama guard could be available at No. 14. The Colts reportedly envision having the best guard tandem in the NFL with Booker combining with Quenton Nelson.

15. Atlanta Falcons:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Falcons have interest in trading the 15th-overall pick. – Dan Graziano, ESPN

That can’t be a surprise. Teams often love the idea of trading down. The Falcons, however, really need an edge rusher, so they may have to move up for one.

The Falcons and Buccaneers really like Jihaad Campbell. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

The sentiment now is that the Falcons and Buccaneers are unsure if they want to draft a non-pass-rushing linebacker in the first round, but both love Campbell’s upside.

16. Arizona Cardinals:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Cardinals are expected to target the trenches or a cornerback in the first round. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Charlie noted that right tackle is an issue with Jonah Williams struggling to stay healthy. Defensive line and cornerback are obvious needs.

17. Cincinnati Bengals:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

No rumors reported as of yet.

18. Seattle Seahawks:
Comment on these NFL Rumors

The Seahawks want to draft a quarterback, but won’t force the issue. – Michael-Shawn Dugar, The Athletic

How many reporters does the Athletic have? Doesn’t seem sustainable. At any rate, the Seahawks will have to trade some major resources to move up for either of the top two quarterbacks, so it’ll be interesting to see if they pull the trigger at No. 18.

The Seahawks like Kelvin Banks. – Charlie Campbell, WalterFootball.com

Seattle has one of the weakest interior offensive lines in the NFL, so Banks would make a ton of sense for them. The problem is that he’s unlikely to be available at No. 18, so the Seahawks would have to trade up for him.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
Comment on these NFL Rumors
