NFL Team Logo for Broncos Denver Broncos: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado Image for CU

The Broncos drafted Bo Nix, but if they are so bad in 2024 that they land the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, they’ll almost certainly repeat what the Cardinals did when Arizona gave up on Josh Rosen after one year by drafting Kyler Murray.

Shedeur Sanders has a high football IQ and great leadership skills. He doesn’t have a stellar arm, but it’s good enough for him to be a top-five pick.

NFL Team Logo for Giants New York Giants: Carson Beck, QB, Georgia Image for UGA

Rumors circulated about the Giants trading up for a quarterback, but they didn’t even bother to address the position. They certainly will do so next April if they have the second-overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Carson Beck has a huge arm, plus size, and quality accuracy.

NFL Team Logo for Cardinals Arizona Cardinals: Walter Nolen, DT, Texas A&M Image for TA&M

Arizona was always expected to pass on a quarterback in the early rounds of the 2024 NFL Draft, but if Kyler Murray continues to suffer injuries, the Cardinals may not have a choice, especially if they have the No. 3 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Then again, Arizona could continue to make excuses for Murray, especially if it misses out on the top two prospects. If so, perhaps the Cardinals will finally obtain a replacement for J.J. Watt.

Walter Nolen was a highly recruited player who has shown a ton of upside.

Pick change; previously Drew Allar, QB

NFL Team Logo for Patriots New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU Image for LSU

The Patriots drafted their new franchise quarterback, Drake Maye, at No. 3 overall. Now, it’s time to protect Maye.

Will Campbell has average length, but is a nasty blocker.

NFL Team Logo for Panthers Carolina Panthers: Harold Perkins, OLB/DE, LSU Image for LSU

Brian Burns is gone, so the Panthers will need to find a dominant pass rusher to replace him.

Harold Perkins is a beast who broke on to the scene with 7.5 sacks as a freshman. He’s an explosive player with tremendous instincts.

NFL Team Logo for Titans Tennessee Titans: Drew Allar, QB, Penn State Image for PSU

The Titans are going to give Will Levis a chance next year. If he fails, Tennessee could target a franchise quarterback at this spot.

Drew Allar has a huge arm and a large frame, and he knows how to apply touch and throwing angles.

Pick change; previously Quinn Ewers, QB

NFL Team Logo for Vikings Minnesota Vikings: Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado Image for CU

The Vikings have endured some serious secondary issues for a few years. This will be their opportunity to finally fix those.

Travis Hunter has incredible athleticism and plus size. He played receiver at Colorado as well.

NFL Team Logo for Seahawks Seattle Seahawks: Mykel Williams, DE, Georgia Image for UGA

The Seahawks have lacked a great pass rush for quite some time. They can rectify that with this pick.

Mykel Williams has an incredible first step and was terrific down the stretch for Georgia as a freshman.

NFL Team Logo for Saints New Orleans Saints: Patrick Payton, DE, Florida State Image for FSU

The Saints had a weakened pass rush last year, and they wanted Myles Murphy in the 2023 NFL Draft. This is their chance to obtain a terrific edge rusher.

Patrick Payton is raw and needs to add bulk, but he has immense upside.

NFL Team Logo for Buccaneers Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan Image for MICH

The Buccaneers had a poor pass defense last year, so they’ll need to find better players in their secondary.

Will Johnson, who had a tremendous showing during the championship run, has a plus skill set and upside.

NFL Team Logo for Commanders Washington Commanders: James Pearce Jr., DE/OLB, Tennessee Image for UT

The Redskins lost a pair of talented edge rushers during the previous trade deadline, so they’ll need to find replacements.

James Pearce put a ton of pressure on the quarterback in ’23. He has a ton of potential, but he needs to fill out his frame.

Pick change; previously Benjamin Morrison, CB

NFL Team Logo for Chargers Los Angeles Chargers: Princely Umanmielen, DE, Florida Image for FLA

Khalil Mack is just a short-term solution across from Joey Bosa, who tends to get hurt a lot. It would be a surprise if both were back in 2025.

Princely Umanmielen has good size, as well as speed and athleticism off the edge.

Pick change; previously James Pearce, DE/OLB

NFL Team Logo for Steelers Pittsburgh Steelers: Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas Image for Tex

The Steelers obtained Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, but there’s a chance they could both bust. If so, the Steelers will be back to square zero, as a Hall of Fame running back once said.

Quinn Ewers has a big arm, but must improve his accuracy.

Pick change; previously Walter Nolen, DE/DT

NFL Team Logo for Raiders Las Vegas Raiders: Earnest Greene III, OT, Georgia Image for UGA

The Raiders considered drafting a tackle in the first round. They’ll need to improve their protection.

Earnest Greene is a massive right tackle and a powerful run blocker.

NFL Team Logo for Colts Indianapolis Colts: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame Image for ND

The Colts probably would have drafted a cornerback at No. 15 had Laiatu Latu not fallen to them. They still need help at the position.

Benjamin Morrison has a ton of upside as a 6-foot cornerback. He did a good job of limiting Marvin Harrison Jr.

NFL Team Logo for Cowboys Dallas Cowboys: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan Image for MICH

The Cowboys have a great edge rush, but they could add talent to the middle of the defensive line.

Mason Graham is a relentless player with a non-stop motor.
