James Cook scoed a ridiculous 16 rushing touchdowns last year. That is bound to regress to the mean.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 1,000 rushing yards. 38 catches. 320 receiving yards. 9 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 186.

Tyrone Tracy was an electric player for the Giants as a rookie.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 1,020 rushing yards. 45 catches. 340 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 184.

David Montgomery is still heavily involved despite Jahmyr Gibbs’ great talent.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 840 rushing yards. 30 catches. 260 receiving yards. 12 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 182.

Alvin Kamara is now 30, so it’s fair to expect him to slow down. He’ll still be a PPR machine though.

Najee Harris is considered a first-round bust, yet has rushed for 1,000-plus yards in all four of his NFL seasons. He’ll get plenty of opportunities with the Chargers.

Tony Pollard rushed for 1,000-plus yards for the third-consecutive season. He showed more explosion last year than he did in 2023.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 1,030 rushing yards. 38 catches. 220 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 161.

Omarion Hampton has a chance to be the Chargers’ starting running back this year, but Najee Harris is the favorite to hold that role, at least at the beginning of the year.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 800 rushing yards. 28 catches. 210 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 157.

Brian Robinson has rushed between 733 and 799 yards in each of his three seasons. He saw his receptions number drop hard last year because of Austin Ekeler.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 850 rushing yards. 28 catches. 230 receiving yards. 8 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 156.

Quinshon Judkins was the third running back chosen in the 2025 NFL Draft. Judkins doesn’t have much competition, so he should be able to start sooner rather than later.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 800 rushing yards. 8 catches. 40 receiving yards. 7 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 146.

Zach Charbonnet is a premium backup who should be owned regardless.

TreVeyon Henderson is a dynamic runner and receiver, but will be stuck behind Rhamondre Stevenson to begin his career. Henderson could emerge as the starter eventually.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 590 rushing yards. 31 catches. 280 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 136.

Rhamondre Stevenson’s blocking is terrible, but he continues to get opportunities. TreVeyon Henderson could steal his workloa.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 810 rushing yards. 26 catches. 160 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 133.

Jaylen Warren took a back seat to Najee Harris last year. He’s the starter right now, but Kaleb Johnson will push for the starting role.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 680 rushing yards. 44 catches. 370 receiving yards. 3 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 133.

Denver’s backfield is a mess, so R.J. Harvey could start right away. However, there are questions about his pass-protection ability, so he may not see much playing time until Sean Payton is comfortable with him. J.K. Dobbins being added to the roster definitely doesn’t help.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 690 rushing yards. 18 catches. 130 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 132.

Isaac Gurendo is a premium handcuff because he’ll post RB1 numbers if the injury-prone Christian McCaffrey gets hurt.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 600 rushing yards. 20 catches. 150 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 131.

Zamir White looked good down the stretch in 2023, but he was a colossal disappointment last year.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 750 rushing yards. 10 catches. 50 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 130.

Javonte Williams vanished at times last year. He hasn’t looked the same since he tore his ACL.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 560 rushing yards. 32 catches. 240 receiving yards. 4 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 124.

Tank Bigsby actually gave the Jaguars some explosive runs last year, unlike Travis Etienne.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 780 rushing yards. 10 catches. 60 receiving yards. 6 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 120.
JK Dobbins made many explosive plays last year despite coming off a torn Achilles. He could get plenty of work in Denver despite the second-round pick used on R.J. Harvey.
Projected 2025 Fantasy Stats: 650 rushing yards. 10 catches. 50 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2025 Fantasy Points: 120.

Braelon Allen is one of the top handcuff options to own. He’ll be an RB2 at the very least if Breece Hall were to get hurt.
