2023 Fantasy Football Rankings – Quarterbacks

Last Updated: September 7

Top 10 | 11-20 | 21-35 |

Other Positions: QB | RB | WR | TE | DraftSharks’ Projections
11. Daniel Jones, QB, Giants. Bye: 13.

Daniel Jones finally made a big leap last year, thanks to a huge improvement from the offensive line. His rushing ability makes him a viable option most weeks.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 3,600 passing yards. 21 passing TDs. 7 INTs. 650 rushing yards. 5 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 309.

12. Kirk Cousins, QB, Vikings. Bye: 13.

Kirk Cousins is capable of some great fantasy performances, but he tends to struggle versus teams with elite pass rushes. Make sure you can rotate him with someone else if you draft him.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,600 passing yards. 33 passing TDs. 11 INTs. 90 rushing yards. 1 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 309.

13. Jared Goff, QB, Lions. Bye: 9.

Aaron Rodgers had a poor season by his standards last year, but he figures to rebound as long as he’s healthy. He struggled when dealing with a broken thumb and also inexperience at receiver. He’ll have Garrett Wilson at his disposal in New York.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,700 passing yards. 30 passing TDs. 7 INTs. 70 rushing yards. 1 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 307.

14. Aaron Rodgers, QB, Jets. Bye: 7.

Jared Goff had a monster year, thanks to his elite offensive line. Jameson Williams’ emergence next year will make Goff even more appealing, as will the presence of Sam LaPorta.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,400 passing yards. 38 passing TDs. 10 INTs. 70 rushing yards. 2 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 307.

15. Kenny Pickett, QB, Steelers. Bye: 6.

Kenny Pickett played in only one drive against the Buccaneers, but he put on a clinic. The second-year pro looked so much better than he did last season. He made several impressive passes, all of which were perfectly precise. He had just one incompletion, but that was thrown away because of pressure. Pickett went 6-of-7 for 70 yards and a touchdown, which was delivered on a strike to George Pickens on a slant.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,200 passing yards. 26 passing TDs. 12 INTs. 300 rushing yards. 3 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 306.

16. Brock Purdy, QB, 49ers. Bye: 9.

Brock Purdy was amazing in his six games to close out the year. We’ll see if it was a fluke, but Purdy is a viable fantasy starter because of all his weapons. His elbow injury is an issue, however.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,000 passing yards. 30 passing TDs. 10 INTs. 130 rushing yards. 2 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 305.

17. Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys. Bye: 7.

Dak Prescott has missed extensive time in two of the past three years, so there’s some concern. He’s an average option otherwise.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,200 passing yards. 31 passing TDs. 12 INTs. 240 rushing yards. 2 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 304.

18. Deshaun Watson, QB, Browns. Bye: 5.

Deshaun Watson really struggled upon his return from his 2-year hiatus. It’s fair to wonder if he’ll ever be the same quarterback again, but it’s possible that he’ll revert back to his dominant form.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 4,250 passing yards. 27 passing TDs. 16 INTs. 390 rushing yards. 3 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 303.

19. Sam Howell, QB, Redskins. Bye: 14.

Slingin’ Sammy Howell has plenty of potential, both in real life and fantasy, thanks to his mobility.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 3,700 passing yards. 20 passing TDs. 16 INTs. 550 rushing yards. 5 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 301.

20. Anthony Richardson, QB, Colts. Bye: 11.

Anthony Richardson received all 18 starting reps in Tuesday’s practice. Unless he bombs in the preseason, Richardson appears on track to start the season opener versus Jacksonville.

Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 2,600 passing yards. 13 passing TDs. 14 INTs. 890 rushing yards. 8 rushing TDs.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 300.
