2022 Fantasy Football Rankings - Wide Receivers (May 29):
Top 10 | 11-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-100

Other Positions: QB | RB | TE

  1. Mecole Hardman, WR, Chiefs. Bye: 0.

Mecole Hardman is a terrific athlete, but he’s not nearly as good of a football player. He’ll likely continue to disappoint.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 63 catches. 770 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 126.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 189.

  2. Corey Davis, WR, Jets. Bye: 0.

Corey Davis entered the 2021 season as the Jets’ No. 1 target, but lost that distinction to Elijah Moore. Davis also had to endure Zach Wilson’s rookie struggles and then missed eight games. I thought things would be better in 2022, but Garrett Wilson was drafted.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 750 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 125.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 177.

  3. Jahan Dotson, WR, Redskins. Bye: 0.

Jahan Dotson will undoubtedly catch some deep YOLO throws from Carson Wentz. He’s in a decent situation, but his small stature gives him less upside than the other receivers in the first round.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 750 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 124.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 176.

  4. K.J. Osborn, WR, Vikings. Bye: 0.

K.J. Osborn made some deep catches in his rookie year. He impressed and will only improve with experience. He’ll hit his potential in the event of an injury to Justin Jefferson or Adam Thielen.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 56 catches. 740 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 124.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 180.

  5. Allen Lazard, WR, Packers. Bye: 0.

Allen Lazard was once again an inconsistent producer in 2021. He had some big games, but had too many contests in which he caught two or fewer passes.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 52 catches. 670 yards. 6 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 123.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 175.

  6. Robert Woods, WR, Titans. Bye: 0.

Robert Woods tore his ACL, so it’ll take him a while to recover. I don’t expect him to be 100 percent in 2022, and his fit into Tennessee’s run-heavy offense isn’t ideal.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 60 catches. 730 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 122.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 182.

  7. Jarvis Landry, WR, TBA. Bye: 0.

Jarvis Landry is coming off a down year because of injuries to Baker Mayfield and himself. He should bounce back in 2022, but it’s unclear where that’ll be at the moment.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 74 catches. 870 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 121.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 195.

  8. Jakobi Meyers, WR, Patriots. Bye: 0.

Jakobi Meyers’ production has increased greatly each season, and he even broke his touchdown curse this past year. Meyers is a viable PPR option, especially with Mac Jones bound to improve. Meyers is better in PPR leagues.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 84 catches. 860 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 120.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 204.

  9. Laviska Shenault, WR, Jaguars. Bye: 0.

Laviska Shenault was a huge disappointment in his first season with Trevor Lawrence. Perhaps he’ll improve with a better coaching staff.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 64 catches. 690 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 118.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 182.

  10. Kendrick Bourne, WR, Patriots. Bye: 0.

Kendrick Bourne just had the best season of his career, eclipsing 50 receptions for the first time. Bourne made some nice plays as both a receiver and a runner.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 45 catches. 800 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 114.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 159.

  11. Marvin Jones, WR, Jaguars. Bye: 0.

Marvin Jones was a disappointment in his first season in Jacksonville, failing to offer a quality veteran presence to help Trevor Lawrence. Jones is now 32.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 72 catches. 840 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 114.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 186.

  12. Alec Pierce, WR, Colts. Bye: 0.

Alec Pierce should be able to contribute right away with Matt Ryan. Unfortunately for Pierce, he’s third on the depth chart at the moment.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 48 catches. 640 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 113.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 161.

  13. Jalen Tolbert, WR, Cowboys. Bye: 0.

Jalen Tolbert will play in an explosive Dallas offense, so he has appeal right away, especially if Michael Gallup can’t return right away from injury.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 42 catches. 630 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 112.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 154.

  14. Curtis Samuel, WR, Redskins. Bye: 0.

Curtis Samuel was dealing with an injury all year, which is why he was limited to just a handful of games. It was a lost season for him, but perhaps he’ll be healthier in 2022.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 50 catches. 700 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 104.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 154.

  15. Robby Anderson, WR, Panthers. Bye: 0.

Robby Anderson was a huge disappointment last year. Quarterbacking was a major problem, but that still didn’t explain his huge decline. Perhaps he’ll rebound in 2022.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 62 catches. 730 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 103.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 165.

  16. Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers. Bye: 0.

Green Bay’s receiving corps is barren, so Romeo Doubs could produce as a rookie despite being a fourth-round pick.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 40 catches. 600 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 103.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 143.

  17. Rondale Moore, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 0.

Rondale Moore was given 72 touches in his rookie year. I imagine the Cardinals will script more plays for him in his second season.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 63 catches. 640 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 102.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 165.

  18. Velus Jones, WR, Bears. Bye: 0.

Velus Jones has great deep speed and will have an opportunity to fight for a starting job right away, given the Bears’ lack of talent at receiver.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 35 catches. 590 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 102.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 137.

  19. Wan’Dale Robinson, WR, Giants. Bye: 0.

Wan’Dale Robinson will have a much more defined role if Kadarius Toney is traded. In the meantime, it’s unclear what the Giants will do with him.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 38 catches. 580 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 101.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 139.

  20. Jamison Crowder, WR, Bills. Bye: 0.

Jamison Crowder is a solid PPR threat; he caught 50 passes despite missing six games in 2021. However, he’ll be in a crowded Buffalo receiving corps.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 65 catches. 700 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 100.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 165.

  21. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys. Bye: 0.

Michael Gallup tore his ACL late in the season, so I would not expect him to be productive in 2022.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 38 catches. 460 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 99.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 137.

  22. T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts. Bye: 0.

T.Y. Hilton, who turns 33 in November, looked like he was toast this year. He’s no longer the dynamic receiver who thrived between 2013 and 2018.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 41 catches. 580 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 98.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 139.

  23. Sammy Watkins, WR, Packers. Bye: 0.

Sammy Watkins was oddly consistent this past season until Lamar Jackson got hurt late in the year. Watkins is now in Green Bay, but before you get too excited, remember that he failed with Patrick Mahomes.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 48 catches. 680 yards. 5 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 98.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 146.

  24. Josh Palmer, WR, Chargers. Bye: 0.

Josh Palmer thrived last year when Keenan Allen was out of the lineup. Palmer will need an injury to Allen or Mike Williams to be productive.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 48 catches. 530 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 97.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 145.

  25. Danny Gray, WR, 49ers. Bye: 0.

Danny Gray will be an intriguing fantasy option as a rookie if the 49ers trade Deebo Samuel. Otherwise, he’ll have trouble seeing the field.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 35 catches. 530 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 96.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 131.

  26. Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants. Bye: 0.

Sterling Shepard can sometimes be a PPR machine, but he needs to be on the field. He has missed 20 games in the past three years. He’s coming off an Achilles tear, which isn’t as bad as a torn ACL, but it’s still not ideal.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 50 catches. 520 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 95.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 145.

  27. A.J. Green, WR, Cardinals. Bye: 0.

A.J. Green was a solid producer in 2021, but we’ll see if that continues into his age-34 campaign this season.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 48 catches. 770 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 95.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 143.

  28. Antonio Brown, WR, TBA. Bye: 0.

What will become of Antonio Brown in 2022 and beyond? Will anyone give him a chance? It might be OK to take a late-round shot on him, but there’s a chance you may not get anything out of the pick.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 40 catches. 510 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 94.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 134.

  29. Braxton Berrios, WR, Jets. Bye: 0.

Braxton Berrios has proven himself to be a productive slot receiver when Jamison Crowder has been injured. The Garrett Wilson pick was a big blow to his outlook.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 64 catches. 600 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 94.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 158.

  30. Byron Pringle, WR, Bears. Bye: 0.

It wasn’t Mecole Hardman or Demarcus Robinson, but rather Byron Pringle who stepped up when Travis Kelce was sidelined late in the year. Unfortunately for Pringle, he’ll be going from Patrick Mahomes to Justin Fields.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 38 catches. 550 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 93.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 131.

  31. David Bell, WR, Browns. Bye: 0.

David Bell has a chance to be Cleveland’s third receiver in his rookie year. This is good news for him because of Deshaun Watson’s presence, but Bell may have trouble separating from NFL cornerbacks.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 35 catches. 500 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 93.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 128.

  32. Marquez Callaway, WR, Saints. Bye: 0.

Marquez Callaway looked like a Pro Bowler in the preseason, but then was a disappointment in real action. He’s now the third receiver with Michael Thomas back and Chris Olave drafted.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 34 catches. 490 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 92.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 126.

  33. George Pickens, WR, Steelers. Bye: 0.

George Pickens has great talent, but also possesses character concerns. He’ll be playing in a crowded receiving corps and with a bad quarterback.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 32 catches. 490 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 92.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 124.

  34. John Metchie, WR, Texans. Bye: 0.

John Metchie probably has a bright future in the NFL, but his 2022 outlook is bearish because of a torn ACL.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 30 catches. 460 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 89.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 119.

  35. Julio Jones Julio Jones, WR, TBA. Bye: 0.

Julio Jones looked like a shell of his former self this past season. He’s 33, and he also has missed seven games in each of the past two seasons. Jones is currently unsigned.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 44 catches. 640 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 82.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 126.

  36. Nelson Agholor, WR, Patriots. Bye: 0.

Nelson Agholor’s big-play ability wasn’t used as much in New England, and understandably so. He’s not any sort of fantasy factor.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 42 catches. 530 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 71.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 113.

  37. Parris Campbell, WR, Colts. Bye: 0.

Parris Campbell is talented, but he has played just 14 of 49 possible games in his career. At some point, the Colts will give up on him.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 20 catches. 320 yards. 2 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 69.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 89.

  38. Jalen Reagor, WR, Eagles. Bye: 0.

It’s still hard to believe the Eagles drafted Jalen Reagor over Justin Jefferson. Reagor did nothing but drop passes in 2021.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 34 catches. 350 yards. 3 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 68.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 102.

  39. Randall Cobb, WR, Packers. Bye: 0.

Randall Cobb is better in real life than fantasy, serving as a decent weapon for Aaron Rodgers on third down. Don’t draft him unless you’re in like a 30-team league.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 36 catches. 420 yards. 4 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 66.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 102.

  40. Terrace Marshall, WR, Panthers. Bye: 0.

Terrace Marshall caught 10 passes in his first three games, but logged just seven receptions in his next 10 contests. Quarterback struggles definitely played a part, but Marshall was a big disappointment.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 34 catches. 330 yards. 1 total TD.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 59.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 93.

  41. Nico Collins, WR, Texans. Bye: 0.

Nico Collins served as the Texans’ No. 2 receiver in 2021, but he’ll lose targets to John Metchie once the Alabama prospect returns from his torn ACL.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 38 catches. 440 yards. 2 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 56.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 94.

  42. Darius Slayton, WR, Giants. Bye: 0.

Darius Slayton has regressed every single year in the NFL. He’s not worth owning in the deepest of leagues.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 30 catches. 390 yards. 2 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 51.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 81.

  43. D’Wayne Eskridge, WR, Seahawks. Bye: 0.

D’Wayne Eskridge is the third receiver in an offense that lost Russell Wilson. There’s nothing to see here.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 25 catches. 270 yards. 2 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 49.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 74.

  44. Henry Ruggs, WR, TBA. Bye: 0.

Henry Ruggs is unlikely to play football anytime soon.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 0 catches. 0 yards. 0 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 0.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 0.

  45. Calvin Ridley Calvin Ridley, WR, Falcons. Bye: 0.

    Suspended for all of 2022.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 0 catches. 0 yards. 0 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 0.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 0.
