2022 Fantasy Football Rankings - Wide Receivers (May 29):
Top 10 | 11-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-100

Other Positions: QB | RB | TE

  1. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers. Bye: 0.

It’s no surprise that Mike Williams had a breakout 2021 season because Justin Herbert had way more time in the pocket because of an improved offensive line. Williams’ strong play should continue into 2022.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 72 catches. 1,120 yards. 9 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 191.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 264.

  2. Tee Higgins, WR, Bengals. Bye: 0.

Tee Higgins was an inconsistent producer in 2021, but he had some monster games, particularly at the end of the year. Higgins should be even better in his third year with Joe Burrow having better protection.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 85 catches. 1,170 yards. 8 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 190.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 275.

  3. Terry McLaurin, WR, Redskins. Bye: 0.

Terry McLaurin is a talented receiver, but he’s never had a good quarterback throwing the ball to him. I don’t know if Carson Wentz qualifies as “good,” but he has much greater upside than the other options.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 82 catches. 1,170 yards. 9 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 181.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 263.

  4. D.J. Moore, WR, Panthers. Bye: 0.

D.J. Moore eclipsed the 1,000-yard barrier for the third consecutive year, which was quite the feat considering the terrible quarterbacks throwing to him. Unfortunately, the Panthers won’t have a better quarterback throwing to him.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 85 catches. 1,190 yards. 6 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 180.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 265.

  5. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Lions. Bye: 0.

Amon-Ra St. Brown had a quiet start to his rookie season, but went on a tear to close out the season with eight or more receptions in every single game. St. Brown has drawn comparisons to Hines Ward. I’m expecting a big second year.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 103 catches. 1,140 yards. 8 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 172.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 275.

  6. Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers. Bye: 0.

Diontae Johnson stopped dropping so many passes in 2021, which is why he reached 100 receptions for the first time in his career. Unfotunately, he’ll be stuck catching passes from Mitchell Trubisky or a rookie quarterback.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 96 catches. 1,050 yards. 7 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 172.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 268.

  7. Jerry Jeudy, WR, Broncos. Bye: 0.

Jerry Jeudy had trouble getting to 40 receptions in 2021, which was a huge disappointment. Russell Wilson could help Jeudy finally live up to his potential.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 75 catches. 1,130 yards. 8 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 171.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 246.

  8. Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins. Bye: 0.

Jaylen Waddle was a receptions monster in his rookie year, catching triple-digit passes despite playing with a quarterback who had no protection from his offensive line. Better blocking will improve Waddle’s yards-per-catch average.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 105 catches. 1,120 yards. 8 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 170.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 275.

  9. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos. Bye: 0.

It’s no surprise Courtland Sutton is coming off a down year. Not only did he have a terrible quarterbacking situation; he was coming off a torn ACL. Sutton will have a chance of rebounding in 2022, as he’s healthy and will be catching passes from Russell Wilson.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 76 catches. 1,040 yards. 8 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 167.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 243.

  10. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers. Bye: 0.

Keenan Allen has registered 97 receptions or more in each of the past five years. He’ll continue to be a consistent force as Justin Herbert grows.

Projected 2022 Fantasy Stats: 105 catches. 1,150 yards. 7 total TDs.
    Projected 2022 Fantasy Points: 167.
Projected 2022 PPR Fantasy Points: 272.
