Every year, some draft prospects help themselves in the combine meetings and make a positive impression on team evaluators. They illustrate their character, football I.Q., and love for football. WalterFootball.com reached out to team sources to see who has interviewed well thus far. One player who has really drawn rave reviews from multiple teams is Alabama wide receiver Jerry Jeudy.
Sources from a handful of teams have named Jeudy, independently, for being a great interview. His football I.Q., character and passion for the game has impressed evaluators. On top of that, his competitiveness and desire to win has also excited teams. At Alabama, Jeudy was part of a talented receiving corps that spread the ball around, so his unselfish nature was known as well. Jeudy is in the running to be the first receiver drafted this April, and his combine interviews will certainly help his cause.
Here are some of the other players that team sources have said interviewed well thus far.
- Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa
- Alabama wide receiver Henry Ruggs
- Dayton tight end Adam Trautman
- Oklahoma wide receiver CeeDee Lamb
- Florida International quarterback James Morgan
