Jaxon Smith-Njigba had some nice moments as a rookie. He’ll supplant Tyler Lockett as the No. 2 receiver this year.

Rashid Shaheed, WR, Saints. Bye: .

Rashid Shaheed became a consistent presence for Derek Carr after being just a deep threat as a rookie. He should continue to develop well.

Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers. Bye: .

Diontae Johnson posted poor numbers last year as a result of missing three games and playing with Mitchell Trubisky. Now he’ll play with Bryce Young.

Brian Thomas, WR, . Bye: .

Brian Thomas is a raw receiver, but has high upside. He’ll have to battle lots of players for targets and snaps right away.

DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Titans. Bye: .

DeAndre Hopkins hit 1,000 yards in 2023 despite playing with some pedestrian quarterbacks. He’s 32 as of June, so that’s a concern. He’ll lose targets to Calvin Ridley as well.

Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers. Bye: .

Romeo Doubs didn’t do much in the regular season, but exploded with two great performances in the playoffs.

Gabriel Davis, WR, . Bye: .

Gabe Davis continued to be an inconsistent deep threat. He’s much better in best-ball formats.

Mike Williams, WR, Chargers. Bye: .

Mike Williams has a major problem staying healthy. He’s great when he’s available, but that’s a rare thing these days. He’s coming off a torn ACL, so he should be avoided.

Josh Downs, WR, Colts. Bye: .

Josh Downs was able to rack up plenty of receptions in his rookie season.

Rome Odunze, WR, . Bye: .

Rome Odunze is a talented receiver, but landed in a bad short-term situation because he’ll be in a very crowded Bears receiving room.

Jahan Dotson, WR, Redskins. Bye: .

Jahan Dotson was a huge disappointment in his second year, but perhaps a change at quarterback will help him.

Jerry Jeudy, WR, Broncos. Bye: .

Jerry Jeudy is now on the Browns, but he’ll likely continue to disappoint on his new team.

Chris Godwin, WR, Buccaneers. Bye: .

There was a chance Chris Godwin would be Tampa’s No. 1 receiver if Mike Evans left via free agency, but Evans returned.

Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos. Bye: .

Courtland Sutton was Denver’s top receiver last year, though that’s not saying much. Playing with a rookie quarterback is not ideal.

Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks. Bye: .

Tyler Lockett failed to reach 1,000 yards for the first time since 2018. With Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s role bound to grow, Lockett will continue to regress.

Xavier Worthy, WR, . Bye: .

Xavier Worthy will provide Patrick Mahomes with a very speedy, downfield threat. There’s great potential here, but Worthy could take some time to develop.

Dontayvion Wicks, WR, Packers. Bye: .

Dontayvion Wicks had some big games as a rookie, particularly when Christian Watson was sidelined. He has some serious upside.

Keon Coleman, WR, . Bye: .

Keon Coleman will have a chance to be a big producer right away in Buffalo’s offense. Despite being a second-round pick, he should be ranked highly.

Ladd McConkey will be given an opportunity to be a big producer with Justin Herbert as Keenan Allen’s replacement.

Brandin Cooks turns 31 in September, so regression is coming. He’s difficult to trust at this stage of his career.
