Tank Dell was a top sleeper on this site, and he exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, he missed the final six games of the season with an injury.

DeVonta Smith might be the No. 1 receiver next year if the A.J. Brown trade rumors are true. If so, his production will spike.

DK Metcalf saw a dip in his reception totals, but his yardage increased last year with lots of big plays. Metcalf should continue to thrive with the new coaching staff.

Rashee Rice was stellar as a second-round rookie. He should improve his numbers in his second season, especially as Travis Kelce declines.

Jordan Addison performed well as a rookie last year. He should make a big leap in his second season.

Tee Higgins is an impending free agent. He’s good enough to be a No. 1 on a team, but it remains to be seen who is quarterback will be.

Calvin Ridley was inconsistent in his return from his suspension. If he returns to Jacksonville, he’ll be a viable WR2 again.

George Pickens has immense potential if Kenny Pickett can make a leap in his third season.

Cooper Kupp was banged up for most of 2023, yet he still had a solid season despite taking a bit of a back seat to Puka Nacua.

Terry McLaurin didn’t gel with Sam Howell. He’s a nice buy-low candidate with the Redskins landing a new quarterback this offseason.

Michael Pittman Jr., who was a reception machine last year, is an impending free agent. His outlook is in question because of that.

Malik Nabers is an electric receiver who has been graded nearly as high as Marvin Harrison Jr. by some teams.

Rome Odunze was highly productive during Washington’s runner-up season. He could be the third receiver chosen in the 2024 NFL Draft.

DeAndre Hopkins hit 1,000 yards in 2023 despite playing with some pedestrian quarterbacks. He’s 32 as of June, so that’s a concern.

Jakobi Meyers was a touchdown machine last year, catching eight scores despite playing with some pedestrian quarterbacks. His outlook is bright for 2024 if the Raiders get a quarterback upgrade or trade Davante Adams.

It would be shocking if the Falcons didn’t upgrade quarterback this offseason, so Drake London could top 1,000 yards for the first time next year.

Christian Kirk would see reduced snaps when Zay Jones was healthy and big performances when Jones was sidelined. Kirk’s 2024 production will depend on what happens with Calvin Ridley’s free agency status.

Jayden Reed had a stellar rookie year, catching 64 passes for 793 yards and eight touchdowns. His numbers should continue to improve as he and Jordan Love gain more experience.

Zay Flowers had some big performances down the stretch. That should carry over in 2024.

Christian Watson has superb athleticism and high upside. He was injured for most of 2023 but had some big games.
