2014 NBA Draft Scouting Report: Glenn Robinson III
Position: Small Forward
Size: 6-7, 210
School: Michigan, Sophomore
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
Summary: Robinson has the physical tools and attributes that a team would covet in an NBA small forward, but he failed to show much development during his two years at Michigan. The potential is still there for Robinson to become a solid player at the next level, but he figures to be a borderline first-round pick on draft night.
Player Comparison: Gerald Green. Like Robinson, Green was long, athletic and loaded with potential when he entered the NBA. However, Green had not yet fully developed his all-around offensive game, so he bounced around and eventually out and back in the league. Robinson has the physical makeup to be a solid NBA wing player, but it is going to take him some time to groom his skill set, like it did with Green.
