2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Rankings: Point Guards 1-20 | PGs 21-40

  1. T.J. Ford, Pacers
The loss of Jarrett Jack means Ford is still the main point guard option in Indiana and should see a lot of minutes.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 15.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 6.0 apg, 1.00 spg, 30 3PTM

  2. Raymond Felton, Bobcats
In a contract year, so should be motivated to put up some decent numbers, despite having minutes stolen by second-year man, D.J. Augustin.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 13.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 6.0 apg, 1.50 spg, 70 3PTM

  3. Nate Robinson, Knicks
Likely to be a big points producer on a fairly bad Knicks team, but doesn’t have great stats in other categories.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 18.0 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 3.5 apg, 1.00 spg, 120 3PTM

  4. Mario Chalmers, Heat
Was thrown to the wolves during his rookie season and should be more consistent this season.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 12.5 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 5.5 apg, 2.00 spg, 125 3PTM

  5. Jonny Flynn, Timberwolves
The signing of Ramon Sessions will hurt his numbers, but he should still get a lot of minutes in ‘Sota.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 13.0 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 5.5 apg, 1.50 spg, 60 3PTM

  6. Rodney Stuckey, Pistons
His numbers could take a hit with the addition of Ben Gordon.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 13.0 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 5.5 apg, 1.00 spg, 30 3PTM

  7. Aaron Brooks, Rockets
Will get a chance to produce early with injuries to T-Mac and Yao.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 14.0 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 3.5 apg, 0.50 spg, 130 3PTM

  8. Louis Williams, 76ers
Becomes the guy in Philly with Andre Miller off in Portland.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 15.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.25 spg, 95 3PTM

  9. Stephen Curry, Warriors
May be listed as a SG depending on your league provider, but should be a solid contributor who makes a lot of three’s on the up-tempo Warriors.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 12.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 4.5 apg, 1.25 spg, 125 3PTM

  10. Kirk Hinrich, Bulls
With Ben Gordon gone, Hinrich should get a shot to bounce back from a very disappointing ’08-’09 season.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 12.5 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 4.5 apg, 1.25 spg, 120 3PTM

  11. Mike Conley, Grizzlies
Has underachieved in Memphis and the signing of A.I. will only hurt his production.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 9.0 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.00 spg, 60 3PTM

  12. Chris Duhon, Knicks
By no means a great fantasy player, but a decent option as a back-up in deep leagues.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 10.0 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 6.5 apg, 0.75 spg, 110 3PTM

  13. Ramon Sessions, Timberwolves
Will share time in with Jonny Flynn; lack of three-pointers hurt his value.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 11.0 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.00 spg, 10 3PTM

  14. D.J. Augustin, Bobcats
Like the running back by committee in the NFL, Augustin is part of a point guard by committee in Charlotte with Raymond Felton.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 12.5 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 4.0 apg, 0.75 spg, 100 3PTM

  15. Brandon Jennings, Bucks
I don’t think it will be very difficult for Jennings to steal minutes from Luke Ridnour.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 9.5 ppg, 1.5 rpg, 5.0 apg, 1.25 spg, 25 3PTM

  16. Derek Fisher, Lakers
With nobody pushing him for playing time, Fisher should have another typical season.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 10.5 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 3.0 apg, 1.00 spg, 105 3PTM

  17. Beno Udrih, Kings
Despite drafting Tyreke Evans, Udrih should get his share of minutes with the injury to Francisco Garcia.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 9.5 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 3.5 apg, 1.00 spg, 25 3PTM

  18. Rafer Alston, Nets
May run in the backcourt at the same time as Devin Harris, but is an option in deep leagues due to his three-point shooting.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 9.5 ppg, 2.0 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.25 spg, 90 3PTM

  19. Kyle Lowery, Rockets
Might be worth a late pick for early in the season when his minutes will be increased due to T-Mac’s injury.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 8.5 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 4.0 apg, 1.25 spg, 35 3PTM

  20. George Hill, Spurs
San Antonio is said to be very high on Hill who should get more minutes in hopes of keeping Tony Parker fresh for the post-season.

    Projected 2009-10 Fantasy Basketball Stats: 8.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 2.5 apg, 0.75 spg, 40 3PTM
