Austin Hooper, TE, Falcons. Age: 25.
Signed with Browns (4 years, $44 million)

Austin Hooper is a highly athletic tight end who has improved exponentially in each of his four NFL seasons. He won’t even turn 26 until October, so the sky is the limit for him.
Hunter Henry, TE, Chargers. Age: 25.
Franchised by Chargers

Hunter Henry would be ranked much higher if he didn’t come with injury concerns. Henry has yet to play a full season, missing 20 games in the past two years. He’s a terrific talent, but he’s been unreliable thus far.
Jacob Hollister (RFA), TE, Seahawks. Age: 26.
Tendered by Seahawks (2nd round)

Jacob Hollister got a great opportunity with several players in front of him getting injured, and he made the most of it. He caught 41 passes and three touchdowns in just 11 games.
Eric Ebron, TE, Colts. Age: 27.
Signed with Steelers (2 years, $12 million)

Eric Ebron is one of the most frustrating players in the NFL. He’s very athletic and talented, but he constantly drops passes, runs bad routes and quits on his team.
Blake Jarwin, TE, Cowboys. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Cowboys (3 years, $24.25 million)

Blake Jarwin has shown flashes of talent. At just 26 (as of July), Jarwin has plenty of room for growth.
Greg Olsen, TE, Panthers. Age: 35.
Signed with Seahawks (1 year, $7 million)

Greg Olsen is a shell of his former self at 35 (as of March), but he can still serve as a reliable receiving tight end for one more year.
Trey Burton, TE, Bears. Age: 28.
Signed with Colts (1 year)

Trey Burton had loads of potential with the Eagles, but never lived up to it with his second team. Burton was a huge disappointment, and he also had some hip issues. He’s still young enough, however, to bounce back if he can get healthy.
Jordan Reed, TE, Redskins. Age: 30.
Signed with 49ers

Jordan Reed finally cleared concussion protocol recently, but the Redskins opted to release him anyway. Reed is a major injury risk, and it’s not helping that he turns 30 in July. I’ll be shocked if he gets anything more than a 1-year “prove it” contract that isn’t worth very much.
Delanie Walker, TE, Titans. Age: 36.
Delanie Walker has been a solid tight end for a very long time, but it appears as though the end is near for him. He turns 36 in August, and he has played just eight of 32 possible games over the past couple of seasons.
Jason Witten, TE, Cowboys. Age: 38.
Signed with Raiders (1 year, $4.75 million)

Jason Witten is a reliable receiver, but also a plodding player at this stage of his career. He’s still very good at blocking, so he still has some worth at his age.
