2026 Fantasy Football Stock Report - Training Camp
Aug. 15
Jordyn Tyson, WR, Saints
Jordyn Tyson will miss some time with hamstring issues. This wouldn't be a huge concern if he didn't have a history of hamstring problems. There's some chatter that Tyson could miss regular-season action.
Aug. 14
Jonathon Brooks, RB, Panthers
Chuba Hubbard is week-to-week with a hamstring injury. This is a golden opportunity for Jonathon Brooks to seize the starting job, which looked certain in the first place.
Aug. 13
Omar Cooper, WR, Jets
Omar Cooper has reportedly struggled in training camp and could be demoted in favor of Isaiah Williams.
Caleb Douglas, WR, Dolphins
Caleb Douglas has been designated the "WR1" by the Dolphins coaching staff. Douglas hasn't had much competition, though it's still nice to see. Douglas is worth a look in the final rounds.
Darren Waller, TE, Panthers
Darren Waller has signed with the Panthers. Carolina's tight end situation was devoid of talent, but that has now changed. Waller is one of many late-round options, as the position continues to get deeper.
Aug. 12
Denzel Boston, WR, Browns
Denzel Boston has been listed as a starting receiver on Cleveland's depth chart. This can't be a surprise to anyone who has followed Boston's amazing training camp.
Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers
Josh Jacobs could face a suspension, according to Adam Schefter. Jacobs could be on the hook for as many as six games, making him extremely risky in the first four rounds.
Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings
Kyler Murray won the starting job in Minnesota. This is bullish for all Vikings skill players, at least until Murray gets hurt.
Puka Nacua, WR, Rams
Puka Nacua could face a suspension, according to Adam Schefter. Nacua's suspension might be a couple of games, which wouldn't be completely devastating. However, this puts his status at No. 4 overall in doubt.
Aug. 11
Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens
Mark Andrews has reportedly struggled in training camp thus far. Andrews was a disappointment last year, so this is hardly a surprise. The arrow appeared to be pointing up with Isaiah Likely gone, but it doesn't look like Andrews will take advantage of that.
J.K. Dobbins, RB, Broncos
J.K. Dobbins suffered a soft-tissue injury in Monday's practice. Surprise, surprise. It's unclear how serious this injury is, but it's definitely not a good sign.
De'Zhaun Stribling, WR, 49ers
De'Zhaun Stribling was called the best 49ers receiver at training camp by one beat reporter. Of course, most of the receivers are injured. It's difficult to trust reports like this, but I already had Stribling on the Fantasy Football Sleepers list.
Aug. 10
Luther Burden, WR, Bears
Luther Burden suffered a groin injury and will be out for about a month. He may play Week 1, so this injury may not matter very much, but it's still far from ideal.
Ja'Kobi Lane, WR, Ravens
One beat reporter said that he has never seen a training camp performance from a rookie like he's seen from Ja'Kobi Lane. It's difficult to trust beat reports, especially when they're being hyperbolic, but this is confirmation from what our sources have told us about Lane. You can check out where we now have Lane on our Fantasy Football Sleepers list.
Aug. 8
Pat Bryant, WR, Broncos
Pat Bryant has been a standout according to some reports. There's been some speculation that Bryant could even surpass Courtland Sutton on the depth chart.
Malachi Fields, WR, Giants
Malachi Fields has made an early claim for the No. 2 receiver spot, according to an Athletic report. Fields had some negative news recently with Malik Nabers practicing, but it sounds like he'll be starting regardless.
Alec Pierce, WR, Colts
There's no timetable for Alec Pierce's return, according to Shane Steichen. It's extremely difficult to trust Pierce with his ankle injury. This could be a similar situation to what Chris Godwin endured last season.
Aug. 5
TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots
TreVeyon Henderson is struggling with pass protection in training camp, according to reports. This is a bummer because it'll likely mean that Rhamondre Stevenson will handle most of the workload.
Ladd McConkey, WR, Chargers
The Chargers are not expected to sign a veteran receiver, per reports. This is great news for Ladd McConkey because Keenan Allen derailed McConkey's 2025 fantasy season.
Aug. 4
Mike Evans, WR, 49ers
Mike Evans suffered a leg injury in training camp. It's not considered overly serious, but it's a reminder that Evans has been very prone to soft-tissue injuries over the years, and now he's in his mid-30s.
Aug. 3
Jayden Reed, WR, Packers
Jayden Reed is lining up in two-receiver sets in training camp. This is huge. Reed hardly played in two-receiver sets when Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks were on the team. Reed's upside was capped as a result, but it sounds like he's being unleashed this season.
Parker Washington, WR, Jaguars
Parker Washington has been Trevor Lawrence's top target during training camp. While it's difficult to trust training camp reports, this is something I suspected would happen, so it's nice to get some confirmation.
Aug. 2
R.J. Harvey, RB, Broncos
There's some speculation that the Broncos could sign Tayson Hill. This would obviously hurt the Denver running backs because Hill could take touchdowns away from them.
Ricky Pearsall, WR, 49ers
Ricky Pearsall is out for the season. De'Zhaun Stribling benefits from this, though he suffered hamstring tightness and could be out for a couple of weeks.
Aug. 1
Cyrus Allen, WR, Chiefs
Cyrus Allen has been the most impressive receiver in Chiefs camp thus far. This does not include Rashee Rice, who is currently not practicing. Still, Allen's great play should be noted, but also taken with a grain of salt because there have been many puff pieces written about Kansas City receivers in the past.
Zachariah Branch, WR, Falcons
Zachariah Branch has reportedly been a nightmare for opposing cornerbacks in training camp. I was already a fan of Branch because he's a spark plug who can go the distance whenever he touches the ball, so it was nice to see that he's also thriving in practice thus far.
Quinshon Judkins, RB, Browns
Browns running backs coach Duce Staley said Quinshon Judkins can play all three downs, which would be a huge development. Dylan Sampson is expected to handle the third-down work, but if Judkins does that, he'll produce like a third-rounder at the very worst.
July 31
Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings
J.J. McCarthy has been the better of the two Minnesota quarterbacks thus far in training camp. This is obviously very bad news for Justin Jefferson and Minnesota's other skill-position players.
Malik Nabers, WR, Giants
Malik Nabers has been running routes for a while now, and he revealed that the clean-up procedure date was incorrectly reported. This is big news for Nabers, who could be ready Week 1. However, he remains a big injury risk coming off the torn ACL.
Jadarian Price, RB, Seahawks
Jadarian Price received the opening first-team rep in Thursday's practice and has been catching plenty of passes. The latter nugget is key because Price barely had any receptions at Notre Dame.
Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers
Deebo Samuel has signed with the 49ers, likely in response to Ricky Pearsall's injury. Samuel knows San Francisco's system well, so it's definitely a plus that he won't have to learn a new scheme this upcoming season.
July 30
Kaelon Black, RB, 49ers
Jordan James will miss some time with an injury. With Isaac Guerendo also hurt, Kaelon Black is now the No. 2 back behind Christian McCaffrey.
Chris Brazzell, WR, Panthers
Chris Brazzell will miss up to eight weeks with a moderate LCL tear. While he'll be back around Week 4, this injury will make it tougher for him to establish chemistry with Bryce Young.
Harold Fannin, TE, Browns
Harold Fannin had injury concerns in recent months, but he's "full-go" according to Ashley Bastock of Cleveland.com.
Chris Olave, WR, Saints
Chris Olave is holding out of training camp because of a contract dispute. This is another reason to be bearish on Olave this year, who is dealing with blood clots in his lungs and an extensive concussion history.
Ricky Pearsall, WR, 49ers
Ricky Pearsall suffered complications to his PCL injury, which bothered him last year. He may require surgery. Pearsall is now only an option in the final round of your fantasy draft.
July 29
Kayshon Boutte, WR, Patriots
Kayshon Boutte has been the best receiver in New England training camp, per multiple reports. Don't go crazy with this, as it could be a ploy to increase Boutte's trade value.
Blake Corum, RB, Rams
Sean McVay told the media that Blake Corum will be a big part of the offense this year. According to the coach speak index, McVay is much more truthful than not, and Corum's talent is rather apparent anyway.
Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Cardinals
Marvin Harrison Jr. has struggled with drops during the early stages of training camp. Even worse, he's been running with the backups. This wouldn't be a huge deal if Harrison wasn't already a huge disappointment.
Jeremiyah Love, RB, Cardinals
Jeremiyah Love owners couldn't have been happy when they saw that Tyler Allgeier received the first reps among the running backs in training camp. Perhaps this was to be expected, but it's a reminder that both Allgeier and James Conner will be around to take work away from the talented rookie.
Alec Pierce, WR, Colts
Alec Pierce has been placed on the PUP list. His foot injury is troubling, so he's probably best to avoid.
June 19
Omarion Hampton, RB, Chargers
Mike McDaniel compared Omarion Hampton to Terrell Davis. While this seems like coachspeak, it's still positive news in that McDaniel will be brainstorming ways to get the ball to Hampton, much like he did with De'Von Achane.
Bucky Irving, RB, Buccaneers
Bucky Irving has had a concern with his shoulder, but he's returned to practice, albeit on a limited basis. It's still just the middle of June, and Irving is already back at practice, so this shoulder injury is likely a non-factor.
June 14
Harold Fannin, TE, Browns
Harold Fannin hasn't practiced yet thus far. It's unclear what injury Fannin has, but this is a situation worth monitoring.
Alec Pierce, WR, Colts
Alec Pierce is expected to be sidelined deep into training camp. Pierce has an ankle issue, and his absence in practice is a big concern. He could be at risk of aggravating the injury once he returns to action.
June 13
Cam Ward, QB, Titans
Cam Ward was highly inaccurate in team events this week. Most beat writers publish puff pieces in the offseason, so a negative report has to be discouraging. This is obviously bad news for Carnell Tate and the other Tennessee playmakers.
Malik Willis, QB, Dolphins
Malik Willis "needs the most work," according to the Miami Herald's Omar Kelly. This is another negative article that should be taken seriously, but Willis can at least scramble.
June 12
A.J. Brown, WR, Patriots
Reports indicate that the chemistry between Drake Maye and A.J. Brown has been "immediate." Brown looks like he's being underdrafted at times. He's poised for a great season, as he'll be looking to prove that he wasn't part of the problem in Philadelphia.
Luther Burden, WR, Bears
Ben Johnson told the media that he would buy stock in Luther Burden. Johnson's slot receivers have famously been very productive. With experience now, Burden could have a huge season.
June 10
Jaylin Noel, WR, Texans
Jaylin Noel has consistently been making plays, according to the Houston Chronicle. It's tough to trust positive reports in the summer, but Noel looked good last year when Christian Kirk was sidelined.
Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jaguars
Bhayshul Tuten has been one of the explosive elements of the offense, according to a Sports Illustrated report. It's hard to trust summer reports, but this is something that is very believable.
June 8
TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots
TreVeyon Henderson said that he worked on his blocking this offseason. Henderson wasn't used very much last year because the team didn't trust him as a blocker. If he's actually improved in that regard, his usage will see an uptick.
Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jaguars
Bhayshul Tuten has been "picking up steam" in OTAs, while Chris Rodriguez has missed time with an undisclosed injury. It's anyone's guess as to who will lead the team in carries, but it certainly seems like Tuten has a good head start.
June 7
Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings
Kyler Murray has repotedly been impressing in OTAs. While this could be typical summer reporting nonsense, this news at least means that J.J. McCarthy won't be starting. This is obviously good news for Justin Jefferson.
George Kittle, TE, 49ers
George Kittle said he's on track to play in the season opener. He's getting a stock-down arrow because he'll be rushing back from a serious injury and will have a high chance of aggravating it. No one should be drafting Kittle in the single-digit rounds.
May 27
Chris Brooks & Marshawn Lloyd, RBs, Packers
Josh Jacobs' arrest means that either Chris Brooks or MarShawn Lloyd has a chance to have a big season. Brooks has the higher floor, while Lloyd has the higher ceiling. If you plan on drafting one of them, you should do so late, and if you have multiple leagues, you can take equal shots on each. Keep in mind that Jacobs could be found innocent, or he may not miss any time if the NFL drags its feet with its investigation.
Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers
Josh Jacobs was arrested with five charges pertaining to domestic abuse. There's a good chance he'll be suspended, but he could be found innocent. There's also a possibility that the NFL will drag its feet with an investigation. However, he's too risky to be drafted in the first four rounds at the moment.
