Darnell Mooney was seen as overpaid, but he lived up to his contract as a deep threat No. 2 receiver. He’ll need to develop some chemistry with Michael Penix Jr.

Alec Pierce, WR, Colts. Bye: .

Alec Pierce had some monster games last year. He’s very inconsistent, but has major potential.

Chris Godwin is an impending free agent coming off a dislocated ankle.

Luther Burden is a shifty receiver who will be able to make big plays as a receiver and a rusher.

Jerry Jeudy, WR, Browns. Bye: .

Jerry Jeudy had an amazing finish to his 2024 season, but we’ve seen this before. Tread carefully.

Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers. Bye: .

Deebo Samuel could be playing elsewhere in 2025.

It’s unclear how much receiver Travis Hunter will play because he could also be a top cornerback. He’s very difficult to project for that reason.

Amari Cooper, WR, Bills. Bye: .

Amari Cooper should be a consistent player next year after being able to have an offseason with Josh Allen.

Adam Thielen, WR, Panthers. Bye: .

Adam Thielen had some terrific games down the stretch last year after missing seven games with an injury. However, he’ll be 35 next season, so it’s difficult to justify any sort of high draft pick on him.

Stefon Diggs is coming off a torn ACL, so he’s not to be trusted.

Brandon Aiyuk tore his ACL and MCL last year, so you’ll want to avoid him in 2025.

Keenan Allen, WR, Bears. Bye: .

Keenan Allen turns 33 this offseason. He should continue to play well in his role, but there’s bound to be some regression soon.

Quentin Johnston has looked like a major bust at times because of his constant drops, but he’s also had some big games to display his potential.

Dontayvion Wicks, WR, Packers. Bye: .

Dontayvion Wicks has shown some big-play potential, and he’ll have plenty of opportunities with Christian Watson coming off a torn ACL.

Marvin Mims, WR, Broncos. Bye: .

Marvin Mims looked like a bust until late in 2024 when he exploded with some big games. We’ll see if that continues into 2025.

Rashod Bateman, WR, Ravens. Bye: .

Rashod Bateman finally showed signs of life last year. He might be able to be a No. 2 receiver if he continues to improve. He’s still just 26 years old.

Michael Pittman, WR, Colts. Bye: .

Michael Pittman Jr. was a receptions machine until last year. That changed with Anthony Richardson weighing him down.

Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers. Bye: .

Romeo Doubs is extremely inconsistent, making him difficult to roster in re-draft leagues.

Kendrick Bourne was a favorite sleeper of mine two years ago. He was thriving before tearing his ACL. He should bounce back now that he’s two years removed from the injury.
