Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs. Bye: 10.

Travis Kelce just had the lowest receiving yardage of his career. He’s 36, so he’ll continue to regress.

Jonnu Smith, TE, Steelers. Bye: 5.

Jonnu Smith had a breakout season for the Dolphins last year, but he’ll have fewer targets in Pittsburgh.

David Njoku, TE, Browns. Bye: 9.

For the second consecutive season, David Njoku came alive when Deshaun Watson was supplanted. Watson is out for 2025, which is great news for Njoku.

Jake Ferguson, TE, Cowboys. Bye: 10.

Jake Ferguson missed time due to injury and then dealt with terrible quarterbacking.

Brenton Strange, TE, Jaguars. Bye: 8.

Trevor Lawrence targeted Brenton Strange on third downs in the second preseason game. He found Strange on early third-and-8 and then a third-and-2. We’ve been told that Strange is the replacement for Evan Engram, and it certainly looks that way.

Tyler Higbee, TE, Rams. Bye: 8.

Tyler Higbee barely played last year because he was coming off a torn ACL. He should bounce back in 2025, especially with Cooper Kupp gone.

Isaiah Likely, TE, Ravens. Bye: 7.

Isaiah Likely will have surgery on his ankle. He could return for Week 1, but it’s more likely that he won’t be ready until Week 3 or so.

Pat Freiermuth, TE, Steelers. Bye: 5.

Russell Wilson and Pat Freiermuth developed great chemistry in practice during the summer, and it showed when Wilson took over for Justin Fields.

Theo Johnson, TE, Giants. Bye: 14.

Theo Johnson is an athletic tight end with plenty of upside.

Dalton Kincaid, TE, Bills. Bye: 7.

Dalton Kincaid had a huge rookie year with 73 receptions. His catches dropped to 44 last season because of a knee injury. He should bounce back in 2025.
