Isaiah Likely must be owned if Mark Andrews gets hurt. He’s borderline rosterable otherwise, as he’ll continue to be more involved in the offense.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 45 catches. 480 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 88.

Luke Musgrave will likely be Green Bay’s starting tight end to begin his career. No Cookie Jordan Love will have to lean on him, given the lack of talent at receiver.

Michael Mayer should be the Raiders’ starting tight end from the start, but he’ll competing for targets with lots of other talented receivers.

Hayden Hurst would have reached a career-high receptions total had he not missed four games with an injury. He’s a solid tight end who can do well in plus matchups, though the downgrade at quarterback will hurt.
Projected 2023 Fantasy Stats: 54 catches. 530 receiving yards. 5 total TDs.Projected 2023 Fantasy Points: 83.
Tyler Conklin was a solid presence for the Jets last year with 58 catches. He’ll have more touchdown opportunities with better quarterback play, though the receiving corps is crowded.

Darnell Washington is an extremely gifted tight end, but several teams flunked him medically, so he could have lots of trouble staying healthy.
