These are my 2025 NFL Betting Futures. I’ve done well with futures over the past decade. My dollar count for win totals since 2014 is +$19,355. Here’s what I’m planning on betting this year (results will be added to the regular-season winnings/losses on the NFL Picks page after the Super Bowl is over):

2025 NFL Betting Futures: Win Totals
Atlanta Falcons Over 8.5 Wins +155 I will be betting the Falcons over 7.5 wins eventually, but I wagered on their alt line over of 8.5. Not only are the Falcons criminally underrated – their meltdown late last season was the result of Kirk Cousins not being healthy – but they also have the seventh-easiest schedule in the NFL. Michael Penix Jr. figures to be a big upgrade over the hobbled Cousins, while the pass rush received a huge boost in talent during the offseason. FanDuel has an over 9.5 at better juice than this, but I’d try to get the over 8.5 if you can.
Betting 2 Units to win 3.1 at Circa (locked in as of 7/26/25)
Baltimore Ravens Over 11.5 Wins -110 The Ravens are my pick to win the Super Bowl. They’re one of three playoffs teams from a year ago to turn a weakness into a strength, with the others being the Redskins and Vikings. Baltimore is the best team out of the three, so it won’t have an issue clearing 11.5 wins as long as Lamar Jackson remains healthy. The best online number is -115 at DraftKings.
Betting 4.4 Units to win 4 at Westgate (locked in as of 7/26/25)
Buffalo Bills Over 11.5 Wins -150 Not only are the Bills one of the top three teams in the NFL; they have the fourth-easiest schedule this season. I know that -150 is a lot of vig to play, but it’s that high because the sharps have been betting this number. I believe the vig will continue to rise. The best online price is -155 at ESPNBet.
Betting 4.5 Units to win 3 at Circa (locked in as of 7/26/25)
Cincinnati Bengals Under 9.5 Wins +132 BetMGM has three 15-percent odds boosts available. I wanted to bet the Bengals under because they have the worst defense in the NFL, and BetMGM has the best odds for that even before the boost (+115). The boosts, capped at $25, take us to +132.

Miami Dolphins Under 8.5 Wins -145 I like to wait until I publish my season previews to bet totals, but I wanted to get this one in before the line moves. I’ll be shocked if the Dolphins have a winning record this season. Tua Tagovailoa’s concussion is a consideration, but it’s not even the primary reason why I’m betting the under on Miami’s win total. The Dolphins have a dreadful roster with countless holes. Their offensive line is in shambles. Their defensive line is also a mess. Jalen Ramsey is as good as gone, so three starters in Miami’s secondary will be Storm Duck, Cam Smith, and Ashtyn Davis. And then there’s Tyreek Hill, who is in major decline. Minnesota Vikings Over 10.5 Wins +215 I will be betting the Vikings over 8.5 wins eventually, but I wagered on their alt line over of 10.5. I have the Vikings going 13-4 in my NFL Season Previews because they have an elite coaching staff and one of the best rosters in the NFL. They don’t have the easiest schedule, but it’s not impossible either. They should be able to clear 10.5 somewhat easily. If you don’t have access to this +215 vig, you can get +175 at FanDuel.
Betting 2 Units to win 4.3 at Circa (locked in as of 7/26/25)
New York Giants Under 5.5 Wins -125 Look at the Giants’ schedule. Go on, take a look. Do you see six wins on that slate? Their easiest opponents are on the road, and they have some goliaths visiting them. They have the No. 4 schedule in the NFL, so there won’t be any free wins beyond perhaps at Saints for a team with a bottom-five roster and a poor coaching staff. The best online number is -130 at FanDuel.
Betting 3.75 Units to win 3 at Westgate (locked in as of 7/26/25)
Pittsburgh Steelers Over 8.5 Wins +125 I call this the Father-In-Law Special. My father-in-law makes one bet every year, and he wins it every year. It’s the Steelers over 8.5 wins. I want to get this in now because the line will move if/when Aaron Rodgers signs. If you’re limited at ESPNBet, FanDuel has +110 vig available.

Washington Redskins Over 9.5 Wins -105 Some people who listen to our live show or follow me on Twitter will yell at me for this pick, but I believe the Redskins will clear 9.5 wins with ease. They improved their roster so much this offseason, and they were already only one step away from advancing to the Super Bowl last year. The best online price is over 9.5 -115 at FanDuel.

Baltimore Ravens: +1300 DraftKings is offering a 100-percent boost on any bet on June 27, so I wanted to capitalize by betting one of the Super Bowl favorites. It came down to the Bills and Ravens, but Baltimore just signed Jaire Alexander, who could potentially take the defense over the top if he can remain healthy. The Ravens already strengthened their secondary with Malaki Starks and Chidobe Awuzie, so last year’s weakness could now be a strength.
Update: DraftKings is offering another 100-percent boost on any sport. I’ve decided to double up on the Ravens to make my bet an even $100 to win $1,300.

Kansas City Chiefs: +700 I want to get ahead of a Chiefs hedge to avoid bad vig bets in the SUper Bowl again. I was able to boost this with some bonus bets up to +900, but I’m cool with wagering the Chiefs at +650. A better number may appear if the team loses some games in the 2025 regular season, but that didn’t happen last year. I may add more to this later if I like what the Chiefs do in the offseason.

Minnesota Vikings: 41/1 I think these odds are insane. The Vikings were one of the best teams in the NFL last year prior to Christian Darrisaw’s injury. Darrisaw will be back to protect J.J. McCarthy, who was Kevin O’Connell’s hand-picked quarterback. I guess the Vikings are 40/1 because people are down on McCarthy, but everyone was just as pessimistic about Sam Darnold, and we saw the Vikings win 14 games last year – many of which occurred without Darrisaw. The Vikings have one of the best cap situations in the NFL, so they could be even better in 2025.
Update: I’ve added another unit on the Vikings. I love their roster. If McCarthy can be slightly above average, then Minnesota will go deep into the playoffs.

San Francisco 49ers: 17/1 This is a nice buy-low opportunity on the 49ers. They had the season from hell last year when everyone got injured, beginning with Christian McCaffrey in training camp. We’ll see if McCaffrey can bounce back, but if he can, the 49ers will have a great chance to reclaim their status as the top team in the NFC West. I think they’re worth a small shot at 17/1.

Washington Redskins: 20/1 I love this price on the Redskins. We just saw Jayden Daniels lead his team to the NFC Championship. Washington was blown out by Philadelphia, but there’s plenty of optimism regarding its 2025 season. First of all, Daniels, who could already be a top-five NFL quarterback, will have experience and won’t begin slowly next year. Second, and more importantly, the Redskins have the third-most cap space in the NFL. They have $79 million to spend with their quarterback under a rookie contract. They’ll be able to whatever they want this offseason. They’ll be able to trade for Myles Garrett. They’ll be able to sign Tee Higgins, Ronnie Stanley, and all of the other top free agents. And we know that Washington is going to be a hot destination for free agents because they’ll want to play with Daniels.

2025 NFL Betting Futures: Division Winners
Atlanta Falcons: +480 DraftKings is offering a 100-percent profit boost today, July 11. We’ve been betting some Super Bowl winners, but let’s jump to divisional winners. I already loved the Falcons at +240, so getting them at +480 is incredible. They’ll be much better with a healthier quarterback, while the Buccaneers are trending downward. Liam Coen is gone, Mike Evans is 32, Chris Godwin probably won’t play much this year, the defense still isn’t very good, and now Tristan Wirfs will miss some action.

Jacksonville Jaguars: +390 I think the Jaguars are a good bet to win the AFC South, which is what I have happening in my NFL Season Previews. The Texans will have worse offensive line play this year with Laremy Tunsil gone, while C.J. Stroud is dealing with some sort of mysterious shoulder soreness. The Jaguars, meanwhile, will have Trevor Lawrence healthy for the first time in two years. They’ll also have a coaching upgrade and a new superstar who can play on both sides of the ball. FanDuel currently has a 30-percent boost on all sports, so we’re taking this from +300 to +390.

Parlay: Kanas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens: +615 DraftKings is offering a 100-percent profit boost today, July 21. I noted this in my divisional bets video:
If you parlay the Chiefs, Bills, and Ravens to win their respective divisions, you’ll get +615 with the DraftKings profit boost. That’s a pretty sweet deal. This will lose if one of their quarterbacks gets hurt, but +615 is worth the risk.

2025 NFL Betting Futures: MVP, Awards, and League Leaders
Lamar Jackson to win MVP +688 I want to bet on Lamar Jackson to win MVP for three reasons. First, the Ravens look like the best team in the NFL, so it makes sense to bet the quarterback on the best team. Second, voters received backlash from stupid people on social media for voting Josh Allen over Jackson, so we could see a sympathy vote of sorts. And third, Jackson functions as a hedge for our longer shots. DraftKings has a 25-percent boost on futures, so we’re going to start our position by enhancing Jackson from +550 to +688.

Jayden Daniels to win MVP +1110 FanDuel is offering a 30-percent profit boost on June 27 for any sport. I wanted to bet Jayden Daniels to win MVP, so it’s a good time to do so because we get to boost his odds from +850 to +1110. The Redskins will be one of the best teams in the NFL this year, and Daniels will have more support because of Laremy Tunsil and Deebo Samuel.

J.J. McCarthy to win MVP +7500 I like J.J. McCarthy as a long shot to win MVP. If the Vikings are as great as I think they are, McCarthy will generate some MVP consideraton. Remember, Sam Darnold was in the MVP discussion last year before a truly awful finale versus the Lions. Kevin O’Connell, a quarterback guru, picked McCarthy over Darnold, so I’m going to trust that the Michigan prospect will have a great season. I actually bet this at the Westgate, but FanDuel has the same odds.

Bijan Robinson to win Offensive Player of the Year +1600 There seems to be a good opportunity for Offensive Player of the Year because the guys at the top are flawed. Saquon Barkley had a huge workload last year, while Ja’Marr Chase plays for a team that is unlikely to make the playoffs. Thus, someone like Bijan Robinson seems like a good bet at 16/1.

Emeka Egbuka to win Offensive Rookie of the Year +4000 I’ve been ranting and raving about Emeka Egbuka like a madman. He’s incredibly talented and will be playing in an explosive offense. The Tampa Bay receiving corps may seem very crowded, but it’s really not. Egbuka is already ahead of Jalen McMillan, while Chris Godwin probably won’t play until the midway point of the season. Mike Evans is still there, but he’s 32 and has chronic hamstring issues. Egbuka could establish himself as the No. 1 receiver very quickly.

Dont’e Thornton to win Offensive Rookie of the Year +20000 Dont’e Thornton has been running with the first-team offense already. Sometimes that’s misleading, but Charlie Campbell, who talks to everyone in the league, was informed by multiple people that the hype with Thornton is legit, and that Thornton is the real deal. Detroit Lions to Miss the Playoffs +170 People look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them the Lions will struggle to make the playoffs this season. They lost both their coordinators and most of their interior offensive line. They also have the toughest schedule in the NFL. I have them going 9-8 in my NFL Season Previews. The best online number is +155 at FanDuel.

Browns to have the fewest wins +450; Giants to have the fewest wins +550 I bet a half unit on both the Browns and Giants to have the fewest wins in the NFL this year. They’re the only teams with bottom-five rosters that have top-10 difficult schedules. The Giants have an especially brutal slate, ranking fourth in that regard. The Browns, who are a bit worse, have the No. 7 toughest schedule. Some will wonder about the Saints because they also suck, but New Orleans has the third-easiest schedule this year, thanks to how bad the NFC South is.

Green Bay tends to not draft receivers in the first round, but that’s what they said about the Cowboys and offensive linemen before the Tyron Smith pick. Getting 6/1 odds on this seems great.
