2011 NBA Draft Scouting Report: Darius Morris
Position: Point Guard
Size: 6-4, 190
School: Michigan, Sophomore
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
Summary: After a breakout season for the Wolverines, Morris has decided to enter the 2011 NBA Draft for good. He is an intriguing prospect especially due to his size, ability to create, and the fact that he still has a ton of room to grow. He should be on the bubble of the first round.
Player Comparison: Andre Miller. It would be really aggressive of me to say that Morris is the next Andre Miller, but their games are similar. Miller uses his strength to get into the lane, and either score or find the open teammate just like Morris. Both players are not much of a threat from three-point range but Morris seems to have more athleticism than Miller.
