-
Milwaukee Bucks: Mario Henzoja, SG, Croatia.
The Bucks have a lot of young talent, but could use a young shooting guard. The core of Jabari Parker and Brandon Knight is excellent, and the athletic scorer from Croatia would be another big-time talent for the Bucks. -
Philadelphia 76ers (From Heat): Sam Dekker, SF, Wisconsin.
Sam Dekker is an analytics star and Sam Hinkie loves analytics. The 76ers also need help on the perimeter, making Dekker a strong fit. -
Oklahoma City Thunder: Terry Rozier, PG, Louisville.
The sixth-man role is very important to the Thunder, and the team could lose Reggie Jackson in free agency, but regardless of Jackson, Rozier is a very strong fit with the team. Rozier is a big-time scorer, and the Thunder like using multiple point guards. -
Portland Trail Blazers: Delon Wright, PG, Utah.
Yes, the Trail Blazers have Damian Lillard, but Wright wouldn’t be there to be a starter. Portland’s is set and one of the best in the NBA. However, the Trail Blazers are desperate for bench help, and the 6-5 Wright can play with Lillard and bring scoring, rebounding, defense and assists off the bench. -
Washington Wizards: Bobby Portis, PF, Arkansas.
Portis is a big-time scorer at the four spot. Since Nene could be gone soon, Portis would give the Wizards an excellent young prospect who can be a starter or an elite third big man. -
Toronto Raptors: Cliff Alexander, PF, Kansas.
Alexander is literally a big talent. The 6-foot-8 and 250-pounder is an efficient scorer, and a strong rebounder and shot-blocker. He has the potential to become a strong NBA starting power forward, which the Raptors could use. Amir Johnson is solid, but a title contender should have a better option, which Alexander can be for Toronto. -
Los Angeles Lakers: Jakob Poeltl, C, Utah.
The Lakers would get a potential franchise center with this pick. There are so many talented big men in the 2015 NBA Draft that Poeltl could be there in the 20s for the Lakers. He is an athletic 7-footer who is a ridiculously efficient scorer, an elite rebounder and shot-blocker. Poeltl is only 19, so he can still get bigger and stronger. Pairing him with Julius Randle would make one excellent young big man duo for the Lakers. -
Boston Celtics: Trey Lyles, PF, Kentucky.
Lyles is much better than the 23rd pick, but again, the depth of big men in the 2015 NBA Draft is ridiculous. Lyles is a talented offensive player who can shoot and is also a solid rebounder with a lot of potential. He is another Kentucky big man who is hurt by a lack of minutes. -
San Antonio Spurs: Frank Kaminski- PF/C- Wisconsin.
Kaminski is an elite college player, but in the NBA, he will be a unique and strong secondary player. There isn’t an NBA team that values unique players like the San Antonio Spurs. -
Chicago Bulls: Tyus Jones: PG, Duke.
The Bulls have had veteran point guards with Derrick Rose since he was drafted, but the team would be wise to get a young player who can actually be developed as the second point guard and a potential starter if Rose is injured again. Jones runs one of the best teams in college and could be an excellent NBA sixth man. -
Cleveland Cavaliers: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, F, Arizona.
Kyrie Irving and LeBron James aren’t going anywhere, but Kevin Love is likely gone (my opinion), however with LeBron-Irving, Cleveland is still a title contender. Any contender needs role players, and Hollis-Jefferson could be an elite role player in the NBA. He is a defender first, but is also an excellent rebounder and a capable scorer who would fit them well. -
Dallas Mavericks: Dakari Johnson, C, Kentucky.
Tyson Chandler is a free agent in the offseason, but is in his 30s. Dallas also traded Brandon Wright, so the team could use a center. Johnson, like Karl-Anthony Towns, Willie Cauley-Stein and Trey Lyles isn’t getting the playing time a player of his talents should, but Johnson is a strong scorer, shot-blocker and rebounder. He is also one big man at 7-feet and 255 pounds. -
Memphis Grizzlies: Tyrone Wallace, G, California.
Memphis should find a better second-point guard as well as some bench scoring, so Wallace is a perfect fit. He is an excellent scorer, a ridiculously talented rebounder (eight per game as a guard) and a capable distributor. Wallace would look very nice in Grizzly blue. -
Atlanta Hawks: Justin Anderson, SF, Virginia.
Anderson is an athletic defender, but he has become a very strong scorer and an excellent shooter. The Hawks could use depth on the perimeter, and Anderson’s shooting and defense fits them well. -
Golden State Warriors: Caris LaVert, SG, Michigan.
LaVert is injured, which has hurt his stock, but he could be a lottery pick if healthy and is excellent value at No. 30. LaVert is a scorer and play-maker who would give the Warriors another strong weapon off their bench.
