1. Joel Bitonio, G, Browns. Age: 34.

Despite his age, Joel Bitonio still played on a high level last year.

2. Isaac Seumalo, G, Steelers. Age: 32.

Isaac Seumalo has not disappointed since joining the Steelers. He’s been a superb blocker, but he’ll be 33 by the midway point of the season.

3. David Edwards, G, Bills. Age: 29.

David Edwards has seemingly overcome past injury issues to become a stout guard.

4. Alijah Vera-Tucker, G, Jets. Age: 27.

Alijah Vera-Tucker is incredibly versatile, but he has severe issues staying healthy.

5. Wyatt Teller, G, Browns. Age: 31.

Wyatt Teller hasn’t played at his peak level in the past two year, but he’s still young enough to rebound.

6. Teven Jenkins, G, Browns. Age: 28.

Teven Jenkins is an underrated blocker who has made a great transition from tackle to guard.

7. Kevin Zeitler, G, Titans. Age: 36.

Kevin Zeitler is 36, but he’s still capable of blocking at a high level.

8. James Daniels, G, Dolphins. Age: 28.

James Daniels is one of the top guards in the NFL when healthy, but played only four games in 2024 because of an Achilles tear and then just one game in 2025 because of a pectoral injury.

9. Dylan Parham, G, Raiders. Age: 27.

Dylan Parham was one of the few bright spots on the Raiders’ offensive line last year, but he was much better in 2024.

10. John Simpson, G, Jets. Age: 29.

John Simpson had a great 2024, but regressed this past year. He’s still young enough to rebound.

11. Dalton Risner, G, Bengals. Age: 31.

Dalton Risner was a pleasant surprise last year, serving as an excellent pass protector in the interior.

12. Ed Ingram, G, Texans. Age: 27.

A former second-round pick, Ed Ingram had his best NFL season in Houston.

13. Greg Van Roten, G, Giants. Age: 36.

Greg Van Roten has been a solid blocker over the years, but at 36, his time in the NFL could be done soon.

14. Daniel Faalele, G, Ravens. Age: 26.

Daniel Faalele is a massive human being. He’s been a mediocre blocker the past two years.

15. Elijah Wilkinson, G, Falcons. Age: 31.

Elijah Wilkinson was a half-decent replacement for the injured Kaleb McGary last year.

16. Dillon Radunz, G, Saints. Age: 28.

Dillon Radunz had a quality season for the Titans two years ago, but has regressed since.

17. Zion Johnson, G, Chargers. Age: 26.

Zion Johnson has been a mediocre blocker despite being a former first-round pick.

18. Spencer Burford, G, 49ers. Age: 26.
19. Ben Bartch, G, 49ers. Age: 28.
20. Joshua Ezeudu, G, Giants. Age: 26.
21. Aaron Stinnie, G, Giants. Age: 32.
22. Robert Jones, G, Cowboys. Age: 27.
23. Matt Pryor, G, Eagles. Age: 31.
24. Brett Toth, G, Eagles. Age: 30.
25. Chris Paul, G, Redskins. Age: 27.
26. Liam Eichenberg, G, Dolphins. Age: 28.
27. Daniel Brunskill, G, Dolphins. Age: 32.
28. Cole Strange, G, Dolphins. Age: 28.
29. Kayode Awosika, G, Lions. Age: 27.
30. Cordell Volson, G, Bengals. Age: 28.
31. Lucas Patrick, G, Bengals. Age: 33.
32. Will Hernanez, G, Cardinals. Age: 30.
33. Trevor Penning, G, Chargers. Age: 27.
34. Xavier Newman-Johnson, G, Jets. Age: 27.
35. Max Scharping, G, Steelers. Age: 30.
