2025 NFL Draft Stock Up
Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State
Judkins has been in a platoon situation this season, but he is a unique talent with starting ability for the NFL. When it mattered the most, the Buckeyes leaned on him to lead them to their National Championship victory. In the first quarter, Judkins showed power, pushing through a few tacklers on a short touchdown run. Late in the second half, Judkins got wide open in the end zone after getting lost in college, and he caught an easy six-yard touchdown catch. In the first few seconds after halftime, Judkins went up the middle and cut back to slash across the field for a 70-yard gain. A Notre Dame defensive back caught him from behind to set up a first-and-goal. A couple of plays later, Judkins plunged over the goal line for his third touchdown. Judkins finished with only 11 carries, but totaled 100 yards with two touchdowns and two receptions for 21 yards and a touchdown. This tape will definitely help Judkins’ draft grade with pro evaluators.
Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford
For the NFL, Ayomanor (6-2, 210) is a big, physical receiver that can function as a possessional receiver. In his final season, he had 63 receptions for 831 yards and six scores before declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft. He has good size, strength, and physcality to win contested catches. Ayomanor is adept at high-pointing the ball and beating defensive backs with his size. Ayomanor has some ability after the catch to dart upfield and run through defenders to get extra yardage. As a pro, Ayomanor is especially dangerous to eat up zone coverage working the middle of the field and the sideline. Ayomanor runs well for a big receiver but does not have elite speed to fly by NFL defensive backs. As a pro, he should be a solid possessional receiver.
Jalen Rivers, OT, Miami
The 6-foot-5, 325 pound Rivers played both guard and left tackle during his time with the Hurricanes. Rivers has versatile size and could be cross-trained at both positions to be a valuable game-day backup. From there, Rivers could develop into being a starter at tackle or guard. Rivers could be a riser at the Senior Bowl next week.
Caleb Rogers, OT, Texas Tech
The 6-foot-5, 310 pound Rogers played both tackle positions over the past five seasons with the Red Raiders. Rogers is a right tackle candidate for the NFL. Rogers could start out his pro career as a swing tackle backup.
Bihal Kone, CB, Western Michigan
Kone (6-2, 190) is a big cornerback who showed impressive tackling as a senior with the Broncos. He totaled 70 tackles with an interception and eight passes broken up. Kone earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl. He needs to run well in pre-draft workouts.
Sebastian Castro, S, Iowa
In 2024, Castro was a tough safety for the Hawkeyes recording 56 tackles with an interception and two forced fumbles. The previous season he had 67 tackles with three interceptions and eight passes broken up. Castro is undersized and has some limitations. He could be a backup and special teams contributor.
Maxen Hook, S, Toledo
Hook played well for Toledo in 2024 with 108 tackles, two interceptions, and four passes broken up. He had 69 tackles with three interceptions and four passes broken up in 2023. Hook earned a Senior Bowl invite. At 6-foot, 203 pounds, Hook could stand to get stronger for the NFL.
Rayuan Lane III, S, Navy
Lane was a tough defender for the Midshipmen in 2024, totaling 70 tackles with three forced fumbles, two interceptions, and four passes broken up. Lane (5-11, 197) is undersized for the NFL, but he earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl and could rise with a strong week of practice in Mobile.
2025 NFL Draft Stock Down
Quinn Ewers, WR, Texas
Ewers entered the 2025 season as a potential first-rounder, but Ewers did not play well enough to be a secure first- or second-round pick next April. Team sources did not like how Ewers was rattled against Georiga in particular. Ewers could go on day two and might slide into the mid-rounds if the pre-draft process doesn’t go well.
