  • Adam Schefter: My sense is that the Giants take the best offensive lineman available at No. 19.

  • Adam Schefter: There’s an 80-percent chance the Panthers take Cam Newton with the No. 1 pick.

  • Mel Kiper: Adrian Clayborn could go 20 to Tampa, 24 to New Orleans and 27 to New Orleans.

  • Mel Kiper: Torrey Smith is gone by the Falcons’ late second-round pick.

  • Mel Kiper: I can’t see A.J. Green getting past Cincinnati.

  • Mel Kiper: Would Cam Newton be the biggest reach at No. 1 in NFL Draft history? No – according to my ratings, it would be Jeff George to Indianapolis in 1990.

  • Mel Kiper: I have Brandon Harris just slightly ahead of Ras-I Dowling.

  • Mel Kiper: I have Jake Kirkpatrick as a late-rounder or undrafted free agent.

  • Mel Kiper: No. 15 is way high for Christian Ponder. Even early second round would be pushing it in my opinion.




  • Mel Kiper: Corey Liuget is a disruptive force with the abiliy to complement Robbins in St. Louis very effectively.

  • Mel Kiper: Brooks Reed isn’t real fluid, which is a concern. That was the problem with Vernon Gholston.

  • Mel Kiper: I don’t think Titus Young will be there for St. Louis in the second round. He could go late first.

  • Mel Kiper: Green Bay would be a perfect fit for Titus Young – a vertical deep threat and a dangerous return threat. He would make sense for Atlanta too.

  • Mel Kiper: I think Tyrod Taylor will go in the fourth round.

  • Mel Kiper: The Vikings should take Da’Quan Bowers, or trade down and look at Jake Locker.
