1. Josh Allen, OLB, Jaguars. Age: 27.
Franchised by Jaguars

Josh Allen is one of the elite edge rushers in the NFL. He isn’t 27 yet, so he should play at the top of his game for the duration of his next contract.

2. Chris Jones, DT, Chiefs. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Chiefs (5 years, $160 million)

Chris Jones is one of the top defensive players in all of football. He’s capable of dominating a game on his own. He turns 30 this offseason, but he should be able to play on an extremely high level for the next couple of years.

3. Brian Burns, OLB, Panthers. Age: 26.
Franchised by Panthers (traded to Giants)

It’s hard to believe Brian Burns is still only 26. He’s one of the most explosive edge rushers in the NFL.

4. Jaylon Johnson, CB, Bears. Age: 25.
Re-signed with Bears (4 years, $76 million)

Jaylon Johnson was one of the top cornerbacks in the NFL last year, and he’s only 25, so there’s still room for growth. The only downside is that he seems to get injured often.

5. L'Jarius Sneed, CB, Chiefs. Age: 27.
Franchised by Chiefs

L’Jarius Sneed is a No. 1 lockdown cornerback. Only 27, he should be able to perform on an extremely high level throughout the duration of his next contract.

6. Danielle Hunter, DE, Vikings. Age: 29.
Signed with Texans (2 years, $49 million)

Danielle Hunter is an elite pass rusher. He turns 30 soon, but he’s still performing on a very high level.

7. Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Colts. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Colts (3 years, $70 million)

Michael Pittman Jr. is a receptions machine. He’s only 26, so he’ll continue to improve.

8. Antoine Winfield, S, Buccaneers. Age: 26.
Franchised by Buccaneers

Antoine Winfield is one of the top safeties in the NFL. At just 26, he could continue to improve.

9. Greg Zuerlein, K, Jets. Age: 36.
Re-signed with Jets (2 years, $8.4 million)

Greg Zuerlein is entering his late 30s, but he still has a powerful leg. He was 35-of-38 last year, including 5-of-6 from 50-plus.

10. Thomas Morstead, P, Jets. Age: 38.
Re-signed with Jets (2 years)

Thomas Morstead was 10th in punting average and at the top of punts placed in the 20-yard line.

11. Ka'imi Fairbairn, K, Texans. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Texans (3 years, $15.9 million)

Ka’imi Fairbairn was nearly flawless last year, hitting 27-of-28 tries, including 5-of-6 from 50-plus.

12. Justin Simmons, S, Broncos. Age: 30.

Justin Simmons has been one of the better safeties in the NFL over the past several seasons. He’s coming off a bit of a down year, but still should be able to perform on a high level for the next season or two.

13. Saquon Barkley, RB, Giants. Age: 27.
Signed with Eagles (3 years, $37.8 million)

Saquon Barkley is one of the most talented running backs in the NFL, but he has a checkered injury history.

14. Tee Higgins, WR, Bengals. Age: 25.
Franchised by Bengals

Tee Higgins has been one of the best No. 2 receivers in the NFL. He can be a No. 1 on many teams.

15. Justin Madubuike, DT, Ravens. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Ravens (4 years, $98 million)

Justin Madubuike is a bright, young star on Baltimore’s defensive line. He applies tons of pressure on the quarterback and handles the run fine. He’s only 26, so he’ll continue to improve.

16. Kirk Cousins, QB, Vikings. Age: 36.
Signed with Falcons (4 years)

Kirk Cousins was having a terrific year before suffering a season-ending injury. He turns 36 this summer, but he should be able to play at a high level for two or three more years.

17. Connor Williams, C, Dolphins. Age: 27.

Connor Williams is a very talented center who is still just 27, but he had trouble staying healthy last year.

18. Kevin Dotson, G, Rams. Age: 27.
Re-signed with Rams (3 years, $48 million)

Kevin Dotson was the Rams’ top offensive lineman last year, pass protecting well and blasting open huge running lanes for Kyren Williams.

19. Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers. Age: 31.
Re-signed with Buccaneers (2 years, $52 million)

Mike Evans is an electric play-making receiver who produced mega numbers with Baker Mayfield. The only downside is his age.

20. Tyrel Dodson, ILB, Bills. Age: 26.
Signed with Seahawks

A former undrafted free agent, Tyrel Dodson came out of nowhere to have a terrific season in both coverage and run support.

21. Patrick Queen, ILB, Ravens. Age: 25.
Signed with Steelers (3 years)

Patrick Queen has made great leaps in play in his four years as a pro. He still misses some tackles, but is terrific in coverage.

22. Xavier McKinney, S, Giants. Age: 25.
Signed with Packers (4 years, $68 million)

Xavier McKinney was one of the better safeties in the NFL last year, but he has a long history of injuries.

23. Calvin Ridley, WR, Jaguars. Age: 29.
Signed with Titans (4 years, $92 million)

Calvin Ridley was inconsistent last year, but he had some dominant performances. At 29, he still has a few great years remaining in the tank.

24. Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Bengals. Age: 29.
Signed with Titans (3 years, $36 million)

Chidobe Awuzie has been a great cover corner for the Bengals, though he’s coming off a bit of a down year.

25. Andrew Van Ginkel, DE, Dolphins. Age: 29.
Signed with Vikings (2 years, $20 million)

Andrew Van Ginkel did everything for the Dolphins last year, from placing lots of pressure on the quarterback, to stopping the run, to covering very well.

26. Kendall Fuller, CB, Redskins. Age: 29.
Signed with Dolphins (2 years, $16.5 million)

Washington’s secondary was a disaster in 2023, but Kendall Fuller was the only bright spot at cornerback.

27. Chase McLaughlin, K, Buccaneers. Age: 28.
Re-signed with Buccaneers (3 years)

Chase McLaughlin was an excellent 29-of-31 last year, which included 7-of-8 from 50-plus.

28. D'Vondre Campbell, ILB, Packers. Age: 30.
Signed with 49ers (1 year)

D’Vondre Campbell was one of the top off-ball linebackers in the NFL for a few seasons, but regressed last year due to injury. Now 31, Campbell could continue to decline.

29. Arik Armstead, DT, 49ers. Age: 30.
Signed with Jaguars (3 years, $51 million)

Arik Armstead is a versatile defensive lineman who places tons of pressure on opposing quarterbacks. He recently turned 30, but hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down.

30. David Bakhtiari, OT, Packers. Age: 32.

David Bakhtiari is an amazing left tackle when healthy, but he has a checkered injury history.

31. Aaron Jones, RB, Packers. Age: 29.
Signed with Vikings (1 year, $7 million)

The Packers releasing Aaron Jones doesn’t make much sense, as they were so much more potent offensively with him last year.

32. Chase Young, DE, 49ers. Age: 25.
Signed with Saints

Chase Young is a very effective pass rusher, but not the dominant player he was early in his career.

33. Jonathan Greenard, DE, Texans. Age: 27.
Signed with Vikings (4 years, $76 million)

Jonathan Greenard has made great strides as a former third-round pick. He recorded 12.5 sacks last year and held up well versus the run.

34. Tyler Biadasz, C, Cowboys. Age: 26.
Signed with Redskins

Tyler Biadasz has made great strides as a former fourth-round pick. He played on a high level last year and is only 26.

35. Christian Wilkins, DT, Dolphins. Age: 28.
Signed with Raiders (4 years, $110 million)

Christian Wilkins just had his best season yet, recording nine sacks.

36. Lloyd Cushenberry, C, Broncos. Age: 26.
Signed with Titans

Lloyd Cushenberry has made great advancements in his game since he was a third-round pick several years ago.

37. Leonard Williams, DT, Seahawks. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Seahawks (3 years, $64.5 million)

The Seahawks traded for Leonard Williams, but didn’t get much out of it. Williams is a well-rounded, talented defensive tackle, but he turns 30 this offseason.

38. Grover Stewart, DT, Colts. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Colts (3 years, $39 million)

Grover Stewart was sorely missed when he was suspended last year. He’s a monstrous run stuffer who is not inept at getting to the quarterback.

39. Josey Jewell, ILB, Broncos. Age: 29.
Signed with Panthers (3 years, $22.75 million)

Josey Jewell is a terrific run defender who covers well.

40. DeShon Elliott, S, Dolphins. Age: 27.
Signed with Steelers (2 years, $6 million)

DeShon Elliott wasn’t as good in coverage last year as he usually is, but he was a force in run support.

41. D.J. Reader, DT, Bengals. Age: 30.
Signed with Lions (2 years, $27.5 million)

D.J. Reader is a monstrous run stuffer who can apply some pressure on the quarterback. He turns 30 this offseason, however.

42. Darnell Savage, S, Packers. Age: 27.
Signed with Jaguars (3 years)

Darnell Savage struggled heading into 2023, but had a tremendous season, finally living up to his athletic ability.

43. Andre James, C, Raiders. Age: 27.
Re-signed with Raiders (3 years, $24 million)

Andre James has done a great job of developing as a former undrafted free agent.

44. Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders. Age: 26.
Signed with Packers (4 years, $48 million)

Josh Jacobs wasn’t as great last year as he was in 2022, but he’s still a terrific three-down back who is only 26.

45. Alohi Gilman, S, Chargers. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Chargers (2 years, $11 million)

Alohi Gilman was one of the most improved defensive players in the NFL last year. He went from being an average backup to an excellent starter in the Chargers secondary.

46. Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S, Lions. Age: 26.
Signed with Eagles (3 years, $33 million)

It’s hard to believe that Chauncey Gardner-Johnson is only 26. Gardner-Johnson is excellent in coverage and can play numerous positions in the secondary, but he has a poor injury history.

47. Lavonte David, ILB, Buccaneers. Age: 34.
Re-signed with Buccaneers (1 year, $10 million)

Lavonte David somehow continued to play on a very high level last year despite being in his mid-30s. He has to decline at some point, but there haven’t been any signs of it.

48. Tony Pollard, RB, Cowboys. Age: 27.
Signed with Titans (3 years, $24 million)

Tony Pollard was an electric play-maker prior to 2023. He struggled last year, but was coming off a broken leg and may not have been 100 percent.

49. Tyron Smith, OT, Cowboys. Age: 33.
Signed with Jets (1 year, $20 million)

Tyron Smith would have a much higher rating if he wasn’t such a huge injury risk.

50. Kevin Zeitler, G, Ravens. Age: 34.
Signed with Lions (1 year)

Kevin Zeitler has been an outstanding pass-protecting guard for a long time, but he turns 34 this offseason.

51. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans. Age: 30.
Signed with Ravens (2 years, $20 million)

Derrick Henry is not the elite runner he once was, but he is still capable of being a powerful runner for a team.

52. Austin Ekeler, RB, Chargers. Age: 29.
Signed with Redskins (2 years, $11.4 millon)

Austin Ekeler struggled mightily last year, but likely because he suffered an injury following his brilliant season-opening performance against Miami. Ekeler could bounce back in 2024, but his age is becoming a concern.

53. Kenny Moore, CB, Colts. Age: 29.
Re-signed with Colts (3 years, $30 million)

Kenny Moore has been an excellent slot cornerback for a while, but he will be 30 soon.

54. Wil Lutz, K, Broncos. Age: 30.
Re-signed with Broncos (2 years)

Wil Lutz went 30-of-34 last year, including 3-of-5 from 50-plus.

55. Braden Mann, P, Eagles. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Eagles

Braden Mann had one of the highest net punting averages in the NFL last year, but didn’t do a good job of pinning the opposition inside the 20.

56. Cameron Johnston, P, Texans. Age: 32.
Signed with Steelers

Cameron Johnston was one of the league leaders in punting average last year, but was mediocre at pinning the opposition inside the 20.

57. Tommy Townsend, P, Chiefs. Age: 27.
Signed with Texans (2 years, $6 million)

Tommy Townsend ranked in the middle of the pack in net punting last year.

58. Jordan Poyer, S, Bills. Age: 33.
Signed with Dolphins (1 year, $2 million)

Jordan Poyer is in his mid-30s, but he’s still a very capable safety. He could regress soon, but we saw no evidence of that last year.

59. Tre'Davious White, CB, Bills. Age: 29.
Signed with Rams (1 year, $8.5 million)

Tre’Davious White is an incredibly talented cornerback, but injuries have ravaged his career. In the past couple of seasons, he’s had a torn ACL and a torn Achilles. It feels like the Bills are selling low by cutting him, but White may never be the same player again.

60. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers. Age: 29.
Signed with Jets (1 year, $15 million)

Mike Williams is a dynamic receiving threat when healthy. Unfortunately, he’s always injured, and things have only gotten worse recently. Williams is coming off a torn ACL and will turn 30 in October, so we may never see the Williams of old ever again.

61. D.J. Humphries, OT, Cardinals. Age: 30.

D.J. Humphries is a talented blocker, but is coming off a down year. He could rebound, but he’s also a big injury risk.

62. Jordan Whitehead, S, Jets. Age: 27.

Jordan Whitehead is a well-rounded safety who is coming off a bit of a down year. At 27, however, he could easily rebound.

63. Frankie Luvu, ILB, Panthers. Age: 27.
Signed with Redskins (3 years, $36 million)

Frankie Luvu has emerged as a well-rounded linebacker the past two years in Carolina.

64. Jerome Baker, ILB, Dolphins. Age: 27.
Signed with Seahawks (1 year, $7 million)

The Dolphins sorely missed Jerome Baker’s excellent coverage ability late in the season.

65. D.J. Wonnum, DE, Vikings. Age: 26.
Signed with Panthers (2 years, $14.5 million)

D.J. Wonnum is a young defender with plenty of upside as an edge rusher.

66. Dorance Armstrong, DE, Cowboys. Age: 27.
Re-signed with Cowboys (3 years, $45 million)

Dorance Armstrong hasn’t been an every-down player, but he’s been terrific at rushing the passer. He’s still young, so he could see a larger role soon.

67. Devin White, ILB, Buccaneers. Age: 26.
Signed with Eagles (1 year, $7.5 million)

Devin White was solid in coverage last year, but was a bit of a liability in run defense.

68. Mike Danna, DE, Chiefs. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Chiefs (3 years, $24 million)

Mike Danna has been able to make great strides as a former fifth-round pick. He can place good pressure on opposing quarterbacks, though he tends to get pushed around in run support.

69. Jonah Jackson, G, Lions. Age: 27.
Signed with Rams (3 years, $51 million)

Jonah Jackson is a solid, but unspectacular guard. At 27, he could improve in the coming years.

70. Geno Stone, S, Ravens. Age: 25.
Signed with Bengals (2 years, $15 million)

Geno Stone misses some tackles, but is terrific in coverage. He’s only 25, so he should continue to improve.

71. Kamren Curl, S, Redskins. Age: 25.

Kamren Curl was drafted in the seventh round a few years ago, but has become a talented, well-rounded starting safety in the NFL.

72. Mike Onwenu, OT, Patriots. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Patriots (3 years, $57 million)

Mike Onwenu played both guard and tackle this past season, performing best at right tackle.

73. Sean Murphy-Bunting, CB, Titans. Age: 27.
Signed with Cardinals (3 years, $17.5 million)

Sean Murphy-Bunting was missed in Tampa Bay last year as a capable slot cornerback.

74. Marquise Brown, WR, Cardinals. Age: 27.
Signed with Chiefs (1 year, $11 million)

Marquise Brown has been productive when playing with viable quarterbacks. He’s not quite a No. 1 receiver, but he’s close.

75. Aaron Brewer, C, Titans. Age: 25.
Signed with Dolphins (3 years, $21 million)

Aaron Brewer improved in his second year as a starter. He’s only 25, so there’s a lot of upside.

76. Adoree Jackson, CB, Giants. Age: 28.

Adoree Jackson has been a talented cornerback for many years, but he’s coming off a down season.

77. Jonah Williams, OT, Bengals. Age: 26.
Signed with Cardinals (2 years, $30 million)

Jonah Williams is a talented left tackle who was out of place while playing on the right side last year.

78. Julian Blackmon, S, Colts. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Colts (1 year)

Julian Blackmon just had his best year in coverage this past season.

79. Jordan Fuller, S, Rams. Age: 26.
Signed with Panthers (1 year, $5.2 million)

Jordan Fuller has done a solid job since being drafted in the sixth round, especially when it comes to run support.

80. Robert Hunt, G, Dolphins. Age: 28.
Signed with Panthers (5 years, $100 million)

Robert Hunt was an effective guard when he played last year, but he missed most of the second half of the year with an injury.

81. Anthony Walker, ILB, Browns. Age: 29.
Signed with Dolphins (1 year)

For the second consecutive year, the Browns missed Anthony Walker’s great play late in the season due to injuries. Walker is very talented, but has trouble staying healthy.

82. Sione Takitaki, ILB, Browns. Age: 29.

Sione Takitaki has been solid as a well-rounded, three-down linebacker for the Browns.

83. Jadeveon Clowney, DE, Ravens. Age: 31.
Signed with Panthers (2 years, $20 million)

Jadeveon Clowney has had some serious down years, but he exploded in 2023 with a tremendous campaign. He was lethal as a pass rusher despite struggling in that regard in the past.

84. Kyle Dugger, S, Patriots. Age: 28.
Transition tagged by Patriots

Kyle Dugger is coming off a bit of a down year, but he’s usually a solid, well-rounded safety.

85. Trenton Brown, OT, Patriots. Age: 31.
Signed with Bengals (1 year)

Trenton Brown is a superb tackle when healthy, but he’s a massive player with an extensive injury history.

86. Calais Campbell, DE, Falcons. Age: 38.

Calais Campbell is not the same player he once was, but he was still a very effective player for the Falcons last year.

87. Jordan Hicks, ILB, Vikings. Age: 32.
Signed with Browns (2 years, $8 million)

Jordan Hicks had a renaissance in Minnesota after struggling in Arizona, but he’s about to enter his mid-30s.

88. Za'Darius Smith, DE, Browns. Age: 32.
Re-signed with Browns (2 years, $23.5 million)

Za’Darius Smith placed tons of pressure on opposing quarterbacks this past season, but will be turning 32 as soon as the 2024 campaign begins.

89. Stephon Gilmore, CB, Cowboys. Age: 33.

Stephon Gilmore is no longer the elite, shutdown cornerback he once was, but he still played at a high level this past season.

90. Dalton Schultz, TE, Texans. Age: 28.
Re-signed with Texans (3 years, $36 million)

There was some thought that Dalton Schultz was just a product of Dallas’ system, but he had a strong year in Houston.

91. DaQuan Jones, DT, Bills. Age: 32.
Re-signed with Bills (2 years, $16 million)

DaQuan Jones played only half the season, but he was a force as a pass rusher and run stuffer when active.

92. Leonard Floyd, OLB, Bills. Age: 31.
Signed with 49ers

Leonard Floyd has registered at least nine sacks in each of the past four seasons.

93. Graham Glasgow, G, Lions. Age: 32.
Re-signed with Lions (3 years, $20 million)

Graham Glasgow’s pass protection isn’t very good, but he’s a run-blocking force who can play both guard and center.

94. Tashaun Gipson, S, 49ers. Age: 34.

Tashaun Gipson was excellent in both coverage and run support last year, but he turns 34 this offseason.

95. Greg Van Roten, G, Raiders. Age: 34.

Greg Van Roten was a career journeyman before joining the Raiders. He was stellar last year, but turns 34 this offseason.

96. Fletcher Cox, DT, Eagles. Age: 33.

Fletcher Cox is no longer one of the top defensive tackles in the NFL, but he’s still an effective player despite his age.

97. Devin Singletary, RB, Texans. Age: 26.
Signed with Giants (3 years, $16.5 million)

Devin Singletary was one of the surprises of 2023. He struggled in Buffalo, but really found a home in Houston as a big upgrade over Dameon Pierce.

98. Baker Mayfield, QB, Buccaneers. Age: 29.
Re-signed with Buccaneers (3 years, $100 million)

Baker Mayfield did as well as anyone could have expected last year under Dave Canales, though he took way too many bad sacks.

99. Nick Folk, K, Titans. Age: 39.
Re-signed with Titans (1 year)

Nick Folk hit 29-of-30 field goals last year, including 5-of-6 from 50-plus.

100. Greg Joseph, K, Vikings. Age: 30.
Signed with Packers

Greg Joseph was 24-of-30 last year. He was 4-of-7 from 50-plus.

101. Michael Burton, FB, Broncos. Age: 32.
Re-signed with Broncos

Michael Burton is a stout blocker, especially when it comes to the run.

102. Jakob Johnson, FB, Raiders. Age: 29.

Jakob Johnnson is a terrific blocker, especially in pass protection.

103. Rigoberto Sanchez, P, Colts. Age: 29.
Re-signed with Colts

Rigoberto Sanchez finished 12th in net punting last year.

104. Brandon McManus, K, Jaguars. Age: 33.
Signed with Redskins (1 year, $3.6 million)

Brandon McManus had a down year. He went 30-of-37, as he was just 5-of-10 from 50-plus.

105. Corey Bojorquez, P, Browns. Age: 27.
Re-signed with Browns (1 year)

Corey Bojorquez was rankedin the middle of net punting last year, but did a good job of pinning the opposition inside the 20.

106. Nick Allegretti, G, Chiefs. Age: 28.
Signed with Redskins (3 years, $16 million)

Nick Allegretti did a great job of filling in for Joe Thuney during the Chiefs’ Super Bowl run.

107. Xavien Howard, CB, Dolphins. Age: 31.

Xavien Howard was once known as one of the better cornerbacks in the NFL, but he’s coming off two down years, including a dreadful 2023. He’s now 31, so his best days are almost certainly behind him.

108. Shaq Barrett, OLB, Buccaneers. Age: 31.
Signed with Dolphins (1 year, $9 million)

Shaq Barrett isn’t nearly the dominant pass-rushing force he was for the Buccaneers a few years ago, but he can still apply pressure on the quarterback. At 31, however, he’s on the decline.

109. Charles Leno, OT, Redskins. Age: 32.

Charles Leno has been a solid left tackle for a long time. He’s entering his mid-30s, so regression is coming soon, but he should have a quality season or two remaining.

110. Darious Williams, CB, Jaguars. Age: 31.
Signed with Rams (3 years)

The Jaguars were woeful versus the pass last year, so it’s a bit odd that they would release their top cornerback. Williams, however, turns 31 soon, so he could regress in the near future.

111. Quandre Diggs, S, Seahawks. Age: 31.

Quandre Diggs had been an excellent safety for many years, but his play declined last year. There’s a chance Diggs could rebound, but he’s also 31, so this regression might be permanent.

112. Mitch Morse, C, Bills. Age: 32.
Signed with Jaguars (2 years, $10.5 million)

Mitch Morse is not a great center by any means, but he’s been a quality starter for many years. He’s now 32, but centers can play well into their mid-30s.

113. D'Andre Swift, RB, Eagles. Age: 25.
Signed with Bears (3 years, $24 million)

D’Andre Swift is an electric running back, but has some obvious durability issues.

114. A.J. Epenesa, DE, Bills. Age: 25.
Re-signed with Bills (2 years)

A.J. Epenesa played about half the snaps each week, but was able to produce solid pressure on the quarterback. He’s only 25 and has plenty of upside.

115. Myles Bryant, CB, Patriots. Age: 26.

Myles Bryant performed well out of the slot for the Patriots last year.

116. Bryce Huff, OLB, Jets. Age: 26.
Signed with Eagles (3 years, $51.1 million)

Bryce Huff was not an every-down player last year, but he made a big impact as a pass rusher.

117. Damien Lewis, G, Seahawks. Age: 27.
Signed with Panthers (4 years, $53 million)

Damien Lewis had a strong start to his career, but he’s coming off a bit of a down season.

118. Ezra Cleveland, G, Jaguars. Age: 26.
Re-signed with Jaguars (3 years, $28.5 million)

The Jaguars traded for Ezra Cleveland, thinking he’d provide an upgrade at linebacker, but he didn’t meet expectations.
