Fantasy Football Rankings: QBs – 21-35

Drake Maye is expected to be a top-three draft pick. He has plus mobility, so he’ll be able to be an effective fantasy player right away.

Matthew Stafford had a woeful 2022 season, but rebounded nicely last year with an improved offensive line and an emerging Puka Nacua.

Daniel Jones made a big leap in 2022, but regressed this past season because of his horrible offensive line. Unless the Giants improve their blocking, Jones should be avoided.

Geno Smith took a step backward in production last year despite Jaxon Smith-Njigba joining the team. With a new coaching staff in place, it’s fair to expect further regression.

Derek Carr had a decent season in 2023 despite dealing with numerous injuries. Carr didn’t miss a game, but didn’t play at 100 percent during several games.

Deshaun Watson was a big disappointment last year in the six games he played before getting hurt. There’s no reason to think we’ll see the Watson of old again.

Baker Mayfield had a great season under Dave Canales. Unfortunately for Mayfield, Canales is gone, so some regression is likely.

Russell Wilson posted decent stats last year, but most of his numbers came in garbage time. It’s difficult to feel bullish about him.

Bryce Young was utterly atrocious as a rookie. The Panthers hired Dave Canales to be their new head coach to help Young. Canales has worked his magic with Geno Smith and Baker Mayfield, but he has his work cut out for him with Young.

Will Levis will have an entire offseason to develop. He showed some flashes last year, but also had some dud performances.

Will Kenny Pickett take the next step in his third season? We’ve seen no signs of him potentially doing so.

Ryan Tannehill was benched last year, but may resurface as a starter somewhere.

Joe Flacco might get a chance to start somewhere because of his incredible regular-season performance for Cleveland.

People love this guy for some reason.

Tom Brady continues to be retired. Perhaps he’ll change his mind again.
